实用户外视频监控异常检测策略

树枝叶等植物的晃动是造成户外监控背景复杂性的主要因素。该文提出一种基于视频分析的运动对象检测策略，利用快慢双背射模型检测运动变化像素，并通过邻域像素的棚关性检测消除虚假运动对象。实验表明此算法对户外监控不但速度快而且检测效果理想，满足实用化要求。     

Novel Hyperbranched predominantly Alternating Copolymers Made From A Charge Transfer Complex monomer pair of p-(chloromethyl)styrene and Acrylonitrile via Controlled Living Radical Copolymerization

Summary Novel hyperbranched copolymers were successfully synthesized by the controlled charge transfer complex inimer and living radical copolymerization of p-(chloromethyl)styrene (PCMS) and acrylonitrile (AN). The resulting copolymers were characterized by SEC, NMR, FTIR, DSC and elemental analysis etc.. The influences of reaction conditions, such as the polymerization temperature, the catalyst (CuBr) concentration and the monomer ratio, on the resulting copolymers were investigated in detail. The monomer reactivity ratios were evaluated to be r_PCMS=0.937 and r_AN=0.088 respectively by the Fineman-Ross method. The higher are the polymerization temperature and the ratio of catalyst to monomer, the higher is the branching degree of the resulting copolymer. When the amount of monomer AN was used in excess than that of the monomer PCMS in the raw feed, the hyperbranched predominantly alternating copolymers HP[PCMS-co-AN] could be obtained. These hyperbranched copolymers were successfully used as functional macroinitiators to synthesize the star-shaped poly(PCMS-co-AN)/poly(MMA) block copolymers.     

川东地区井下套管损坏的原因分析及对策

本文就近年来在钻井施工中遇到的４口井发套管损坏的问题进行了原因分析，提出了防止井下套管损坏对策。     

Prognostic factors of early sequelae and fatal outcome of Japanese encephalitis

A clinical case control study to identify prognostic factors present at hospital admission associated with early sequelae and fatal outcome of acute Japanese encephalitis (JE) was carried out in Gusi county, Henan Province, central China from June to September 1991. A total of 70 patients with laboratory-confirmed acute JE were studied, of whom 3 cases died and 33 cases had neurological or psychiatric sequelae at the end of three months follow-up. The results showed that acute JE at younger age, with higher body temperature, high white cell count in CSF, and deep coma present at hospital admission were markers for unfavorable outcomes (sequelae or fatal). A history of the vaccination was not correlated with the early sequelae and fatal outcome of the disease. The paper suggests that early diagnosis and treatment and universal JE vaccination for all susceptible populations are keys for decreasing incidence of sequelae and fatal outcome of acute JE.     

泥沙输移矢量式及其应用

本文基于Parker等人泥沙输移矢量式的分析和研究，增加了上举力的作用，并考虑了泥沙颗粒受力非平衡条件，采用牛顿力学的矢量分析法，推导了泥沙输移的通用矢量式。经对公式简化，且用Ikeda和笔者试验资料的验证，证明计算值与试验值吻合较好。     

片状陶瓷材料高低温电性能参数的自动检测

由进口电性能仪配上自制的高温系统，计算机自动采集数据，配置成一套高低温电性参数测定装置，该装置的特点是，升温快，炉体小巧，炉芯可更换盛液氮装置，屏蔽良好，等温区长，温工及参数测量精确可靠。     

助剂对Pd/树脂醚化催化剂催化性能的影响 Ⅰ.铝助剂的影响

研究了不同助剂对Ｐｄ／树脂醚化催化剂在临氢条件下对催化裂化汽油Ｃ５馏份与甲醇和Ｈ２反应的催化性能的影响。结果表明，在Ｐｄ／树脂醚化催化剂中引入Ｚｒ、Ｔｉ、Ｂ、Ｓｎ和Ａｌ等助剂后，都能改善催化剂的醚化、双键异构和二烯烃选择性加氢活性，其中以Ａｌ、Ｓｎ为最好。Ａｌ助剂的体积质量和负载方式对Ｐｄ－Ａｌ／树脂醚化催化剂的活性有影响。ＢＥＴ方法和Ｘ－射线荧光光谱分析（ＸＦＳＡ）表明，Ａｌ助剂对Ｐｄ－Ａｌ／树脂醚化催化剂的表面积、孔结构和Ｐｄ离子交换量影响较小。     

柠檬酸月桂醇酯的合成

介绍了柠檬酸月桂醇酯的合成方法,并经正交实验得出合成的最佳工艺条件:反应温度132℃,反应时间120min,月桂醇/柠檬酸=1:1(mol比),催化剂用量:0.2g。     

Oxygen dependency of retinal adhesion

PURPOSE: Normal retina is firmly attached to the retinal pigment epithelium, but the force of this adhesion drops precipitously within the first 2-3 min after enucleation. The purpose was to study metabolic factors that might be relevant to this postmortem failure of adhesion. METHODS: Dutch rabbit retina was manually peeled from the retinal pigment epithelium on strips of enucleated eyecup within a 37 degrees C bath. Retinal adhesiveness was measured by observing the amount of retinal pigment epithelium that remained adherent to the retina. RESULTS: Autologous whole blood in place of salt solution retarded the decrease in adhesiveness. A solution of hemoglobin alone was similarly effective, whereas methemoglobin solution failed to help the persistence of retinal adhesion. Bubbling oxygen into the salt solution and circulating it to avoid oxygen depletion at the tissue boundary also proved effective at sustaining retinal adhesiveness. Eyes made ischemic in vivo for 5 min or longer, by elevating intraocular pressure, showed virtually no retinal adhesion when enucleated immediately thereafter. However, eyes made ischemic for 10 min, but allowed to regain circulation for 5 min before enucleation, showed a return of retinal adhesiveness to 80% of normal. CONCLUSIONS: Oxidative metabolism is critical to the maintenance of retinal adhesiveness, and the effects of oxygen deprivation on adhesion are reversible within a certain time period.
