Interactive key frame selection model

Video summarization can provide a fine representation of the content of video stream and reduce a large amount of data involved in video indexing, browsing, and retrieval. Moreover, Key frame selection is an important step in the research of content-based video analysis and retrieval. Although there exist a variety of methods for key frame selection, they are heuristic and closed systems, which cannot dynamically generate video summary with user’s preference. In this paper, an M-estimator and epipolar line distance constraint camera motion estimation algorithm is introduced as camera parameters is an important motion feature for key frame selection, and Broyden-Fletcher-Goldfarb-Shanno (BFGS) method is applied to optimize estimated parameters. Moreover, since Interactive Computing is a novel-computing model that represents the transition of algorithm to interaction, an interactive model of key frame selection (IKFS) is presented as a result of improving the model of key frame selection (KFS). The model of KFS and IKFS are proved to satisfy the criterion of induction and coinduction, respectively. Experimental results show that the processing scheme generates flexible and desirable summarizations whose distortion rate is lower than current method. Above all, IKFS is an extension to KFS.     

二维土壤水中溶质运移问题的全离散混合元法研究

本文建立了二维非粘性土壤水中溶质运移问题的混合元格式,讨论了混合元解的存在唯一性,并分析了误差估计.最后给出数值算例,数值模拟结果表明,用该方法模拟溶质运移问题是合理有效的.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of N-phenylthiocyano-phenylthioformamide-bis （ η5-methylcyclopentadienyl） （tetrahydrofuran） Samarium （Ⅲ）

The insertion reaction of phenyl isothiocyanate into the Ln-S bond was studied. Phenyl isothiocyanate reacted with [(CH3C5H4)2Sm(SPh)(THF)]2 to give the title complex, (CH3C5H4)2Sm[SC(SPh) NPh](THF),in good yield, which was characterized by elemental analyses, IR, ^1H NMR and X-ray structural determination. The crystal structure analysis of complex shows that samarium atom is coordinated by two CH3C5H4 groups, one O atom of THF, and N and S atoms from the SC(SPh)NPh ligand to form a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal geometry.

一种基于快速排序的快速多目标遗传算法

多目标遗传算法的一个重要步骤就是构造非支配集,本文提出了一种基于快速排序的非支配集构造方法,提高了非支配集构造效率,并且在Deb提出的NSGAⅡ的基础上,改进了其种群构造策略,设计了一类新的多目标遗传算法。实验表明,这种方法比NSGAⅡ具有更快的收敛速度且保持了良好的分布性。     

用LCD液晶屏产生动态全息图

本文介绍了ＬＣＤ液晶屏的工作原理和使用ＬＣＤ液晶屏的动态全息拍摄系统。本系统使用了ＬＣＤ液晶显示技术和计算机图形输入和处理技术,以ＬＣＤ液晶屏的分立时间序列的图形作掩模,制作出滚动变化的有立体动态效果的全息图。     

半焦成型技术及型焦应用研究进展

半焦孔隙结构发达,具有良好的吸附能力,但由于机械强度较低及耐热和耐水性能较差等原因,半焦的大规模应用受到了极大限制,不仅造成半焦资源大量浪费,也导致严重的环境污染问题。成型半焦机械强度高,耐热和耐水性能得到显著改善,可以广泛用作吸附剂或催化剂载体,具有很好的经济价值。综述半焦成型的主要工艺,阐明半焦成型机理,介绍有黏结剂冷压成型、无黏结剂冷压成型和热压成型等半焦成型工艺的特点以及产品型焦的主要应用领域,并提出半焦成型技术和型焦应用的主要发展方向。     

Preparation and characterization of PEGDE crosslinked silk fibroin film

To obtain water-insoluble silk fibroin(SF) materials, polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether(PEG-DE) was selected as a crosslinking agent to prepare SF films(blends). The reaction conditions were optimized for the crosslinking of the SF molecules. The hot water stability of the blends was measured using BCA protein assay and gravimetric analysis. The molecular conformation and crystalline structure of the blends were analyzed by FTIR and XRD, respectively. When the mass ratio of SF:PEG-DE was 1.0:0.8, the hot water loss rate of the SF blends was minimized. PEG-DE could induce SF molecules to form β-sheets during the gel reaction process, resulting in improved crystallinity and hot water dissolved resistance of the blend films. In order to demonstrate the cytotoxicity of the chemical reagents used to crosslink SF, L929 cells were seeded on the blend film(SF:PEG-DE = 1:1) and cultured for 3 days. Cells of L929 readily adhered and spread in the fusiform on the blend film resulting in high cell viability. The extracted liquid from the SF porous film did not inhibit cell proliferation, as estimated by the MTT assay.
