The precipitation of Ti(V)N(C)in high-carbon steel PD_3 during thermomechanicol treatmentat austenitic temperatures after deformation has been observed.The average size ofTi(V)N(C)particles may reduce with the increase of strain and the decrease ofthermomechanical treatment temperature,and vise versa.The growth of Ti(V)N(C)particlesat 920°C is found to be controlled by the interface reaction between precipitated particles andmatrix. 相似文献

The determination of dffusible hydrogen in U71Mn heavy rail steel,and hydrogen diffusivityas well as the hydrogen distribution in the cross section of blooms with stack cooling were stu-died.The results showed that,most of the hydrogen in blooms of heavv rail steel is diffusible,the hydrogen diffusivity in U71Mn rail steel blooms at room temperature is(0.85—1.02)×10~(-6)cm~2/s,after stack cooling,the hydrogen content in bloom will decrease greatly which ishelpful to form the flake-free phenomenon in the heavy rail produced by Panzhihua Iron andSteel Company. 相似文献

石油危机、环境污染加速了可再生、环境友好替代能源的发展,生物柴油无疑是其中一个重要热点。作为可再生的生物质液体燃料,生物柴油的开发应用将对社会经济的发展产生巨大的影响。对改善生态环境、提高能源安全、实现可持续发展及调整农业结构、增加农民收入等具有重要意义。目前世界上许多国家正从国家战略的高度大力开发生物柴油技术并推进其产业化进程。就生物柴油的优点、发展生物柴油的意义及我国生物柴油产业研究发展现状进行了综述,并对我国生物柴油产业的发展提出具体建议。 相似文献

研究了钢轨生产线上拉钢系统驱动轴发生的早期断裂。其断口形貌及裂纹扩展花样表明该轴是因变截面部位严重的应力集中而引起旋转弯曲扭转疲劳断裂。增大圆角半径是防止此类断裂的有效方法。 相似文献
