Numerical and Experimental Investigation on Heat Transfer Performance of a Solar Single Storage Tank
The single-tank latent heat thermal energy storage(LHTES) of solar energy mainly consists of two modules: the first one is the phase change material(PCM) module heated by solar energy; the second is a module of heat transfer between melted PCM and the user's low-temperature water. This paper mainly focuses on the former one. To investigate the heat transfer performance of the paraffin-based solar single storage tank and find a more suitable experimental configuration, as basic research work, we established a single-tank thermal storage platform and then conducted a numerical simulation on the heat transfer process with Fluent. The result of numerical simulation shows that the test situation was basically reflected and the data agreed well with the experiment results. The numerical simulation analysis is accurate and the method is reliable. To obtain the heat transfer performance of paraffin in a single tank and strengthen heat transfer, the aspect ratio, the melting temperature of paraffin, and the heating power of the electric heater were analyzed based on simulation. The results show that the heat transfer gets more uniform when the aspect ratio is lower. This results in an increase in the liquid fraction of 61.83% to 76.47% one hour after heating when the aspect ratio of the tank reduced from 2.8 to 1.1. The higher the melting temperature of paraffin, the longer it takes for PCM to reach a stable state. And the curvature of liquid heating is greater than that of solid heating at the bottom layer. Under the constant total work, the heating power has little effect on the heat transfer performance of the paraffin. 胜利油田的油气勘探具有较大的剩余勘探潜力,且大部分油气蕴藏在微构造油气藏中。微构造油气藏在胜利油田的勘探开发老区均有分布,纵向上从沙四段到东营组均有发育。该类油气藏埋深浅、储层物性好、产量高,具有较高的经济效益。微构造油气藏在国内外研究较少,国内外较注重目的层沉积微构造的研究,且主要是沉积微构造对注采关系的影响。在对复杂断块的精细研究中,以前研究的重点也主要集中在应用钻井资料对断层的成因和对断层封堵性的研究上,而对微构造圈闭的成因、识别及成图,一直没有进行系统的分类研究。文章划分了微构造的类型,研究了微构造的特点,并认为构造作用、沉积作用和后期改造作用是微构造形成的3种主要原因。同时,利用地震资料对微构造圈闭的识别方法和描述技术进行了探索,形成了一套具有针对性的技术系列,取得了显著的效果,这对油气田老区的滚动勘探开发具有重要的意义。 相似文献

Li4SiO4 sorbents for high-temperature CO2 removal have drawn extensive attention owing to their potential application in carbon capture and storage (CCS). The major challenge in the application lies in the poor CO2 capture performance under realistic conditions of low CO2 concentrations, owing to the dense structure and poor porosity. In this work, Li4SiO4 sorbents were prepared with porous micromorphologies and large contact areas using a variety of organometallic Li-precursors, achieving fast CO2 sorption kinetics, high capacity and excellent cyclic stability at a low CO2 concentration (15?vol%). It was found that a high conversion of ~?74% was maintained for pure Li4SiO4 even after 100 sorption/desorption cycles. Moreover, by doping with Na2CO3 to reduce the CO2 diffusion resistance, the conversion of the sorbent was further enhanced to 93.2%. The enhancement mechanism of alkali carbonate have been proven here to be ascribed to the formation of the eutectic melt of Li/Na carbonates, the existence and function of which has been confirmed in this study. 相似文献

以枯草芽孢杆菌Dg5041为生产菌,对其摇瓶发酵生产γ–聚谷氨酸(γ-PGA)的工艺进行研究,通过单因素实验和正交实验获得了该菌的优化培养条件。优化的培养基组成为:葡萄糖35 g/L,酵母膏10 g/L,谷氨酸钠40 g/L,MgSO41.0 g/L,K2HPO4 2.0 g/L,MnSO40.5 g/L,pH 7.0,250 mL锥形瓶装液量50 mL。菌种在37℃,120 r/min培养24 h加入5%NaCl后继续培养24 h,γ-PGA产量达到18.54 g/L。研究结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌Dg5041是一株很有潜力的γ-PGA高产菌。 相似文献
