Effect of variable friction coefficient on sheet metal drawing

A variable friction model that relates the parameters of sheet metal drawing to the local lubrication conditions taking place during the deformation, has been integrated to a finite element program. Variable friction coefficients for the contacting surfaces are determined from the friction model, which uses the related parameters obtained at each time step of the finite element program as inputs. A number of numerical runs have been performed and the strains are compared with the experimental results for circular blanks. A good agreement is obtained between the numerical and experimental results for the variable friction model used.     

微合金钢模拟焊接热影响区组织和韧性研究

采用焊接模拟试验方法，研究了不同峰值温度（Tmax）和不同冷却时间（t8/5），对合Ti-N、TI-NB-N两种微合金钢热影响（HAZ）显微组织、奥氏体晶粒度、冲击韧性影响。试验结果表明：Ti-N钢焊接热影响区比Ti-Nb-n钢具有更高的冲击韧性、更适用于大线能量的焊接条件。     

Hydrolysis of Milk Fat with Lipase in Reversed Micelles

Enzymatic hydrolysis of milk fat was studied in a reversed-micelle system consisting of lecithin, water (1% total volume) and butteroil. Candida cylindracea lipase entrapped in the water pools of reversed micelles hydrolyzed surrounding triglycerides. The optimum temperature for enzyme activity was 55°C with an activation energy of 15.4 kcal/mole, while maximum enzyme activity was observed between pH 4 to 6. The molar ratio of water to surfactant (R value) in the system influenced enzyme activity with maximum activity at R = 10. Enzyme activity also increased with increasing surfactant or enzyme concentration.     

不用专门相移装置的三维面形测量

提出一种不需要专用相移装置实现相移，主要利用数字图像处理技术实现三维面形测量的方法，研究结果表明，用原干涉图像及1幅以上的移值条纹图主可能实现物体三维面形的测量。     

数字通信系统设计中FPGA的仿真

在大规模的FPGA设计中，由于逻辑过于复杂，给仿真与调试工作带来很大难度。本文结合“实用化综合接入系统”边缘路由器子系统的设计，结合仿真软件提供的接口，提出用测试程序自动生成测试向量，自动完成仿真结果检查的方法，大大降低了仿真与调试的工作量。     

MOISTURE TRANSFER PROPERTIES of WILD RICE

Working isotherms for processed wild rice and desorption isotherms for unprocessed wild rice were determined at temperatures ranging from 10 to 43.5°C. the constants for the Guggenheim-Anderson-DeBoer (GAB), Day and Nelson, Chen and Clayton and modified Halsey equations were determined by using a nonlinear optimization technique. the GAB equation showed extremely good fit to the experimental data (less than 5% error). the diffusion coefficients for moisture transport in both broken and whole processed wild rice and for unprocessed wild rice samples were determined at room temperature. the processed broken wild rice kernels had an effective diffusion coefficient of 2.66 × 10^?9 m²/h, whereas the effective diffusion coefficient was 7.08 × 10^?10m²/h for the processed whole wild rice kernels. Unprocessed wild rice had moderate effective diffusivity (1.4 × 10^?9 m²/h). These results predicted quite well the equilibrium water activities and time to equilibrium of wild rice-white rice mixtures using both analytical methods and the finite element method. the transfer of moisture to or from packaged wild rice was also illustrated for different distribution systems.
