In microprocessor manufacturing it is very important to monitor the processed material on certain metrology steps. This is done in order to characterize the manufacturing process by verifying correct processing and ensuring availability of adequate information on the contributors to process variance. In state-of-the-art technologies it has become increasingly challenging to measure all possible and relevant sources of variation. Because low cycle time (manufacturing duration) is of such high importance, it is necessary to minimize the amount of inspection operations/duration on processed material. This paper details the integrated lot-level and wafer-level sampling application deployed in AMD's Fab30 and Fab36, which is capable of providing the means to capture lot, wafer, and event-based sources of variation by best utilizing the available metrology resources. It will also highlight the connection of this application into the areas of advanced-process-control, run-to-run, fault-detection and classification (APC, RtR, FDC).  相似文献

Four group A streptococcal glycolipopeptide vaccine candidates with different lipidic adjuvanting moieties were prepared and characterized. The immunogenicity of the compounds was evaluated by macrophage and dendritic cell uptake studies and by in vivo quantification of systemic IgG antibody by ELISA. OBJECTIVE: Two related studies that evaluated the impact of a continuing education program about community-based rehabilitation on the performance of administrators, professionals, and paraprofessionals are presented. One study contained a second part that examined whether differences between pre-course test performance and post-course test performance might be accounted for by practice effects. DESIGN: Factorial mixed model designs. SETTING: University classroom. PARTICIPANTS: Three hundred and eight professionals, administrators, and paraprofessionals from a variety of community-based rehabilitation programs. INTERVENTION: The 4-day graduate-level course focused on three content areas: brain and behavior relationships, behavioral and cognitive intervention strategies, and a rehabilitation philosophy that emphasizes individual client rights. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE: An examination completed before and immediately after taking the course. RESULTS: Professionals and administrators perform better than paraprofessionals when tested at the beginning and end of the training. However, the absolute differences among these groups were not substantial. In addition, the rate of learning course content was the same for administrators, paraprofessionals, and professionals. CONCLUSIONS: The results support the usefulness of training for all levels of staff and suggest that all levels of staff benefit in an equal fashion.  相似文献

Peripheral blood eosinophils from patients with eosinophilia and from healthy subjects were studied for surface immunoglobulins, receptors for the Fc region of IgG, complement receptors, and spontaneous rosette formation with sheep and mouse erythrocytes. Eosinophils were found to have receptors for complement and for aggregated IgG, and to have the same two types of complement receptors as do lymphocytes and monocytes. Immune adherence type receptors were specific for C4 or C3b, while C3d receptors were specific for C3d but unreactive with C4. Eosinophils differed from fully mature neutrophils in that the former had C3d receptors and relatively weak immune adherence (C4 or C3b) receptors, while the later did not have the C3d receptors and had strong immune adherence receptors. Eosinophil phagocytosis of complement-receptor bound erythrocytes was dependent on the presence of IgG in the antibody coating the red blood cells; this requirement for IgG resembled that found in neutrophil phagocytosis. No surface Ig or spontaneous erythrocyte rosette formation was observed with eosinophils.  相似文献

The role of the subicular complex and entorhinal cortex (SUB–EC) in spatial learning was examined in 2 water maze experiments. In Experiment 1, rats had to locate a hidden platform that was always a fixed distance and direction from an intramaze landmark. Each day, the landmark and platform were moved to a new location. Both control and SUB–EC-lesioned rats learned to locate the platform equally readily during training. However, the control group was impaired in locating the platform when the visual extramaze cues were concealed, whereas the lesioned group was unaffected by this manipulation. In Experiment 2, the lesioned rats were impaired in finding a hidden platform that was in a fixed place in the water maze and showed no evidence of having learned its location in a probe test. These results suggest that damage to the SUB–EC impairs the integration of geometric information but spares a more general navigational-directional strategy.
