Platinized catalysts on various types of supports were tested in the catalytic decomposition of hydrazine in HClO4 and HNO3 solutions, where the process follows different pathways. In HClO4, the activity of the catalysts supported on a Termoksid ceramic material is higher than that of the catalysts supported on amorphous silica gel. In nitric acid solutions, the trend is reverse. Peptization of the ceramic supports in acid solutions increasing in the order 75% TiO2-25% SnO2 < 75% TiO2-25% ZrO2 ? TiO2 < ZrO2 was observed. In perchloric acid solutions, the catalyst specific activity in the hydrazine adsorption-dissociative decomposition increases with decreasing size of platinum crystallites on the support. In nitric acid solutions, where the hydrazine decomposition proceeds as its catalytic oxidation with nitric acid, the catalyst specific activity decreases with a decrease in the size of the catalyst crystallites, i.e., the catalyst centers located on large crystallites are more active. The results obtained were attributed to the energetic heterogeneity of the surface Pt atoms and various mechanisms of the hydrazine catalytic decomposition in various media.  相似文献

A detailed study of butyl rubber-based vibration damping formulations linking their composition, morphology, phase structure, viscosity, mechanical loss factor, and other characteristics is presented for the first time. High performance of the compositions including aromatic petroleum oil is explained by limited solubility of the plasticizer that leads to the formation of a highly-viscous emulsion (η20°C ≈ 1000 Pa·s) consisting of a swollen butyl rubber matrix and dispersed oil droplets in the broad composition range. Chalk is found to be the best inorganic filler as its spherical particles provide strong adhesion to the reinforcing layer of aluminum foil. Aiming to eliminate ecologically unfriendly aromatic compounds, a new low-cost binding agent formulation based on butyl rubber mixed with polyisobutylene and highly refined mineral oil is suggested. Being environmentally safe, it possesses high viscosity of 1000–3000 Pa·s, cohesion strength of 3.5–5.0 N/cm, penetration of 4.5–6.0 mm, and mechanical loss factor up to 0.34 at room temperature, which are as good as, or even better than, the properties of currently produced vibration damping materials containing aromatic compounds. New materials can be used in car and aircraft parts for effective vibration isolation.  相似文献

It was found that under mixing of aqueous solutions of copolymers and toluene solutions of C60 two types of polymer composites can be produced with different matrix structure, the fullerene content and an aggregation degree. The dimethacrylate enriched macromolecules migrate to toluene and the VP units enriched copolymer chains remain in water to form copolymer micelles and their aggregates in these media that solubilize and encapsulate the fullerene. The structure and properties of obtained polymer composites were studied by GPC with dual detection (RI and MALLS), FT‐IR, WAXS and SAXS methods. It is shown that in a composite based on N‐vinylpyrrolidone copolymer isolated from toluene the fullerene form larger particles, compare to that isolated from water. According to SAXS, the fullerene particles in a solid copolymer are organized in spherical objects with fine coil‐like structure. The stability of the composites in water, ethanol, and chloroform was shown to depend on the original polymer matrix structure and on copolymer/fullerene ratio. POLYM. An experimental investigation is made of x-ray bremsstrahlung in the 2–10 keV range of a pulsed discharge under electron cyclotron resonance conditions in a straight magnetic mirror system pumped by a high-power millimeter radiation beam. The plasma temperature and density were determined from the spectrum and intensity of the x-rays. The results indicate that a quasi-gasdynamic plasma confinement regime is achieved. Pis’ma Zh. Tekh.
