A decomposition algorithm for scheduling problems based on timed automata (TA) model is proposed. The problem is represented as an optimal state transition problem for TA. The model comprises of the parallel composition of submodels such as jobs and resources. The procedure of the proposed methodology can be divided into two steps. The first step is to decompose the TA model into several submodels by using decomposable condition. The second step is to combine individual solution of subproblems for the decomposed submodels by the penalty function method. A feasible solution for the entire model is derived through the iterated computation of solving the subproblem for each submodel. The proposed methodology is applied to solve flowshop and jobshop scheduling problems. Computational experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm compared with a conventional TA scheduling algorithm without decomposition. 相似文献

On fibrous carbon materials, including activated carbon fibers, sorption capacity for heavy oils, less viscous A-grade and more viscous C-grade, was determined. Sorption capacity depended strongly on their bulk density; the correlation was the same as that found previously on exfoliated graphite and carbonized fir fibers. On carbon fiber felts, excellent recycling performance was observed, though sorption capacity was not so high as on exfoliated graphite and carbonized fir fibers. By filtration under suction, about 90% of sorbed A-grade heavy oil could be recovered and no decrease in sorption capacity was detected even after eight cycles. By washing with solvents, n-hexane for A- and C-grade oils and A-grade oil for C-grade oil, almost 100% recovery with no marked reduction in sorption capacity was found for each cycle. For the felts of PAN-based carbon fibers, rather severe operations for oil recovery, centrifugation and squeezing with twisting, could be applied without pronounced decreases in sorption capacity and recovery ratio. 相似文献

Fabrication techniques of microstructures with high resolution and high aspect ratio are necessary for practical microelectromechanical
systems (MEMS) that have high performance and integration. In order to fabricate microstructures with sub-micron resolution
and high aspect ratio, deep X-ray lithography has been investigated using the compact synchrotron radiation (SR) light source
called “AURORA”. An X-ray mask for sub-micron deep X-ray lithography, which is composed of 1 μm thick Au as absorbers, 2 μm
thick SiC as a membrane and 625 μm thick Si as a frame, was designed. In preliminary experiments, the following results were
achieved: EB resist microstructures with an aspect ratio of 22 corresponding with 0.07 μm width and 1.3 μm height were formed;

This paper deals with model following control of a model helicopter with three degree-of-freedom. Since the decoupling matrix
is singular, a nonlinear structure algorithm is used to design the controller. Furthermore, since the model dynamics are described
linearly by unknown system parameters, a well-known parameter estimation technique is introduced. The integral type of estimation
model is proposed here since the use of the derivative type of model cannot obtain the desired estimation result. The experimental
