工程硕士"过程系统工程概论"教学改革

过程系统工程概论是研究化工过程整体特性的一门学科,是华东理工大学工程硕士必修课.通过该课程的教学改革,我院建立了一支稳定的教学小组,制作了多媒体课件,拓展了课程的前沿领域,取得了良好教学效果.     

影响热释光剂量计定度系数的因素

介绍了ＴＬＤ定度系数的三种影响因素,并指出剂量传递法定度ＴＬＤ的定度系数,可以使ＴＬＤ测量剂量的相对误差控制在±５％。     

Normal sintering and electric properties of (K,Na,Li)(Nb,Sb)O3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics

0.94(K₀₅Na_0.5)NbO₃?0.03LiNbO₃?0.03LiSbO₃ (KNLNS) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by conventional mixed oxide route with normal sintering method. The samples were sintered at different temperatures with KNLNS powder atmosphere to prevent volatilization of alkali metal oxides at high temperature. The effects of sintering temperature on the density, structure and electric properties of KNLNS ceramics were studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results showed that the crystal structure of the crushed KNLNS ceramic powders were pure perovskite phase with tetragonal phase structure when sintered at T????1080°C. However a K₃Li₂Nb₅O₁₅ phase with tetragonal tungsten bronze structure began to appear when the sintering temperature was higher than 1080°C. The optimum sintering temperature was 1080°C which was determined by measuring the density of the samples. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation indicated that the sintering temperature had a great effect on the microstructure of the samples. The KNLNS ceramics under the optimum sintering temperature showed excellent electric properties: ???=?4.29 g/cm³, ?? _r?=?826, tan???=?0.049, d ₃₃?=?190 pC/N, k _p?=?0.30, and T _c?=?385°C. The results show that the KNLNS ceramics are promising candidate for lead-free piezoelectric ceramics.     

变压器噪声的分析与治理

城市居民密集区的变电站噪声引起的居民投诉颇多,必须采用较有效的隔声措施来达到治理目的。通过对一起受居民投诉的变压器引起的噪声监测,分析了变压器噪声的衰减特性和频谱特性,有针对性提出治理措施,包括采用钢结构框架、吸隔声墙体以及彩钢夹芯板屋面等,使大型变压器噪声超出城区环境噪声标准限值的问题得到解决。

生物质直燃发电机组性能测试与火用分析

以设计燃料为棉花秸秆的某30MW高温高压生物质直燃发电项目作为研究对象,在6个不同工况下,对额定蒸发量为130t/h的生物质燃烧专用水冷振动炉排锅炉进行测试,对锅炉热效率进行计算,发现锅炉热效率小于设计值的主要原因是排烟温度偏高和燃料成分差异。对30MW纯凝汽式汽轮机进行测试,对汽轮机热耗进行计算,发现汽轮机热耗小于设计值的主要原因是背压偏高。对全厂热效率进行计算,发现随着功率的增加,热效率呈增加趋势。对热力循环过程进行火用分析,发现在锅炉内的温差换热和燃烧环节火用损失最大。     

延边地区烤烟主要化学成分与中性香气物质的关系

采用随机取样方法研究了延边地区烤烟化学成分与中性香气物质含量的关系。结果表明,还原糖和烟碱与各类香气物质总量相关性不显著;总氮与苯丙氨酸类、棕色化产物类、新植二烯含量及香气物质总量呈显著或极显著正相关,与苯丙氨酸类和棕色化产物呈显著二次曲线相关关系;蛋白质与除类西柏烷类以外的香气物质及总量呈显著或极显著正相关,与各类香气含量及总量呈显著或极显著二次曲线关系;钾与类胡萝卜类和类西柏烷类呈极显著正相关,且呈显著或极显著二次曲线相关关系;在总氮1.06%~1.99%、蛋白质3.45%~10.18%和钾0.66%~1.94%含量范围内,相对提高其含量,有利于烤烟香气物质含量的提高。
