Optimal binary codes and binary construction of quantum codes

This paper discusses optimal binary codes and pure binary quantum codes created using Steane construction. First, a local search algorithm for a special subclass of quasi-cyclic codes is proposed, then five binary quasi-cyclic codes are built. Second, three classical construction methods are generalized for new codes from old such that they are suitable for constructing binary self-orthogonal codes, and 62 binary codes and six subcode chains of obtained self-orthogonal codes are designed. Third, six pure binary quantum codes are constructed from the code pairs obtained through Steane construction. There are 66 good binary codes that include 12 optimal linear codes, 45 known optimal linear codes, and nine known optimal self-orthogonal codes. The six pure binary quantum codes all achieve the performance of their additive counterparts constructed by quaternary construction and thus are known optimal codes.     

HBsAg/GM-CSF融合蛋白的克隆及其在毕赤酵母中的表达

目的在毕赤酵母中表达HBsAg/GM-CSF融合蛋白。方法利用PCR扩增HBsAg和GM-CSF基因,通过15个氨基酸的连接肽将两个片段连接,获得融合基因S-GM,克隆入酵母穿梭质粒pPIC9K中。将重组质粒9K-S-GM电转化毕赤酵母后,G418筛选,甲醇诱导,HBsAg/GM-CSF融合蛋白表达。经SDS-PAGE检测表达水平,Western blot检测表达产物特异性。结果PCR扩增的片段与预期大小一致,HBsAg/GM-CSF融合蛋白在毕赤酵母中获得了表达。Western blot检测,该融合蛋白同时具有HBsAg和GM-CSF的特异性。结论该融合蛋白的获得为提高乙肝疫苗的免疫原性奠定了科学基础。     

SPG-Suite：面向伪周期时间序列的预测方法

伪周期时间序列是一种广泛存在的数据形式,它具有伪周期性、非平稳性和特征值等特征。对这类时间序列进行预测,具有很强的研究和应用意义。然而,目前的相关研究对伪周期时间序列的关注度不足,一些已有的时间序列预测方法在应用到伪周期时间序列上时,会造成误差的累积,使得预测效果很差。为了解决这些问题,总结了伪周期时间序列的特征,并提出了SPG-Suite预测方法,很好地解决了传统方法无法解决的问题。最后,在真实的数据集上进行了实验,并与传统方法进行了对比,实验结果表明,SPG-Suite方法在预测精度上具有明显的优势,并具有较强的可扩展性。

针对天生桥换流站500kV三菱断路器因空气压力低告警导致断路器控制保护回路断线这一情况,根据工作站中出现的信号,结合断路器的控制、保护二次回路,对信号及其出现的缘由进行分析,评估断路器控制保护回路断线时,可能出现的安全生产风险,发现目前存在的问题,并对这些问题提出解决方案。     

PP/M-HOS/POE三元复合材料的界面改性与力学性能

采用马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)及马来酸酐接枝乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)为界面相容剂，利用熔融共混法制备PP／镁盐晶须(M—HOS)／POE三元复合材料，研究了PP-g-MAH及POE-g-MAH的用量及配比、M-HOS和POE的用量对三元复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明：当PP／M-HOS／POE的质量比为100／10／20时，PP-g-MAH的最佳用量为3份；利用PP-g-MAH及POE-g-MAH作为复合相容剂可同时改善M-HOS与PP和POE的界面相容性，促进POE、M-HOS对PP的增韧补强作用，使三元复合材料的力学性能得到了明显的改善。     

5-氨基-3-氰基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯基)吡唑的合成方法概述及研究

以2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯胺为原料,经重氮化和环化反应得到5-氨基-3-氰基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯基)吡唑,本方法工艺操作简单,易于工业化生产。收率85%,纯度为95%。     

Optimal resource allocation for transmission diversity in multi-radio access networks： a coevolutionary genetic algorithm approach

The next generation wireless communication systems aim at supporting enhanced diversified network access and data transmission abilities via the cooperative integration and unified management of various radio access technologies(RATs).The resource allocation is the core component leading the network system and mobile terminals to the service robustness and performance maximization.In this paper,a numeric optimization model for optimizing terminals’transmission power and allocated RAT bandwidth for maximizing system capacity is proposed with the focal consideration of the multi-radio transmission diversity for parallel transmission through multiple links from diferent RATs,and diferent terminal characteristics on RAT supports.Also,we design a centralized and periodic scheduling algorithm including an improved coevolutionary genetic algorithm for efciently solving the optimization problem.Simulation results demonstrate that our propose algorithm can distinctly enhance the system performance and improve the computational efciency.     

大型氨厂热钾碱脱碳工艺增产节能新技术试验研究

大型氨厂侧线试验结果表明，采用南化集团研究院开发的H-Cat均相催化剂和变压再生新工艺，可使现有生产装置脱碳能力大幅度提高、能耗大幅度降低。将新型催化剂加入Benileld溶液后，可使溶液吸收能力提高16．9％、再生热耗降低22．8％；再将新型节能工艺结合起来，装置生产能力可提高28．8％、再生热耗降低39．1％。达到了国际同类工艺的先进水平。
