Rare earth permanent magnetic materials are typical electrical conductor, and their magnetic properties will decrease because of the eddy current effect, so it is difficult to keep them stable for a long enough time under a high frequency AC field. In the present study, as far as rare earth permanent magnets are concerned, for the first time, rare earth permanent magnets with strong electrical insulation and high magnetic performance have been obtained through experiments, and their properties are as follows: (1) Sm2TM17: Br=062 T, jHc=8037 kA/m, (BH)m=5897 kJ/m3, ρ=7 Ω·m; (2) NdFeB: Br=0485 T, jHc=76633 kA/m, (BH)m=3796 kJ/m3, ρ=9 Ω·m. The magnetic properties of Sm2TM17 and NdFeB are obviously higher than those of ferrite permanent magnet, and the electric insulating characteristics of Sm2TM17 and NdFeB applied have in fact been approximately the same as those of ferrite. Therefore, Sm2TM17 and NdFeB will possess the ability to take the place of ferrite under a certain high frequency AC electric field. 相似文献

The effects of Sn addition on core loss and texture of non oriented electrical steels were investigated. Experiments revealed that the core loss of non oriented electrical steels could be obviously decreased and the intensity of {111} texture and {112} texture of final annealed specimens could be markedly reduced by Sn addition. Hot deformation processing was designed to study the effects of niobium (Nb) on DIFT. A prestrain of 051 at 880 ℃ for different isothermal time was used for adjusting the deformed austenite constitution and Nb existing state, followed by a secondary heavy deformation at 780 ℃ for inducing the ferrite transformation. The volume fraction and grain size of deformation induced ferrite (DIF) obtained at different isothermal time between double hits were investigated. It was found that Nb dissolved in austenite is adverse to DIFT; however, the precipitation of Nb is beneficial to DIFT. As Nb plays the role in the conventional TMCP, Nb retards the recrystallization of deformed austenite and enhances the deformation stored energy in the multipass deformation, and in result, Nb promotes DIFT. 相似文献

A color image formation method is presented with thermosensitive liquid crystal polymers .The liquid crystal polymers are capable of reversibly assuming optical states of transparent and scattering lights ,and allow picture-element display areas in two colors at least to be composed on a surface,The picture elements within color areas are selected if they correspond to the color which is the spectral transmission center ,A heat is applied such that the maximum haze degree of the selected picture elements is greater than that of picture elements corresponding to any of the other colrs. 相似文献

The thermal equilibrium state of the reference electrode was investigated. The results show that the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of zirconia tube was very small and the Seebeck effect can be ignored after the sensor was dipped into liquid steel for more than 2 s. A special sensor was designed to test the relation between the EMF (electromotive force) of sensor and the thermal equilibrium state of the reference electrode. Based on these results, it is suggested that the peak in EMF curve was caused by the change of oxygen potential in reference electrode before the thermal equilibrium was reached. If NiO was added by 2%-5% to the Cr/Cr2O3 reference electrode, the peak in EMF curve could be eliminated. 相似文献
