Ultra-high-purity silicon tetrachloride (SiCl4) is demanded as an electronic-grade chemical to meet the stringent requirements of the rapidly developing semiconductor industry. The high requirement for ultra-high-purity SiCl4 has created the need for a high-efficient process for reducing energy consumption as well as satisfying product quality. In this paper, a mass of production technology of ultra-high-purity SiCl4 was successfully developed through chlorination reaction in the ultraviolet (UV)-based photo microreactor coupled with the distillation process. The influences of key operational parameters, including temperature, pressure, UV wavelength and light intensity on the product quality, especially for hydrogen-containing impurities, were quantified by the infrared transmittance of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) at 2185 cm-1 and 2160 cm-1 indicating that characteristic vibrational modes of Si—H bonds, as well as the operating conditions of distillation were also investigated as key factors for metal impurities removing. The advanced intensification of SiCl4 manufactured by the integration of photo microreactor and distillation achieves the products with superior specifications higher than the standard commercial products.  相似文献

以酸性离子液体和Na2WO4·2H2O组成的体系为催化剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂,将催化柴油中的噻吩硫氧化为砜类物质,并通过NMP将其萃取出来,同时考察了反应温度、反应时间和催化剂用量等因素对氧化脱硫反应的影响,得出最佳反应条件为:3 mL油样(含硫200 μg·g-1),1 g离子液体,0.021 g 钨酸钠(Na2WO4·2H2O), 0.7 mL过氧化氢,反应温度323 K,反应时间3 h,萃取剂与柴油体积比为1∶1,此时样品中的硫可降低到23 μg·g-1。反应结束后,可以通过简单的倾倒将油样和催化剂分离,催化剂重复使用5次,催化活性基本不变。  相似文献

海上风机所处环境恶劣,基础与塔架等支撑结构在使用阶段受到荷载和非荷载因素,会产生累积损伤和性能退化。为了实时掌握基础与塔架体系的运行状态及安全性,进行合理的检修与维护,提出了一种基于神经网络的实时安全评估方法。结果表明:结合风况、风机运行等信息,仅在风机基础及塔架关键部位设置少量监测设备即可满足安全实时评估的数据要求;考虑限值比较、单点误差分析、总体误差分析后,可对基础与塔架局部及整体安全性进行实时评价。经实例论证,预测结果与监测数据较为接近,具有较好的实用性,可为类似工程提供参考。  相似文献

Multi-label core vector machine (Rank-CVM) is an efficient and effective algorithm for multi-label classification. But there still exist two aspects to be improved: reducing training and testing computational costs further, and detecting relevant labels effectively. In this paper, we extend Rank-CVM via adding a zero label to construct its variant with a zero label, i.e., Rank-CVMz, which is formulated as the same quadratic programming form with a unit simplex constraint and non-negative ones as Rank-CVM, and then is solved by Frank–Wolfe method efficiently. Attractively, our Rank-CVMz has fewer variables to be solved than Rank-CVM, which speeds up training procedure dramatically. Further, the relevant labels are effectively detected by the zero label. Experimental results on 12 benchmark data sets demonstrate that our method achieves a competitive performance, compared with six existing multi-label algorithms according to six indicative instance-based measures. Moreover, on the average, our Rank-CVMz runs 83 times faster and has slightly fewer support vectors than its origin Rank-CVM.  相似文献

The effect of thermal poling and corona charging on the structure and characteristics of poly(vinylidene fluoride) films (PVDF) was investigated. The structure and chemical change of PVDF films with different polarizing treatments was examined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, respectively. The characteristics including piezoelectric coefficients, ferroelectric hysteresis, and leakage current were measured. It was found that both polarized methods contribute to dramatic improvement on the piezoelectricity and ferroelectricity of PVDF films, while thermal poling leads to structure change with the generation of new carbon composition. 研究了预处理短纤维用量对乙炔炭黑填充甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(VMQ)/EPDM共混硫化胶拉伸、撕裂、耐屈挠疲劳和导电性能的影响。实验结果表明,加入适量短纤维对VMQ/EPDM体系有一定的补强作用;纤维用量较大时,导电性能下降。加入4.0份左右的预处理短纤维,可使VMQ/EPDM共混导电橡胶获得良好的物理机械性能和导电性能  相似文献

对铂催化剂上一氧化碳氧化反应的多定态特性进行了实验研究,借助于奇异理论和突变理论,对实验结果进行了分析,找出了系统可能存在的定态数目,并预测出在定态数目不同的操作参数区域内,描述系统状态变量与操作参数的分岔图型式,最后,尝试利用系统的多定态特性识别反应的动力学模型,取得了满意的效果.  相似文献
