蛋白质在超滤过程中的膜污染和膜清洗

本文选用四种不同的膜清洗剂对牛血清蛋白溶液超滤后污染的三种超滤膜进行研究，结果表明：在蛋白质的等电点取得在不同ＰＨ值下蛋白质对膜污染的最佳清洗效果，清洗效率与蛋白质的所荷电荷有关。采用适宜的清洗过程将会延长膜使用寿命和增强超滤膜性能。

抛秧稻田杂草发生与化除技术研究初报

抛秧田杂草不但种类多，危害重，而且化除难度大，技术要求高，据１９９３－１９９５年的试验、示范结果证明，一般草害田，掌握在抛栽后１０－１５天，每公顷用５０％二氯喹啉酸３７５－４５０克加１０％苄嘧黄隆１５０－２２５克，采用喷雾或毒土法防治一次，对稗草和多种阔叶草的防效一般可稳定在９０－９３％左右，并且可使亩产增加２成左右，但多草田和漏水田，则应通过二次用药或提高药剂用量的方法加以解决。     

Water Bloom Precursor Analysis Based on Two Direction S-Rough Set

In the field of water quality management, it is vital to determine the main precursory anomalies from the precursor of intricate water bloom in the context of a given area. In this paper, a water bloom precursor analysis method, based on two direction singular rough set, was proposed. This approach was produced on the basis of the different sections and pre-water bloom of water bloom precursor anomalies and characteristic of elements transferred in singular rough set. For testing the validity of two direction singular rough set application in water bloom precursor analysis, Xiangxi River, which is one of the typical tributaries of Three Gorges Reservoir in China, was selected as study area. The result showed that compared with other indexes, pH and dissolved oxygen (DO) are the most valuable indicators of water bloom in the precursory anomalies. Furthermore, regarding with water bloom precursory anomalies in Xiangxi River, most of the nutrient loading and biological community are the key indicators. Hence, this method can determine the main precursory anomaly for water bloom in the study area, which provides powerful knowledge support to water quality specialists for them to comprehensively analyze precursory anomaly so as to find out its relationship with occurrence law of water bloom.     

Conformation of polyacrylamide in aqueous solution with interactive additives and cosolvents

The viscosity of polyacrylamide (PAM) dilute aqueous solutions with NaCl, glucose, and SDS as additives was measured by Ubbelohde viscometry. There was linear relationship between reduced viscosity vs. PAM concentration in aqueous solutions. The Huggins constant k and intrinsic viscosity [η] were used to study the conformation of the polymer chains and the degree of polymer–solvent interaction. In addition, the viscosity of diluted PAM solutions in water with acetone, ethanol, DMF, and ethylene glycol as cosolvent was measured. It was found that the polymer chain conformation contracted as the acetone, ethanol, and DMF cosolvent composition ratio increased, but there was no distinguishing difference between water–ethylene glycol compositions. The solution properties of PAM were used to estimate the swelling properties of PAM gel in the same external conditions, as gel is formed by crosslinking of linear polymer. In good solvent the polymer chain should be expanded, and gel is expected to have large swelling ratio. In water cosolvent systems, when the linear polymer chain underwent coil–globule transition, PAM gel should have volume phase transition under corresponding external conditions. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Low-temperature catalytic growth of carbon nanotubes under microwave plasma assistance

Various carbon nanotubes (CNTs) including aligned arrays, Y-branching and some other novel morphologies have been catalytically grown on anodic porous alumina template (APAT) and on the alumina-supported catalysts with methane (or benzene) as carbon source under microwave plasma assistance below 520 °C. The growth process could be simply operated since neither heating nor bias-voltage was applied to the catalysts or APAT. The results presented in this paper not only greatly richened the nanostructures of carbon family but also provided with a new technique path for synthesizing CNTs or some other nanostructures with the characteristics of low-temperature which has some special advantages or applications.     

大庆30万吨乙烯装置开工锅炉的化学清洗

大庆石化总厂３０万吨乙烯进口开工锅炉，开车前必须进行化学清洗。针对进口锅炉清洗方案中所列药剂，其一购之既需要外汇；其二按之清洗后的排放液含有致癌物，对其处理也较困难。通过选用国产药剂，采用新的清洗方法及工艺，既达到了满意清洗效果，又避免了致癌物的污染，还为国家节省了外汇。
