Solution-processed n-type organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) based on the fullerene derivative {6}-1-(3-(2- thienylethoxycarbonyl)-propyl)-{5}-l-phenyl-[5,6]-C61 (TEPP) and phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) in a multiring source/drain structure are reported. Devices with TEPP show high electron mobility up to 7.8 x 10-2 cm2/Vs in the saturation regime for bottom-contact OFETs with Au S/D electrodes with a solution-processed fullerene derivative. The ON/OFF ratios reported in this letter, which are in the range of 105 -106, are among the highest values reported for such devices. This mobility is always higher compared to PCBM devices prepared in identical conditions. The mobility of TEPP and PCBM increased with increasing temperatures in the range of 100-300 K with activation energy of 78 and 113 meV, respectively, which suggests that the thermally activated hopping of electrons is dominant in TEPP.  相似文献

A new kind of molecularly imprinted polymer-modified graphite electrode was fabricated by “grafting-to” approach, incorporating sol–gel technique, for the detection of acute deficiency in serum ascorbic acid level (SAAL), manifesting hypovitaminosis C. The modified electrode exhibited ascorbic acid (AA) oxidation at less positive potential (0.0 V) than the earlier reported methods, resulting in a limit of detection as low as 6.13 ng mL−1 (RSD = 1.2%, S/N = 3). The diffusion coefficient (1.096 × 10−5 cm2 s−1), rate constant (7.308 s−1), and Gibb's free energy change (−12.59 kJ mol−1) due to analyte adsorption, were also calculated to explore the kinetics of AA oxidation. The proposed sensor was found to enhance sensitivity substantially so as to detect ultra trace level of AA in the presence of other biologically important compounds (dopamine, uric acid, etc.), without any cross interference and matrix complications from biological fluids and pharmaceutical samples.  相似文献

Different coloured thallous tungstates were prepared by solid state reaction between thallous carbonate and tungsten trioxide at higher temperatures. The structure and thermal stability of different thallous tungstates were determined by powder X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis, respectively. The electrical conductivity () and thermoelectric power (5) of pressed solid pellets of Tl2WO4 are reported in the temperature range 295 to 950 K. It is concluded that these materials have large numbers of oxygen ion vacancies and conduction occurs due to the electrons left by oxygen ions while escaping the solid. These electrons are trapped in the valence band and form centres analogous to a helium atom and electrical conductivity results when they enter the conduction band. The values of donor ionization energies have also been evaluated.  相似文献

Modelling and analysis of complex and co-ordinated supply chains is a crucial task due to its inherent complexity and uncertainty. Therefore, the current research direction is to devise an efficient modelling technique that maps the dynamics of a real life supply chain and assists industrial practitioners in evaluating and comparing their network with other competing networks. Here an effective modelling technique, the hybrid Petri-net, is proposed to efficiently handle the dynamic behaviour of the supply chain. This modelling methodology embeds two enticing features, i.e. cost and batch sizes, in deterministic and stochastic Petri-net for the modelling and performance evaluation of supply chain networks. The model is subsequently used for risk management to investigate the issues of supply chain vulnerability and risk that has become a major research subject in recent years. In the test bed, a simple productive supply chain and an industrial supply chain are modelled with fundamental inventory replenishment policy. Subsequently, its performance is evaluated along with the identification and assessment of risk factors using analytical and simulation techniques respectively. Thus, this paper presents a complete package for industrial practitioners to model, evaluate performance and manage risky events in a supply chain.  相似文献

In order to protect the environment and regain value added to products, a process known as disassembly has come into the limelight. This process is to be applied to reuse abandoned goods and materials. Manufacturers are being forced to establish disassembly plants and to develop their products' designs so as to maintain the government's dictate to dispose off their products in an environmentally responsible manner. This research presents a cost-based heuristic analysis for a circuit board assembly. Various components of the product and their assembly relationships are represented by a Petri Net diagram. Firing the transitions of the disassembly Petri Net is integrated with cost-based indices to develop an effective disassembly strategy. The methodology discussed here simplifies the decisionmaking process involved in disassembly planning. A comprehensive disassembly process planning system is proposed here and is exemplified by a case study of circuit board assembly.  相似文献

