Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) has been recognized as one of most important gaseous signaling molecules mediated by a variety of physiological and pathological processes. Yet, its functions remain largely elusive due to the lack of potent monitoring methods. Hereby this issue is addressed with a powerful new platform—dye‐assembled upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs). A series of chromophores with different absorption bands and fast responses towards H2S is combined with UCNPs and results in a library of H2S sensors with responsive emission signals ranging from the visible to the near‐infrared (NIR) region. These nanoprobes demonstrate highly selective and rapid responses to H2S in vitro and in cells. Furthermore, H2S levels in blood can be detected using the developed nanoprobes. Hence the reported H2S sensing platform can serve as a powerful diagnostic tool to research H2S functions and to investigate H2S‐related diseases.  相似文献

Rational design and controllable synthesis of well‐defined nanostructures with high stability and Pt‐like activity for hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) are critical for renewable energy conversion. Herein, a unique pyrolysis strategy is demonstrated for the synthesis of RhPx nanoparticles (NPs) in N, P co‐doped thin carbon nanoshells (RhPx@NPC nanoshells) that display high electrocatalytic activity and stability over a wide pH range. This strategy involves simultaneous phosphorization and pyrolysis processes that can produce highly‐dispersed RhPx NPs within N, P co‐doped carbon nanoshells and at the same time induce thinning of carbon nanoshells from inside out. The resulting RhPx@NPC nanoshells not only possess Pt‐like activity for HER with low overpotentials to achieve 10 mA cm?2 (22 mV in 0.5 m H2SO4, 69 mV in 1.0 m KOH, and 38 mV in 1.0 m phosphate buffered saline (PBS)) but also provide long‐term durability in a wide pH range. The remarkable HER performance of RhPx@NPC nanoshells is ascribed to the high surface area, abundant mesoporosity, strong catalyst–support interaction, ultrathin carbon encapsulation, and N, P co‐doping. This work provides an effective strategy for designing heterostructured electrocatalysts with high catalytic activity and stability desired for reactions that may occur under harsh conditions.  相似文献

A linear theory based on Maxwell-Vlasov equations and the Laplace transform is presented to describe the large-orbit coaxial-waveguide cyclotron autoresonance maser (CARM) amplifier. A 35-GHz, TE5,1-mode large-orbit coaxial-waveguide CARM amplifier is specifically analyzed. Good agreement between the linear theory and the nonlinear simulations is found in the exponentially growing region of the wave. Results show that the operating magnetic field and the electron-beam energy and average radius substantially affect the power, and especially, a small beam current may be unsuitable to a large-orbit CARM amplifier operation.  相似文献

为增加空气源热泵运行的稳定性及提高其性能系数,本文提出了以R134a为工质的涡旋压缩机闪蒸器补气制冷/热泵系统。搭建了实验台对压缩机排气温度、功耗、制冷量、制热量及制冷、制热性能系数进行研究。结果表明:当冷凝温度为45℃,蒸发温度为-20~0℃时,与采用相同工质的单级系统相比,补气系统的排气温度降低了6.2℃,功耗增加1.4%~2.8%,制冷量和制冷COPc分别提高19.8%和17.6%,制热量和制热COPh分别提高15.3%和13.2%。  相似文献

Real-time measurement of the mill load is the key to improve the production capacity and energy efficiency for the grinding process. In this paper, experimental analysis of the wet mill load based on the vibration signals of the laboratory-scale ball mill shell is presented. A series of experiments are conducted to investigate the vibration characteristics corresponding to different grinding conditions such as dry grinding, wet grinding and water grinding. The power spectral density of the vibration signals is systematically interpreted.Experimental results show that the rheological properties of the pulp affect the amplitude and frequency of the vibration signal. The most important conclusion is that the frequency range of the shell vibration of the laboratory wet mill can be divided into three parts, namely natural frequency band, main impact frequency band and secondary impact frequency band. Finally, soft-sensor models between vibration signal and mill operating parameters of mill load are established using genetic algorithm-partial least square (GA-PLS) technology. After more work on industry scale ball mill is done, the soft-sensor modeling based on the mill shell vibration for operating parameters of mill load will improve the performance of the ball mill in the grinding process.  相似文献

制备均匀且整体性较好的试样是保证室内实验结果可靠的前提条件。提出了两端压实的静力制样法,围绕制样中出现的几个问题,制定了适宜的应对措施。同时完成了不同直径的盐渍土和麦秸秆加筋土试样的抗压强度实验,分析了试样抗压强度的尺寸效应,以及试样直径与加筋条件间的比例关系。结果显示:采用两端压实的静力制样方法制备加筋土试样是可行的;两种试样均存在明显的尺寸效应;由于麦秸秆的加筋作用,使得麦秸秆加筋土不同尺寸试样的抗压强度尺寸效应大于盐渍土的,且其抗压强度的尺寸效应随试样尺寸的增大而越来越明显;适宜加筋长度为0.316倍试样直径,适宜加筋率0.25%。研究结果可为制备合格的加筋土试样提供参考,也有益于在未来的研究中选择更合理的麦秸秆加筋条件。  相似文献

This article reports on the comparative study of the fabrication of porous anodic alumina films by anodisation of the aluminium films on glass substrates which were deposited by direct current sputtering and electron beam evaporation methods. The relationship between surface morphology of the deposited aluminum films and porous anodic alumina films was investigated. A more uniform and ordered porous anodic alumina was obtained by fabricating from electron beam evaporation deposited aluminium film with smaller and compact grains. Two-step anodisation was used to further improve the quality of porous anodic alumina compared to one-step anodisation. The optical transmittance spectra within wavelength of 370–800 nm were obtained and the optical properties were studied.  相似文献
