A second-generation model of cubicletype gas-insulated switchgear (C-GIS) with composite insulation incorporating SF6 gas has been developed. The design does not require a gas process in field assembly; it has high reliability and its installation is more rapid; and a further reduction in size is achieved. The prooxidant property of inorganic chromium compounds was determined in methyl linoleate free from natural antioxidants and metals. Prooxidant properties of inorganic chromium compounds appeared in order of sodium chromate > chromium (VI)-oxide > chromium chloride > potassium chromate > chromium (III)-oxide > potassium dichomate. In comparison with the control, additions of chromium compounds induced different amounts of autoxidation products derived from methyl linoleate, such as small amounts of hydroperoxides and conjugated dienes and large amounts of hydroxy groups,α,β,γ,δ-unsaturated carbonyls, isolatedtrans double bonds, polymers, and free radicals. From these analytical data, the catalysis of chromium compounds in the autoxidation of methyl linoleate seemed to be based on their abilities of abstracting a hydrogen from methyl linoleate and decomposing hydroperoxides derived from the autoxidation of methyl linoleate.  相似文献

Viscoelastic properties of poly(isoprene-b-styrene) in dioctylphthalate under steady shear flow were measured near the order—disorder transition temperature. In ordered states, first normal stress difference N1 is proportional to shear rate at low region, but becomes proportional to at the high region, similar to the N1 behaviour of polymer blends undergoing shear-induced homogenization. Because the existence of microdomains was confirmed at the high region by the flow birefringence method, it is concluded that the above N1 behaviour is not caused by shear-induced homogenization, but is probably caused by the shear-induced alignment of the microdomain structure.  相似文献

The direction of an electron beam in a nanometer-sized area is measured directly by utilizing a selected-area aperture. By the measurements at several areas in a beam, the wavefront curvature and thus the defocus value of the beam are detected. From the defocus value, the wave field at the specimen plane is also reproduced in consideration of the influences of the condenser aperture and spherical aberration of the illumination lens. The result shows that phase deviation of 2π is caused only at about 10?nm apart from the beam center in a beam with a typical diameter for high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. Based on the defocus value, the convergence angle of the beam is also estimated to be about 6?mrad without being influenced by the partial coherence, that is, independently of the type of the electron gun. Measuring the defocus values for only two beam diameters enables us to determine geometrical parameters peculiar to the illumination system, based on which wave fields of any beam diameters by any condenser aperture sizes can be estimated. The technique proposed in this paper is effective in evaluating the influence of wavefront curvature of incident beams on various kinds of precise measurements conducted in transmission electron microscopes.  相似文献

This paper proposes an automatic tuning system to adjust frequency characteristics of integrated continuous-time filters especially at high frequencies. Frequency characteristic deterioration of a filter using integrators with electrically controllable unity-gain frequencies can be easily evaluated and compensated even when they are affected by deviations of element values and parasitic elements. The compensation requires detection of both frequency and excess phase shifts of the integrators. Their two values are electrically detected by two detection systems usually used in the conventional frequency tuning system. The proposed system is stable, simple and easy to be implemented on an integrated circuit. As an example a 4th-order biquad bandpass filter with 10 MHz center frequency, 2 MHz passband width, and 0.5 dB passband ripples is designed using a bipolar process. Simulation results by SPICE show the effectiveness of the proposed system.  相似文献

We previously reported on an extremely small temperature coefficient of resistivity (TCR) of thin amorphous Ni-Si film resistors fabricated by new flash evaporating method, which have a wide range of resistivity.1 In the present paper, we describe the structural and chemical properties of these films for the purpose of clarifying the cause of resistive change of films resulting from heat treatment. X-ray diffraction patterns show that Ni-Si films with greater than 20 wt.% Si remains predominantly amorphous after heat treatment. Changes in composition and binding energy of the films resulting from heat treatment are measured by means of XPS. Electrical characteristics are also investigated as a function of Si concentration and temperature. The resistance variations resulting from heat treatment are found to originate from a structural change. The activation energy needed for this change is obtained by analyzing the extent of change during isothermal heating and found to vary from 1 eV to 2.5 eV with increasing Si content from 20 wt.% to 80 wt.%.  相似文献

A transmission electron microscope (TEM) sample for observing photocatalysis in a liquid was prepared by using N,N,N-trimetyl-N-propylammonium-bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide. The ionic liquid (IL) was used as a reaction solvent. Tetrachloroauric acid was dissolved in the IL as gold ion species. Rutile particles were added in the solution as a photocatalyst. The low vapor pressure of the IL enables a diffusing system in high vacuum of TEM. Rutile particles were UV irradiated in that liquid phase. After 3 h UV irradiation, a gold particle of 8 nm diameter was grown on the TiO2 surface. Photonucleation of Au/TiO2 system was discussed from the high-resolution TEM images.  相似文献

Silk is a protein fiber used to weave fabrics and as a biomaterial in medical applications. Recently, genetically modified silks have been produced from transgenic silkworms. In the present study, transgenic silkworms for the mass production of three colors of fluorescent silks, (green, red, and orange) are generated using a vector originating from the fibroin H chain gene and a classical breeding method. The suitability of the recombinant silks for making fabrics is investigated by harvesting large amounts of the cocoons, obtained from rearing over 20 thousand silkworms. The application of low temperature and a weakly alkaline solution for cooking and reeling enables the production of silk fiber without loss of color. The maximum strain tolerated and Young's modulus of the fluorescent silks are similar to those of ordinary silk, although the maximum stress value of the recombinant silk is slightly lower than that of the control. Fabrics with fluorescent color are demonstrated using the recombinant silk, with the color persisting for over two years. The results indicate that large amounts of genetically modified silk can be made by transgenic silkworms, and the silk is applicable as functional silk fiber for making fabrics and for use in medical applications.  相似文献
