Five novel ternary complexes of the rare earth ions with o-phenanthroline(Phen) and Schiff base salicylaldehyde L-phenyla- lanine(KHL) were synthesized in ethanol. Their compositions were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, ^1H NMR, FT-IR, and Raman spectra. The formulas of the complexes were verified to be RE(L)(Phen)Cl(H2O) (RE=La^3+, Ce^3+, Nd^3+, Er^3+, and Gd^3+; L=Schiff base salicylaldehyde L-phenylalanine; phen=o-phenanthroline). Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) colorimetry and flow cytometry were used to test the anticancer effect of the complexes with K562 tumor cell. The research showed that the complexes could inhibit K562 tumor cell's growth, generation, and induce apoptosis. The inhibition ratio was accelerated by increasing the dosage, and it had significant positive correlation with the medication dosage.  相似文献

Four nano-rare earth ternary complexes of L-glutamic acid and imidazole RE(Glu)3ImCl3·3H2O (RE=Ce^3+, Pr^3+, Sm^3+, Dy^3+, Glu= L-glutamic acid, and Im=imidazole) were synthesized. Their composition was characterized with elemental analysis, IR, and molar conductance. The TEM image indicated that the complexes were regular shaped and the length was about 30-60 nm. The antibacterial activity test showed that all these complexes exhibited better antibacterial ability against Escherichia coli, Staphylociccus aureus, and Candida albican (MIC were about 180, 100, and 310 μg/mi, respectively) and could be considered as broad-spectral antimicrobial. Their antitumor activity in vitro against leukemia K562 cells was measured using the MTr method. The results indicate that the four complexes possess strong inhibi- tion effect on leukemia K562 cells. An approximately linear relationship is discovered between the relative inhibition rate and concentration, with the correlation coefficients R〉0.7 and P〈0.05, which is considered statistically significant.  相似文献

Five novel ternary complexes were synthesized by the rare earth with 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid andα-picolinic acid.These complexes were characterized by elemental analysis,molar conductivity,FT-IR,UV-Vis,Raman,TG-DTA and XRD.The general formula of the complexes was[RE(DPA)(L α )(H2O)]·2H2O(RE=Pr 3+ ,Nd 3+ ,Sm 3+ ,Eu,Er 3+ ;DPA=2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid;L α =α-picolinic acid). The investigation of fluorescence properties of the Eu-complex showed that the Eu(III)ion could be sensitized efficiently by the ligand to some extent.The antibacterial activity test indicated that all the five complexes exhibited antibacterial ability against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus with broad antimicrobial spectrums.  相似文献

由简单方法合成巯基壳聚糖,通过FTIR、SEM、XPS、DTA-TG等技术对材料进行表征,实验结果表明,巯基乙酸的羧基分别与壳聚糖的氨基、醇羟基形成酰胺和巯基乙酸甲酯,从而使巯基功能团接枝在壳聚糖表面。吸附实验结果表明,在100 mL,20 mg/L的Cu2+水溶液中,温度为310 K,pH为5,吸附时间为12 min,吸附剂用量为50 mg时,吸附效果最好,去除率达到87%。巯基壳聚糖对Cu2+的吸附动力学可由拟二级反应模型拟合。  相似文献

稀土壳聚糖配合物的制备、表征和抑菌性能研究   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
以天然高分子壳聚糖和稀土硝酸盐为原料,室温下,壳聚糖与稀土硝酸盐溶液在稀醋酸中反应,制得一系列新型稀土壳聚糖配合物.通过红外光谱、X射线能谱、差热-热重、X射线光电子能谱、透射电镜等对合成物进行分析、表征.所合成的配合物由分散的纳米粒子组成.并采用培养基扩散法、营养肉汤稀释法等抑菌实验方法对其进行了抑菌活性研究,结果表明其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有很好的抑菌作用,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)在200μg·mL~(-1)~300μg·mL~(-1)范围内,低于800μg·mL~(-1),且抑菌效果明显优于单独的壳聚糖、稀土硝酸盐.  相似文献

制备了添加有复合纳米抗菌剂的粉末涂料,试验表明抗菌粉末涂料在涂膜附着性、力学性能、耐酸碱性、耐候性等方面都符合行业标准,所制备的抗菌粉末涂料具有良好的抗菌效果,能够满足涂料行业的使用要求。  相似文献

铕(Ⅲ)-脯氨酸-邻菲罗啉三元配合物的电化学行为研究   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:6  
本文应用循环伏安法研究了铕(Ⅲ)-脯氨酸-邻菲罗啉([Eu(Pro)3phen]Cl3.2H2O)三元配合物在玻碳电极上的电化学行为。在-0.4~-1.0V(vs.SCE)电位范围内,以HAc-NaAc(pH6)或Tris-HCl(pH6,Tris为三羟甲基氨基甲烷)缓冲溶液为底液时,该配合物出现一对氧化还原峰。但在HAc-NaAc(pH6)缓冲溶液中,随扫描圈数的增加,还原峰逐渐负移,并且氧化还原峰逐渐消失。而在Tris-HCl(pH6)缓冲溶液中,从扫描第三圈开始循环伏安曲线就基本稳定。另外,还讨论了O2对配合物电化学行为的影响。  相似文献

以稀土氯化物、联咪唑和噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮为原料制备了一系列新型稀土三元配合物Ln(TTA)3L(Ln=Nd3+,Eu3+,Er3+;TTA=噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮;L=联咪唑),抗菌实验结果显示,三元配合物抑菌圈直径为12~17 mm,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌具有一定的抑制作用,且对大肠杆菌的抑制效果较好。  相似文献

以纳米TiO2粉体和硝酸银及稀土硝酸盐(RE=Ce4+、La3+、Nd3+、Sm3+、Er3+)为原料,采用浸渍法制备了5种具有核壳结构的纳米二氧化钛负载银离子掺杂稀土离子抗菌剂.通过固体紫外-可见光谱、X-射线粉末衍射光谱、X-Ray光电子衍射光谱、透射电镜分析证明掺杂Ce4+的抗菌剂具有核壳结构.采用培养基扩散法、营养肉汤稀释法及贴膜试验对这五种抗菌剂进行了抑菌活性研究,最终证明其具有很好的抑菌性.  相似文献
