Two‐pole large generators are extensively used in power utilities. Growing demand for electric power in recent years has led to substantial increases in the capacity of generators. In line with this trend, our company has manufactured two‐pole turbine generators in the 900,000‐kVA to 1,200,000‐kVA classes. As the capacity of generators becomes larger, equivalent circuits are increasingly expected to improve their precision in estimating operation characteristics. The Park model has been widely used as an equivalent circuit model. The Park model with quadrature axis transient reactance $x_{q}^{\prime}$ is claimed to be useful for accurately estimating the load rejection characteristics of turbine generators. However, it is difficult to measure $x_{q}^{\prime}$, few studies based on measured data have appeared. As one of the few examples, we have conducted a measured data on a 500,000‐kVA‐class generator. Recently, the authors obtained test data on $x_{q}^{\prime}$ of a 900,000‐kVA‐class generator. In this study, based on these data, we studied the effect of $x_{q}^{\prime}$ using the finite element method and a transient analysis program (EMTP‐ATP). © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过预应力支撑加固的钢柱,一般增加了轴向抗压强度。过去,十分强调获得更高的临界屈曲荷载,然而,后屈曲性能是结构安全性和功能的重要保证。对具有几何缺陷和与可能的材料失效相关的应力极限的支撑柱的屈曲性能进行检验。考虑有几何缺陷支撑柱的屈曲性能,采用Rayleigh-Ritz方法对几何非线性模型公式化,并通过有限元方法进行验证。研究显示:对于承受最高临界荷载的预应力状态,系统对有几何缺陷的柱更为敏感。对某一给定形状结构,实际的最大荷载似乎随着预应力的增加而增加。研究建议:最佳的预应力取值应该大于基于传统方法的线性分析的结果。 相似文献

We propose a methodology to optimize radiation protection in radioactive waste disposal after the closure of a disposal facility based on a probabilistic approach. In this methodology, a set of alternative options of the disposal system design with the associated uncertainties estimated through a probabilistic approach are developed. Then, the methodology evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of each option for the optimization of radiation protection, in which it is possible to determine the compliance with a dose constraint of 0.3 mSv/y and to collect information for making a decision on the optimization. In particular, the obtained information on the exposure, which is the mode and width of the dose distribution, can be converted into information on engineering measures and site conditions for the options. This process allows us to discuss which option should be selected as the optimal option by considering the balance between the exposure and the engineering, economic, and social feasibility of the option. This methodology is helpful for providing clear reasons why an optimal disposal system design is selected by combining quantitative information on the exposure and the feasibility of each option. 相似文献

A self-assembled monolayer (SAM) of l-homocysteine (l-Hcy) formed on the surface of a gold-deposited gate of a field effect transistor (FET) was used to differentiate between enantiomers of amino acids, for which the formation of diastereomeric metal complexes is fundamental for chiral discrimination. Here, we focus our attention on the dependence of the FET response on the analyte amino acids, the central metal ions involved in complex formation, and the solution pH. Using the l-Hcy SAM-modified gate with added Cu(II), notable negative FET responses were enantioselectively observed for the l-enantiomers of alanine (Ala), phenylalanine, and tryptophan, whereas differences in the FET responses between enantiomers were negligible for asparagine and aspartic acid. Regarding the enantioselectivity for Ala, the addition of Cu(II) was demonstrated to show higher selectivity as compared to other metal ions such as Co(II) and Ni(II). Moreover, for the addition of l-Ala and Cu(II), a particularly strong negative FET response was observed at pH 5.5. 相似文献

Since the application of the Lagrange relaxation method to the unit commitment scheduling by Muckstadt in 1979, many papers using this method have been published. The greatest advantage of applying the Lagrange relaxation method for the unit commitment problem is that it can relax (ignore) each generator's output dependency caused by the demand–supply balance constraint so that a unit commitment of each generator is determined independently by dynamic programming. However, when we introduce the transmission loss into the demand–supply balance constraint, we cannot decompose the problem into the partial problems in which each generator's unit commitment is determined independently and have to take some measures to obtain an optimal schedule by the Lagrange relaxation method directly. In this paper, we present an algorithm for the unit commitment schedule using the Lagrange relaxation method for the case of taking into account transmission losses. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. In this study, two deposition methods (i.e. MOCVD and sputtering methods) to prepare n-type ZnO window layers for CIGS-based thin-film solar cells are discussed. In order to make ZnO : Al transparent conductive oxide (TCO) films prepared by DC magnetron sputtering comparable to ZnO : B TCO prepared by MOCVD, a new ZnO sputtering process is proposed by introducing a multilayer structure. Using these films, CIGS thin-film solar cells with efficiencies of greater than 14% have been fabricated with an active area of 3.2 cm2. This structure was adapted to fabricate CIGS thin-film mini-modules with efficiencies around 11% having aperture area of 50 cm2. 相似文献

Mixtures of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and basic nickel carbonate with P/Ni molar ratios of 2/3, 1/1, and 2/1 were ground in a planetary mill. The thermal behavior of the milled samples was investigated by differential thermal analysis, x-ray diffraction, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. In addition, the samples were characterized by ultraviolet-visible reflectance spectroscopy, particle size distribution, scanning electron microscopy, and nitrogen adsorption measurements. As a result of mechanochemical effects, the targeted nickel phosphates were formed at lower temperatures, had a more vivid color, and consisted of more regularly shaped particles. 相似文献

A new experimental technique was developed for detecting structure changes at electrode/electrolyte interface of lithium cell using X-ray reflectometry and two-dimensional model electrodes with a restricted lattice-plane. The electrodes were constructed with an epitaxial film of LiCoO2 synthesized by pulsed laser deposition method. The orientation of the epitaxial film depends on the substrate plane; the 2D layer of LiCoO2 is parallel to the SrTiO3 (1 1 1) substrate ((0 0 3)LiCoO2//(1 1 1)SrTiO3), while the 2D layer is perpendicular to the SrTiO3 (1 1 0) substrate ((1 1 0)LiCoO2//(1 1 0)SrTiO3). The anisotropic properties were confirmed by electrochemical measurements. Ex situ X-ray reflectivity measurements indicated that the impurity layer existed on the as-grown LiCoO2 was dissolved and a new SEI layer with lower density was formed after soaking into the electrolyte. In situ X-ray reflectivity measurements indicated that the surface roughness of the intercalation (1 1 0) plane increased with applying voltages, while no significant changes in surface morphology were observed for the intercalation non-active (0 0 3) plane during the pristine stage of the charge–discharge process. 相似文献

A confocal laser microscope system was developed for the measurement of radiophotoluminescence (RPL) photons emitted from a minute alpha-ray-irradiated area in an RPL glass dosemeter. The system was composed mainly of an inverted-type microscope, an ultraviolet laser, an XY movable stage and photon-counting circuits. The photon-counting circuits were effective in the reduction of the background noise level in the measurement of RPL photons. The performance of this microscope system was examined by the observation of standard RPL glass samples irradiated using (241)Am alpha rays. The spatial resolution of this system was ~ 3 μm, and with regard to the sensitivity of this system, a hit of more than four to five alpha rays in unit area produced enough amount of RPL photons to construct the image. 相似文献
