C 波段全固态T / R 组件设计

C波段星载合成孔径雷达(SAR)系统是应用于海洋目标监视的有力手段之一.基于T/R组件的有源相控天线可靠性高,成为现阶段星载SAR雷达的研究热点,其对T/R组件的需求特点包括:高效率、低功耗、重量轻、费用低、高幅度相位稳定性和高可靠性.文中介绍了最新研制的四通道C波段星载T/R组件,采用微波多芯片组件技术,T/R组件通道间距为1/4波长,其输出功率大于22W,噪声系数2.3dB,接收增益大于23dB,功率附加效率大于23％,重量小于200g.

Chloro-Nickel and Chloro-Cobalt Complexes Containing Phosphine Ligands: Efficient Initiators for Polymerization of Alkynes

We have developed a new series of single-component air- and moisture-stable catalysts for alkyne polymerization based on chloro-nickel and chloro-cobalt complexes containing phosphine ligands. The polymerization of p-diethynylbenzene initiated by these complexes proceeds smoothly in the presence of amines at room temperature to afford soluble -conjugated polymers in yields as high as 81% with weight-average molecular weight up to 17 600.     

用计算机分峰法研究复合超细纤维的结晶结构——第Ⅱ报 PET/PA6复合超细纤维的WAXD图谱解析

有界模型检测在服务组合中的应用研究

大规模服务自动组合问题是Web Service技术的主要瓶颈。传统的服务组合技术灵活性差并且适用的服务规模有限。在用有限状态自动描述机服务的输入、输出、操作等活动的基础上,提出用有界模型检测技术对大规模服务进行建模,将用户请求翻译为线性时态逻辑公式,采用适定性问题求解技术快速求解限定长度的服务组合解。实验结果表明有界模型检测技术应用在自动服务组合中是可行的。     

实时监控系统软件中组态参数动态调整的实现

本文介绍了目前国内外监控系统软件中存在的若干问题与不足,系统地提出了改进意见和建议。并结合监控软件应用开发实践,给出了相应的软件实现方法及程序设计框图。     

Effective improvement of photocatalytic hydrogen evolution via a facile in-situ solvothermal N-doping strategy in N-TiO2/N-graphene nanocomposite

Nanocomposite NTNG composed of nitrogen-doped titanium dioxide (N-TiO₂) and nitrogen-doped graphene (N-graphene) is synthesized to increase the photocatalytic efficiency for hydrogen production through a convenient in-situ solvothermal nitrogen-doping strategy. TEM and AFM images suggested that NTNG nanosheet consists of approximately 1–5 layers by folding its own sheet and that the wrinkled multilayer textures are stretched to a large extent due to the uniformly anchored N-TiO₂ nanoparticles on N-graphene surface effectively avoiding the aggregation. XPS results indicated that the in-situ solvothermal nitrogen-doping not only allows the nitrogen-doping of TiO₂ but also further changes the nitrogen-doping state of N-graphene including the nitrogen content and the ratio of dopant types. Raman spectroscopy told us that N-graphene in NTNG is more ordered than separate N-graphene due to fewer defects from the improved sp²-hybridized nitrogen. As a result, the photocatalytic efficiency of NTNG under ultraviolet irradiation is improved about 13.1 times compared to commercial P25.