DNA polymerases catalyze DNA synthesis during the replication, repair, and recombination of DNA. Based on phylogenetic analysis and primary protein sequences, DNA polymerases have been categorized into seven families: A, B, C, D, X, Y, and RT. This review presents generalized data on the catalytic mechanism of action of DNA polymerases. The structural features of different DNA polymerase families are described in detail. The discussion highlights the kinetics and conformational dynamics of DNA polymerases from all known polymerase families during DNA synthesis.  相似文献

The polarographic behaviour of thio-acetic acid (RSH) at dropping mercury electrode (d.m.e.) has been investigated in presence of KNO3 in the pH range 2–10.5 at 30.0 ± 0.2°C in 50% alcoholic medium at 0.2 M ionic strength. Well defined anodic waves were obtained at all pH values in the concentration range studied. At pH < 2.2 and > 10.5 ill defined anodic waves were obtained. The effect of pH, concentration of RSH, temperature, drop time and alcohol on the wave characteristic and the mechanism of the reaction occurring at the surface of the mercury drop have been studied in detail. A small prewave was also observed at pH 9.1 and 10.5, which has been assigned adsorption characteristics. The reversibility of the reaction mechanism was confirmed by a number of methods. The wave is diffusion controlled and reversible involving one electron transfer process: Mathematical and experimental evidence shows that the anodic wave of RSH at. d.m.e. does not correspond to formation of (RSSR) but to a mercury compound RSHg according to the above equation. The diffusion coefficient and temperature coefficient for (30–45°C) of id at pH 4.0 and 9.1 have been found to be 1.698; 1.965 × 10−6 cm2/sec and 1.08%; 1.20% per degree respectively. The dissociation constant pKa was found to be 4.25 by the plot of E1/2 vs. pH. The linearity of id with RSH concentrations provides a rapid and precise method for the determination of RSH down to 0.2 mM.  相似文献

Two-dimensional discrete cosine transforms are used in the core transformations in all profiles of the H.264/Advanced video coding (AVC) standard. In this paper, implementing the resource sharing of high throughput 4 × 4 and 8 × 8 forward and inverse integer transforms for high definition H.264 is presented. It is shown that the 4 × 4 forward/inverse transform can be obtained from 8 × 8 forward/inverse transform using selective data input and data arrangement at intermediate stages. Fast 8 × 8 forward and inverse transform is implemented using matrix decomposition and matrix operation such as Kronecker product and direct sum. The proposed implementation does not require any transpose memory and has a dual clocked pipeline structure. Compared with existing designs, the gate count is reduced by 27.7% in the proposed design. The maximum operating frequency of the proposed system is approx. 1.3 GHz, while the throughput is 7 G and 18.7 G pixels/s for 4 × 4 and 8 × 8 forward integer transforms, respectively. The proposed design can be used for real time H.264/AVC high definition processing owing to its high throughput and low hardware cost.  相似文献

A wireless sensor network (WSN) is a prominent technology that could assist in the fourth industrial revolution. Sensor nodes present in the WSNs are functioned by a battery. It is impossible to recharge or replace the battery, hence energy is the most important resource of WSNs. Many techniques have been devised and used over the years to conserve this scarce resource of WSNs. Clustering has turned out to be one of the most efficient methods for this purpose. This paper intends to propose an efficient technique for election of cluster heads in WSNs to increase the network lifespan. For the achievement of this task, grey wolf optimizer (GWO) has been employed. In this paper, the general GWO has been modified to cater to the specific purpose of cluster head selection in WSNs. The objective function for the proposed formulation considers average intra‐cluster distance, sink distance, residual energy, and CH balancing factor. The simulations are carried out in diverse conditions. On comparison of the proposed protocol, ie, GWO‐C protocol with some well‐known clustering protocols, the obtained results prove that the proposed protocol outperforms with respect to the consumption of the energy, throughput, and the lifespan of the network. The proposed protocol forms energy‐efficient and scalable clusters.  相似文献
