TUD-DNS3脱硝助剂在催化裂化装置的工业应用

TUD-DNS3脱硝助剂在中韩（武汉）石油化工有限公司1号催化裂化装置上进行了工业应用。结果表明：针对两段再生工艺，当系统中助剂占总催化剂藏量的质量分数为2.6%时，烟气脱硫装置外排污水中的氨氮质量浓度由加剂前的100 mg/L下降至40 mg/L以内；助剂的加入降低了CO焚烧炉的炉膛温度，有利于烟气的合格排放，并对装置操作、产品分布及汽油、柴油产品质量无不良影响。     

An Analysis of Citation Counts of ETRI‐Invented US Patents

From its foundation until 2004, ETRI has registered over 1,000 US patents. This letter analyzes the characteristics of these patents and addresses the explanatory factors affecting their citation counts. For explanatory variables, research team related variables, invention specific variables, and geographical domain related variables are suggested. Zero‐altered count data models are used to test the impact of independent variables. A key finding is that technological cumulativeness, the scale of invention, outputs in the electronic field, and the degree of dependence on the US technology domain positively affect the citation counts of ETRI‐invented US patents. The magnitude of international presence appears to negatively affect the citation counts of ETRI‐invented US patents.

Derivation of a second-order switching surface in the boundary control of buck converters

A second-order switching surface in the boundary control of buck converters is derived in this letter. The formulated switching surface can make the overall converter exhibit better steady-state and transient behaviors than the one with a first-order switching surface. The switching surface is derived by estimating the state trajectory movement after a switching action, resulting in a high state trajectory velocity along the switching surface. This phenomenon accelerates the trajectory moving toward the target operating point. The proposed control scheme has been successfully applied to a 120-W buck converter. The large-signal performance and a comparison with the first-order switching surface have been studied.

Solid phase crystallization of amorphous silicon on glass by thin film heater for thin film transistor (TFT) application

A new process for solid phase crystallization (SPC) of amorphous silicon (a-Si) using thin film heater is reported. With this localized Ti silicide thin film heater, we successfully crystallized 500 Å-thick a-Si in a few minutes without any thermal deformation of glass substrate. The size of crystallized silicon grain was abnormally big (30-40 μm). Polycrystalline thin film transistors (TFT) fabricated using this unique thin film heater showed better mobility than those of conventional ones by furnace annealing.     

Advanced disturbance observer design for mechanical positioning systems

Disturbance-observer (DOB)-based controller design is one of the most popular methods in the field of motion control. In this paper, the generalized disturbance compensation framework, named the robust internal-loop compensator (RIC) is introduced and an advanced design method of a DOB is proposed based on the RIC. The mixed sensitivity optimization problem, which is the main issue of DOB design, is also solved through the parametrization of the DOB in the RIC framework. Differently from conventional methods, the Q-filter is separated from the mixed sensitivity optimization problem and a systematic design law for the DOB is proposed. This guarantees the robustness and optimality of the DOB and enables the design for unstable plants.     

Densification involved in the UV-based photosensitivity of silicaglasses and optical fibers

A comprehensive survey of photosensitivity in silica glasses and optical fiber is reviewed. Recent work on understanding the mechanisms contributing to germanium or aluminum doped fiber photosensitivity is discussed within the framework of photoelastic densification models     

大型现浇钢筋混凝土U型渡槽施工技术

禹门口提水工程干渠上的十几座大型钢筋混凝土渡槽采用现浇混凝土施工方案。经过十几座渡槽的施工及通水检验，证明现浇施工技术与工艺已经成熟。本文就施工中遇到的高大排架外形与垂直度控制、槽身模板制做与固定、模具的空中支撑、运输与入仓办法等做以简单介绍。
