Conclusion Small additions of alkali metals (1.0%) improve the mechanical properties of powder steels as a result of redistribution of impurities in boundary regions, refining the iron solid solution, refining the grain size as a result of a slow down in its growth rate up to high heating temperatures, acceleration of carbon and alloying element diffusion within the body of grains, and activation of the sintering process as a result of forming a liquid phase.Belorussian Republican Scientific Production Association of Powder Metallurgy. Conclusions During the liquid-phase sintering of Fe-Cu and Cu-P alloy powders a dominant role in the formation of particle contact structure is played by capillary forces, which ensure migration of the liquid phase along the grain boundaries of the solid phase. The composition of the oxygen-containing surface functional groups produced by the oxidation of the Tekhnosorb carbon nanocomposite material is studied using chemical analysis and titrimetry. The oxygen-containing groups on the carbon surface are identified by IR spectroscopy. The oxygen content of the surface functional groups is determined as a function of oxidation conditions, and the static exchange capacity of the material is shown to correlate with its surface composition. 相似文献

The effect of the composition of the skeleton made from steel powder on the triboengineering properties of pseudoalloys produced from copper alloy infiltration is analyzed. It is established that the steel-copper pseudoalloys possess a low friction coefficient depending on the concentration of graphite and additives of solid greases in the steel skeleton and on its original density. Higher copper phase concentration in the pseudoalloys boosts their heat conductivity and alters the structural morphology, thus promoting the triboengineering properties. 相似文献
