档案信息资源共享管理问题研究综述

本文采用定量与定性相结合的方法,对有关档案信息资源共享管理问题的文献梳理,在对档案信息资源共享管理问题研究主要内容与成果进行归纳的同时,对这一研究的发展趋势进行了预测。     

Communications and control co-design： a combined dynamic-static scheduling approach

This paper investigates the problem of joint design of an output feedback controller and the medium access scheduling policy for networked control systems(NCSs).The capacity of communication networks on sensors side and actuators side are limited so that at any time the sensors and actuators cannot be accommodated simultaneously and that transmission delays are inevitable.The joint design problem is solved in three steps:determining communication sequences(called feasible sequences) for both sides that can preserve controllability and observability,respectively;designing output feedback controller without considering the effect of communication sequences;and setting up a rule that governs the switching between feasible communication sequences.Essentially,the first step is a static scheduling procedure that yields a set of feasible communication sequences for each side.The third step is a dynamic scheduling process resulting in a switching policy in line of a stability criterion of the closed-loop switching delay system.To show the effectiveness of the combined static and dynamic scheduling method,a numerical example is also provided.

对桥梁施工中若干预应力技术的研讨

结合济南二环东路高架桥四合同十四联现浇连续箱梁预应力施工经验,探讨了施工中伸长量计算与设计图纸中伸长量的区别,介绍了如何精确计算伸长量,阐述了张拉次数的控制方法,并分析了两端张拉与一端张拉的区别,以期指导实践。     

超长结构混凝土无缝施工综合技术研究

深圳大运中心主体育场工程,环向超长（周长920m）无缝钢筋混凝土,采用微膨胀剂、聚丙烯腈纤维纤维、后张拉无粘结预应力无缝施工综合技术,主体结构完成后经多次检测,未发现裂缝,说明综合技术是成功的。     

A sufficient condition for additive -stability and application to reaction–diffusion models

The matrix A is said to be additively D-stable if A−D remains Hurwitz for all non-negative diagonal matrices D. In reaction–diffusion models, additive D-stability of the matrix describing the reaction dynamics guarantees the stability of the homogeneous steady-state, thus ruling out the possibility of diffusion-driven instabilities. We present a new criterion for additive D-stability using the concept of compound matrices. We first give conditions under which the second additive compound matrix has non-negative off-diagonal entries. We then use this Metzler property of the compound matrix to prove additive D-stability with the help of an additional determinant condition. This result is then applied to investigate the stability of cyclic reaction networks in the presence of diffusion. Finally, a reaction network structure that fails to achieve additive D-stability is exhibited.     

Improved moving least squares algorithm for directed projecting onto point clouds

Directed projection is a key issue in many point-based techniques in geometric modeling, computer graphics, and computer vision. This paper proposes a new point-based directed projection method in the frame of moving least squares (MLS) projection where the reference plane is determined by approximating its normal using weighting least squares method, and the weighting value, on every neighboring points is determined according to the distance from the point to the projection ray. At every optimal step, the normal is calculated from updated neighborhood to relocate the reference plane, and check the variation in energy. The resulting solution is obtained with the local minima of the energy. Comparing with the existing directed projection algorithm, the proposed method is more robust and efficient, especially for the surfaces with complex profiles. To demonstrate the valid of the proposed approach and its application in part manufacturing, several numerical experiments have been presented and the results show that it is promising.     

Inhibition of copper corrosion in sodium chloride solution by the self-assembled monolayer of sodium diethyldithiocarbamate

Sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) self-assembled monolayer (SAM) on copper surface has been investigated by SERS and EDS and the results show that DDTC SAM is chemisorbed on copper surface by its S atoms with tilted orientation. Corrosion inhibition ability of DDTC SAM was measured in 3% NaCl solution using electrochemical methods. The impedance results indicate that the maximum inhibition efficiency of DDTC SAM can reach 99%. Quantum chemical calculations show that DDTC has relatively small ΔE between HOMO and LUMO and large negative charge in its two sulfur atoms, which facilitates the formation of a DDTC SAM on copper surface.

将矿井瓦斯作为淮南矿区居民民用燃气是矿井瓦斯利用的主要途径。针对淮南矿区煤层气产业化发展的需求，从互换性、安全性和实用性三方面对天然气混合气作为煤层气补充气源的可行性进行分析，指出天然气混合气与煤层气具有互换性，可作为补充气源，并提出了具体实施方案。
