激光法合成SiC超细粉末物理化学过程的研究——Ⅰ.实验规律及粉末特性

用50W连续波CO_2激光器为热源,诱发SiH_4和C_2H_4反应,合成SiC超细粉末。实验确定了反应腔体内压力p、气源中的C/Si原子比、喷嘴内径2r以及激光功率密度与粉末特性之间的关系,并对合成的产物进行物理、化学表征。     

Thermal and mechanical properties of epoxy composites reinforced by a natural hydrophobic sand

If a low weight percentage of crude fine fillers can improve properties of polymer materials directly without complicated chemical treatment process involved, it will be significant for many industrial applications. Our previous study indicated that a kind of Cancun natural sand could be an effective filler material for polymer composites. In this current work, the epoxy composites reinforced by this kind of natural sand particles were prepared and thermal and mechanical properties of the composites containing up to 5 wt % of the sand particles were characterized. Results showed that the highest flexural strength appears in the epoxy composite containing 1 wt % sand particles. A damage model was used to interpret the flexural properties, which showed an acceptable agreement with the experimental results. The glass transition temperature, high temperature storage modulus, and dimensional stability of the sand/epoxy composites monotonically increased with the addition of the sand particles. The sand particle/epoxy composites also displayed a noticeable enhancement in thermal conductivity. Theoretical analysis showed that in addition to conduction, other heat transport mechanisms played roles in the improved heat transmission through the composites. As a natural porous micron-scale material, Cancun sand has the potential for applications in cost-effective composites with enhanced mechanical and thermal properties. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 针对某型俄制机载产品的测试需求,提出了一种ГOCT18977总线发送卡的设计方法介绍了ГOCT18977总线标准和80C196KB单片机、EPM7128LC可编程逻辑器件的使用方法,并利用外围电路和上述芯片设计并实现ГOCT18977总线发送卡,介绍了并口EPP模式下ГOCT18977总线数据的控制过程,给出了ГOCT18977总线发送卡的部分设计电路,并阐述了它的设计原理;实践验证了该板卡能够完成ГOCT18977总线数据信息格式转换和传输,完全可以满足对某型俄制机载产品性能检测的要求.     

基于网源协同的300MW 机组负荷快调及综合调频技术研究

大力发展新能源和大规模外电入鲁是山东实现新旧动能转换、推动经济快速平稳发展的关键之举,截至017年,新能源发电量和外电入鲁电量已占全省发电量的40.98％,到2018年风电和光电装机容量已达到千万千瓦 级别.但是,新能源受天气因素制约,一直处于随机波动状态,实时干扰电网频率,直接影响人民生活和工业生产, 甚至会产生弃风弃光事件;而特高压直流输电线路一旦出现故障,就会产生巨大供电缺口,导致电网频率突降,极有 可能引发大面积停电事故,造成重大经济损失和不良社会影响.因此,火电机组必须具备良好的一次调频和 AGC等 涉网性能,才能弥补新能源发电量波动和外电入鲁故障造成的频率波动,才能破解新能源消纳难题,为准确应对外电 故障提供数据支撑。     

Rolling texture and its effect on tensile property of a near-α titanium alloy Ti60 plate

Rolling texture and its effect on tensile properties of Ti60 alloy plates were investigated in the present study. The plates wereβ-rolled at 1070℃ and(α+β)-rolled at 980℃, using uni-directionally rolling(UDR) and cross-directionally rolling(CDR) processes, respectively.β-rolled plates exhibited weak textures, which were attributed to the dispersive orientations of secondary α during the β→α phase transformation. Strong deformation textures formed in(α+β)-rolled plates as a result of slipping mechanisms: the strong T-type texture in UDR plate was related to {10 1 0}[11 2 0] slipping, while the B-type texture in CDR plate was relevant with {0001}[11 2 0] slip. Strong T-type textures led to anisotropic tensile properties. B-type textures would decrease such an anisotropy. The(α+β)-CDR process was found to be a candidate process for reducing anisotropy of Ti60 alloy plates.     

Utility function of TCP

Understanding the TCP congestion control mechanism from a global optimization point of view is not only important in its own right, but also crucial to the design of other transport layer traffic control protocols with provable properties. In this paper, we derive a global utility function and the corresponding optimal control law, known as TCP control law, which maximizes the global utility. The TCP control law captures the essential behaviors of TCP, including slow start, congestion avoidance, and the binary nature of congestion feedback in TCP. We find that the utility function of TCP is linear in the slow start phase and is proportional to the additive increase rate and approaches the well-known logarithm function as the data rate becomes large in the congestion avoidance phase. We also find that understanding the slow start phase with a fixed threshold is critical to the design of new transport layer control protocols to enable quality of service features. Finally, as an application, we design a Minimum Rate Guaranteed (MRG) traffic control law that shares the same utility function as the TCP control law. Our simulation study of the MRG control law indicates that it is indeed TCP friendly and can provide minimum rate guarantee as long as the percentage of network resource consumed by the MRG flows is moderately small.
