Five different processed methods for ginseng were used to transferred ginsenosides with large molecule mass into low polar ginsenosides. The contents of low polar ginsenosides in these ginseng products were determined by ESI-MS. The results show that the high pressure steaming method make for increasing the concent of low polar ginsenosides, while soakage in vinegar is not good comparing with it. 相似文献

A rapid method was developed to analyze the extract of the Gentiana scabra Bge. by using high performance liquid chromatograghy-electrospray ionization multi-stage tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MSn). 5 compounds in Gentiana scabra Bge. are identified in the positive and negative mode. The research results demonstrate that the HPLC-ESI-MSn can quickly identified the components in Gentiana scabra Bge. . 食品非转基因标识在中国被广泛使用,信息不对称增加了非转基因标识被滥用的风险,市场机制不足以对其进行调节,且中国对非转基因标识使用的法律规制存在立法规定不细致、司法"不认定"等问题。现有研究也主要针对非转基因广告而不是非转基因标识本身。对比来看,德国、日本、美国均有专门针对食品非转基因标识使用的法律规范,具体规定了可使用非转基因标识的食品范围及要求,通过对非转基因食品进行认证管理以确保使用标识的食品的非转基因身份真实,设置统一的标识形式以确保统一的市场并避免消费者被误导。中国应当借鉴这些共通的经验,食品标识相关的法律法规要专门对非转基因标识的使用设立规范,并细化对非转基因标识的形式要求;构建专门的非转基因食品认证制度,由食品药品监督管理局授权专门认证机构对其进行认证。 相似文献

为研究马铃薯直触超声强化远红外辐射干燥规律,利用超声远红外辐射干燥设备,探讨超声功率及远红外辐射温度对马铃薯干燥特性和有效水分扩散系数的影响,并构建了Elman、RBF、BP 3种神经网络模型。结果表明:提高超声功率及辐射温度能够改善物料内部传质和传热状况,进而减少干燥时间及提升干燥速率;超声的强化效果随超声功率的增大而加强,随着物料含水量的降低而逐渐减弱,随辐射温度升高先加强后减弱;有效水分扩散系数D_(eff)值为1.15×10~(-10)~3.18×10~(-10)m~2/s,提高远红外辐射温度及超声功率均能促使水分流动与扩散,从而提高D_(eff)值;3种神经网络模型均有较好的预测性能,其中使用优化算法的BP网络模型的预测值与真实值拟合精度最高,能够快速准确地预测马铃薯超声强化远红外辐射干燥过程中的含水率。 相似文献

The contents of less polar ginsenoside in these samples were analyzed by semiquantitative method of ESI-MS.
