In this paper, the context of modeling of the impact of mismatch and statistical variations on analogue circuit building blocks is emphasized. The aim is to develop a new algorithm which predicts the statistical behavior of important parameters of an amplifier including output resistance, voltage gain and trans-conductance. The relative error of standard deviation of statistical parameters will remain less than 5% compared with the most accurate Monte-Carlo (MC) simulations using atomistic library model-cards. In comparison with other models which are based on the normal distribution of parameters, the proposed model does not need this limiting presumption. On the other hand, the proposed algorithm is more efficient compared with time consuming MC atomistic simulations. 相似文献

The improving effects of addition of nano-wollastonite on some fire properties of medium-density fiberboard (MDF) were studied in this work. Nano-wollastonite was added at four levels (2%, 4%, 6%, and 8%). The size range of at least 70% of nano-wollastonite particles were 30 to 110 nm. The results showed statistically significant improving effect of nano-wollastonite on time to onset of ignition. The improving effect was primarily attributed to an increase in thermal conductivity of board containing nano-wollastonite. This increase in turn resulted in better curing of resin, and a higher integrity of fibers thereof. Moreover, nano-particles provided a surface with reduced combustibility and therefore, penetration of fire to the inner layers of boards was delayed, thus improving fire properties. High and significant correlations were found between thermal conductivity coefficients of boards with different fire properties. It was concluded that for applications where fire properties are of prime importance, nano-wollastonite content of 8% can be recommended. Moreover, further studies are needed to compare and standardize the results obtained from the apparatus used here with those obtained from internationally recognized apparatuses like cone calorimeter. 相似文献

This research was conducted to evaluate the effects of cold atmospheric plasma treatment on the color of Hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis L.) and also to compare the usage of the spectrophotometer vs the color imaging instrumentation for the evaluation of the treatment on the color parameters. The experiments were investigated at different treatment times of 1, 5, and 10 minutes and the voltage values of 17, 20, and 23 kV. Possible changes of color were evaluated by using CIE L*a*b* values obtained with HunterLab colorimeter and CIE L*a*b* values obtained with a digital still camera (DSC) using digital image processing (MATLAB software). The values of L*, a*, and b* of the samples were obtained using both the methods. The results revealed that the L*, a*, and b* values of the treated Hyssop samples changed with increasing the treatment time and the voltage applied. Evaluating the interaction effects revealed that there was a significant difference in the (−a*/b* ) ratio. In addition, the results showed that the effects of all variables on the color parameters were significantly different in the case of the DSC using digital image processing. However, these effects were not significantly different using HunterLab colorimeter except for time variable and interaction effects of a* and (−a*/b* ) ratio. The lightest green color and the maximum chlorophyll content loss were observed for 23 kV applied over 10 minutes. Based on the results, the digital image processing can be used as a practical tool to study the variations at the color of dried Hyssop leaves after cold plasma treatment. 相似文献

In this work, we will study the crystallization of P type hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) by Aluminum Induced Crystallization technique (CIA) by varying the thickness of the aluminum films. We have deposited a 100 nm thickness of p-type a-Si:H layer on Corning glass substrates using PECVD technique. An aluminum layer with thickness ranging from 10 to 400 nm was thermally evaporated on the a-Si:H surface. The thermal annealing was performed in a conventional furnace at temperature of 550 °C for 4 h in flowing N2 ambient. The study of the crystallization of the Al/a-Si:H/Glass structure according the aluminum thickness was carried out by using Raman spectroscopy, X-rays diffraction and Hall Effect measurements. Raman results reveal the presence of the peaks between 510 and 520 cm−1, which are close to the peak of crystallized Si (about 521 cm−1) proving the crystallization of all samples. The XRD measurements show the presence of the characteristic peaks of the crystalline silicon, thus the a-Si: H (p) layer was effectively crystallized by the AIC method in a short time. Through Hall measurements we found an improvement in electrical properties and an increase in dopant concentration (+ 5.3 1014 to + 2.9 1017 cm2). 相似文献

To investigate the effects of SiC on microstructure, hardness, and fracture toughness, 0, 10, 20, and 30 vol% SiC were added to HfB2 and sintered by SPS. Upon adding SiC to 30 vol%, relative density increased about 4%; but HfB2 grain growth had a minimum at 20 vol% SiC. This may be due to grain boundary silicate glass, responsible for surface oxide wash out, enriched in SiO2 with higher fraction of SiC. By SiO2 enrichment, the glass viscosity increased and higher HfO2 remained unsolved which subsequently lead to higher grain growth. Hardness has increased from about 13 to 15 GPa by SiC introduction with no sensible variation with SiC increase. Residual stress measurements by Rietveld method indicated high levels of tensile residual stresses in the HfB2 Matrix. Despite the peak residual stress value at 20 vol% SiC, fracture toughness of this sample was the highest (6.43 MPa m0.5) which implied that fracture toughness is mainly a grain size function. Tracking crack trajectory showed a mainly trans-granular fracture, but grain boundaries imposed a partial deflection on the crack pathway. SiC had a higher percentage in fracture surface images than the cross-section which implied a weak crack deflection. 相似文献

CoAl2O4 spinel was successfully synthesized by combustion synthesis method using glycine and urea by 1:1 molar ratio as fuels and sol-gel process using citric acid as a chelating agent. The as-synthesized powders were calcined at desired temperatures to obtain CoAl2O4 spinel as a single phase. X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric, and differential thermal analysis results revealed that the formation of CoAl2O4 spinel in combustion method needs 300°C higher temperatures than those of sol-gel. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy analysis results revealed that “sol-gel spinel” had nanometric particle size which was smaller than those of “combustion spinel.” Temperature programed reduction with hydrogen and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy results declared that there was a little residual cobalt oxide in combustion spinel while there is no oxide resided in “sol-gel spinel.” Consequently, the sol-gel method has more benefit in synthesizing spinel with sulfate precursors than combustion. 相似文献
