This paper present the results of the investigation into a potential application of laser radiation for the detection of phase transition processes occurring on the surface layers of porous materials. An attempt was made to discuss in the approximation equations, the relationships between coefficients of the reflected light, the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment. Laser light reflected from the porous surface carries information about the roughness of the structure. The presence of water microdrop on the surface of the porous material, as a result of condensation and thus a phase transition, leads to the phase displacement of individual rays, which is represented by different images. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis of the reflected light parameters allows a dynamic study of the phase transition phenomena without mechanical intervention.  相似文献

The current paper focuses on several mechanical aspects of a waferlevel packaging approach using a direct face-to-face Chip-to-Wafer (C2W) bonding of a MEMS device on an ASIC substrate wafer. Requirements of minimized inherent stress from packaging and good decoupling from forces applied in manufacturing and application are discussed with particular attention to the presence of through-silicon vias (TSV) in the substrate wafer. The paper deals with FEM analysis of temperature excursion, pressure during molding, materials used and handling load influence on mechanical stress within the TSV system and on wafer level, which can be large enough to disintegrate the system.  相似文献

The investigation on incorporating nitrogen group into titanium dioxide in order to obtain powdered visible light-active photocatalysts is presented. The industrial hydrated amorphous titanium dioxide (TiO2·xH2O) obtained directly from sulphate technology installation was modified by heat treatment at temperatures of 100–800 °C for 4 h in an ammonia atmosphere. The photocatalysts were characterized by UV–VIS–DR and XRD techniques. The UV–VIS–DR spectra of the modified catalysts exhibited an additional maximum in the VIS region (, ) which may be due to the presence of nitrogen in TiO2 structure. On the basis of XRD analysis it can be supposed that the presence of nitrogen does not have any influence on the transformation temperature of anatase to rutile. The photocatalytic activity of the modified photocatalysts was determined on the basis of decomposition rate of phenol and azo-dye (Reactive Red 198) under visible light irradiation. The highest rate of phenol degradation was obtained for catalysts calcinated at 700 °C (6.55%), and the highest rate of dye decomposition was found for catalysts calcinated at 500 and 600 °C (ca. 40–45%). The nitrogen doping during calcination under ammonia atmosphere is a very promising way of preparation of photocatalysts which could have a practical application in water treatment system under broader solar light spectrum.  相似文献

Image segmentation is an indispensable process in the visualization of human tissues, particularly during clinical analysis of magnetic resonance (MR) images. Unfortunately, MR images always contain a significant amount of noise caused by operator performance, equipment, and the environment, which can lead to serious inaccuracies with segmentation. A robust segmentation technique based on an extension to the traditional fuzzy c-means (FCM) clustering algorithm is proposed in this paper. A neighborhood attraction, which is dependent on the relative location and features of neighboring pixels, is shown to improve the segmentation performance dramatically. The degree of attraction is optimized by a neural-network model. Simulated and real brain MR images with different noise levels are segmented to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed technique compared to other FCM-based methods. This segmentation method is a key component of an MR image-based classification system for brain tumors, currently being developed. Acrylic carriers were obtained by aminolysis of nitrile or ester groups in copolymers or terpolymers synthesized from acrylonitrile, acrylic esters and divinylbenzene or ethylene dimethacrylate in the presence of a mixture of inert diluents. The influence of the supermolecular structure of these carriers, generated during the suspension polymerization by adding a mixture of inert diluents, on the carrier properties was observed. Acrylic carriers for immobilization of penicillin acylase should be obtained from either porous or ‘sol’-type copolymers which aquire after aminolysis the structure of expanded gel.  相似文献

There is continuous pressure on production cost reduction of foil-based capacitors, widely used in domestic appliance. Therefore, investigation of the deterioration mechanisms within capacitors is important to reduce their production costs at maintained reliability. These mechanisms were observed in two capacitors batches of classes Y2 (27 nF) and X2 (470 nF). An acoustic emission signal was observed when the capacitors were polarized by excessive voltage. This signal is induced by partial discharges that can lead to capacitor destruction. Next, the capacitors were aged at elevated temperature and also in presence of excessive polarization. We conclude that the acoustic emission signal can predict deterioration of dielectric insulation resistance in capacitors of class Y2. The observed destruction of capacitor of class X2 is caused mainly by detachment of the sprayed metalized contacts that is induced by overheating during partial discharges sparking.  相似文献

The paper presents results of investigations on using halloysite as an additive in biomass-fired boilers. It has been shown that in the case of a few different agricultural biomasses the halloysite addition increased the ash sintering temperature to the values noted for coals. This is an effect of bonding sodium and potassium in the form of chlorides and other compounds. In practical terms the halloysite additive may reduce slagging and fouling of boiler heating surfaces as well as deteriorate the agglomeration processes in fluidized beds. Moreover, addition of halloysite reduces the amount of KCl and NaCl present in ash (and therefore in ash deposits) thus decreasing the rate of high temperature corrosion.  相似文献
