Soluble solids content (SSC) is an important quality trait of wax gourd, but reports about its regulatory genes are scarce. In this study, the SSC regulatory gene BhSSC2.1 in wax gourd was mined via quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping based on high-density genetic mapping containing 12 linkage groups (LG) and bulked segregant analysis (BSA)-seq. QTL mapping and BSA-seq revealed for the first time that the SSC QTL (107.658–108.176 cM) of wax gourd was on Chr2 (LG2). The interpretable phenotypic variation rate and maximum LOD were 16.033% and 6.454, respectively. The QTL interval contained 13 genes. Real-time fluorescence quantitative expression analysis, functional annotation, and sequence analysis suggested that Bch02G016960, named BhSSC2.1, was a candidate regulatory gene of the SSC in wax gourd. Functional annotation of this gene showed that it codes for a NADP-dependent malic enzyme. According to BhSSC2.1 sequence variation, an InDel marker was developed for molecular marker-assisted breeding of wax gourd. This study will lay the foundation for future studies regarding breeding and understanding genetic mechanisms of wax gourd.  相似文献

An innovative zero emission hybrid cycle named HICES (hybrid and improved CES cycle) is presented in this paper. It can utilize fossil fuel and low quality thermal energy such as waste heat from industrial processes and solar thermal energy for highly efficient electric power generation. In the HICES cycle, natural gas is internally combusted with pure oxygen. External low quality thermal energy is used to produce saturated steam between 70 and 250 °C as part of the working fluid. The thermodynamic characteristics at design conditions of the HICES cycle are analyzed using the advanced process simulator Aspen Plus. The influences of some key parameters are investigated. The results demonstrate that the thermodynamic performances of the HICES cycle are quite promising. For example, when the external heat produced saturated steam is at 70 °C, the net fuel-to-electricity efficiency is 54.18% even when taking into account both the energy penalties to produce pure oxygen and to liquefy the captured CO2. The incremental low temperature heat to electric efficiency is as high as 14.08% at the same time. When the external heat produced saturated steam is at 250 °C, the net fuel-to-electricity efficiency reaches 62.66%. The incremental low temperature heat to electric efficiency achieves 48.92%.  相似文献

YG20/45#钢激光焊焊缝组织与界面元素扩散研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在无填充、不开坡口条件下,以5 k W光纤激光作为热源,研究激光扫描速度对YG20硬质合金与45#钢的焊缝组织与元素扩散的影响规律。分析了YG20/45#钢焊缝成形、组织及元素扩散。讨论了激光扫描速度对于热胀系数差异较大的异质材料焊接的焊缝成形的影响规律。研究结果表明,当被焊材料厚度为2 mm时,采用激光功率P=1.93 k W、激光扫描速度v=2.40 m/min,离焦量-8 mm时,可以获得冶金结合良好的YG20/45#钢焊接接头;随着焊接热输入的增加,硬质合金/焊缝侧界面的碳化钨晶粒粗化,裂纹倾向增加。主要分布在焊缝和硬质合金侧热影响区,降低焊接接头的性能。线扫描分析结果表明,硬质合金中的W、Co与钢中Fe发生了互相扩散,使整个接头达到了很好的冶金结合。  相似文献

Salt is essential in the elaboration of dry meat products, contributing to their texture and flavour development. The effect brought about by substituting NaCl with KCl (0-60%), potassium lactate (0-100%) and glycine (0-100%) on the texture, flavour and colour characteristics of fermented sausages and dry-cured pork loins was evaluated. Texture profile analysis and a sensory analysis were performed. Important flavour defects were detected with substitutions above 40% for the three substituents in both products, and with substitutions above 30% for glycine in dry-cured loin. A loss of cohesiveness was detected by the sensory analysis in fermented sausages at substitution levels higher than 30% with potassium lactate (K-lactate) and higher than 50% with glycine. Although the instrumental analysis detected texture changes in dry-cured loin, the sensory analysis did not detect any substitution effect on texture.  相似文献

One of the important issues in data warehouse development is the selection of a set of views to materialize in order to accelerate a large number of on-line analytical processing (OLAP) queries. The maintenance-cost view-selection problem is to select a set of materialized views under certain resource constraints for the purpose of minimizing the total query processing cost. However, the search space for possible materialized views may be exponentially large. A heuristic algorithm often has to be used to find a near optimal solution. In this paper, for the maintenance-cost view-selection problem, we propose a new constrained evolutionary algorithm. Constraints are incorporated into the algorithm through a stochastic ranking procedure. No penalty functions are used. Our experimental results show that the constraint handling technique, i.e., stochastic ranking, can deal with constraints effectively. Our algorithm is able to find a near-optimal feasible solution and scales with the problem size well.  相似文献

利用Tersoff势函数,对300K时初始入射动能为0.03eV的单个Si原子从6个不同位置轰击Si(001)2×1重构表面的动力学过程进行了模拟.分析了入射Si原子的动能变化、势能变化以及其运动轨迹.结果表明:入射原子与表面原子相互作用几个皮秒后即可进入稳定位置,其与基底原子的结合能最大可以达到2.99eV;从位置1,2,3,4入射的原子不能使基底表面的二聚体键断开,而从位置5和位置6入射时,表面二聚体键的断开在入射原子与基底表面原子发生相互作用几十飞秒后即可完成.  相似文献

近年来,小波理论得到了迅速的发展。小波分析是目前国际公认的信号信息获取与处理领域的高新技术,是多学科关注的热点,是信号处理的前沿课题。由于小波变换具有低熵性、多分辨性、去相关性、选基灵活性等特性,使它成为在信号去噪领域内的有力工具。本文应用小波变换算法,并将其结合LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发平台、MATLAB中小波去噪工具箱的小波去噪函数进行仿真,用模拟信号验证了其去噪算法的有效性。  相似文献
