Although brushless resolvers have been used widely as angular position transducers, they are expensive due to their intricate construction, involving a rotary transformer to supply the exciting coils wound on the rotor poles with the current. It is shown theoretically in this paper that the resolver without rotary transformer or brushes can be realized by simple construction, which consists of the stator core with both 4-poles exciting windings and 2-poles output ones and the rotor core carrying no windings. In this resolver the rotor core has minimum gap at one side and a maximum gap at another side of the diameter. It is characterized by an outer surface form that makes the fluctuation part of gap permeance very in proportion to cos θ, where θ represents the angular position of a point in the air gap with respect to the origin on the rotor, the point of minimum air gap. The method determining the rotor form to embody the aforementioned gap permeance variation is also shown. It has been confirmed not only by simulation but also experiment that the 2-phase output voltages of a model designed based on the theory have sinusoidal waveforms with very small harmonic contents. Damping characteristics and frequency characteristics of ferro fluid bearing (FFB) spindles were measured using a high-frequency vibration base driven by a piezo actuator. Using the high-frequency vibration base, high-frequency excitation was added to ferro fluid bearing spindles mounted on the vibration base, and it was proved that ferro fluid bearing spindles have effective damping. And the damping effect became larger with higher spindle rotational speed. Also we have measured spindle runout of a ferro fluid bearing spindle using a lock-in amplifier to increase S/N ratio and succeeded to measure nano meter order displacements. 相似文献

Optimization of culture conditions for the growth rate, 5,8,11,14,17-cis-Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) content and EPA productivity of a bacterium isolated from Pacific mackerel intestines was investigated
by use of a culture medium containing 1.00 wt% peptone and 0.50 wt% yeast extract in an artificial sea water (ASW). Cultivation
temperature affected the growth rate and cellular EPA content of the bacterium. The cellular EPA content at 8°C was as great
as 16.8 mg/g of dry cells, which was more than two times greater than that at 25°C (7.3 mg/g of dry cells), although the growth
rate showed a maximum at 25°C. Both the yield of bacterial cells and the cellular EPA content at 25°C reached maximum values
when the pH of the culture medium was nearly 7.0 and when the concentration of ASW was 100% (v/v). Under optimum culture conditions
[25°C pH 7.0 and 100% (v/v) ASW], the amount of EPA accumulated in the cellular lipids reached 45.6 mg/L of culture broth

The phase diagram of the BaO-CuO binary system has been investigated in air and in a mixed gas of Ar + 0.21 atm of O2 . The existence of two compounds, BaCuO2 and Ba2 CuO3 , was confirmed. The phase transition of Ba2 CuO3 from an orthorhombic to a tetragonal phase was observed to occur at 1083 K. The lattice constants of the tetragonal Ba2 CuO3 phase were determined to be a = 1.2975 nm and b = 0.3992 nm. BaCuO2 was shown to melt incongruently by a synthetic reaction at 1289 K. Furthermore, the existence of two eutectic reactions and a peritectic reaction in the present system was confirmed. 相似文献

We investigated optimization of the feeding of L-lactic acid for the production of poly-D-3-hydroxybutyric acid [P(3HB)] by Alcaligenes eutrophus in a fed-batch culture system. An acidic substrate solution was fed automatically so as to maintain the pH of the culture liquid at 7.0. Feeding of a substrate solution containing 45% (w/v) L-lactic acid, 6.2% (w/v) sodium L-lactate, 5.8% (w/v) ammonia water and 1.8% (w/v) potassium phosphate [at a molar ratio of carbon to nitrogen (C/N molar ratio) of 10], allowed the L-lactate concentration in the culture liquid to be maintained at approximately 2 g/l and the cell concentration reached 27.4 g/l after 15 h of cultivation. To promote P(3HB) production, a two-stage fed-batch culture consisting of a culture for cell growth and one for P(3HB) accumulation was carried out. When the substrate solution, whose C N molar ratio was 23, was fed during the P(3HB) accumulation phase, the cell concentration and the P(3HB) content in the cells reached 103 g/l and 57.6% (w/w), respectively, in 51.5 h. 相似文献

In the last decade, a variety of ribosomally synthesized antimicrobial peptides, or bacteriocins, produced by lactic acid bacteria have been identified and characterized. As a result of these studies, insight has been gained into various fundamental aspects of biology and biochemistry such as bacteriocin processing and secretion, mechanisms of cell immunity, and structure-function relationships. In parallel, there has been a growing awareness that bacteriocins may be developed into useful antimicrobial food additives. Class IIa bacteriocins can be considered as the major subgroup of bacteriocins from lactic acid bacteria, not only because of their large number, but also because of their significant biological activities and potential applications. The present review provides an overview of the knowledge available for class IIa bacteriocins and discusses common features and recent findings concerning these substances. This paper presents a partial scan algorithm, calledPARES (PartialscanAlgorithm based onREduced Scan shift), for designing partial scan circuits. PARES is based on the reduced scan shift that has been previously proposed for generating short test sequences for full scan circuits. In the reduced scan shift method, one determines proch FFs must be controlled and observed for each test vector. According to the results of similar analysis, PARES selects these FFs that must be controlled or observed for a large number of test vectors, as scanned FFs. Short test sequences are generated by reducing scan shift operations using a static test compaction method. To minimize the loss of fault coverage, the order of test vectors is so determined that the unscanned FFs are in the state required by the next test vector. If there are any faults undetected yet by a test sequence derived from the test vectors, then PARES uses a sequential circuit test generator to detect the faults. IDDQ testing is an effective method for detecting short faults of CMOS circuits. Since IDDQ testing requires the measurement of current, the testing time of IDDQ testing is longer than that of logical testing. In this paper, we proposed an IDDQ test compaction method for internal short faults of gates in sequential circuits by using the reassignment method of signal values.
