This paper considers a genetic algorithm application to feedforward controllers of speed servo and positioning systems. The system consists of a conventional feedback controller and a feedforward controller. The parameters of the feedforward controller are regarded as the chromosome on a gene. The genetic algorithm is used to tune the parameters of the feedforward controller, the objective of which is to make the feedforward controller a dynamic inverse of the plant. The tracking error between the desired output and the actual output at every sampling period is used to calculate the fitness of one gene. The range of mutation is dependent on the magnitude of the tracking error, which ensures parameter convergence. The effect of fitness function and the width of mutation on tracking performances is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed genetic algorithm in improving tracking performances.  相似文献

The stress concentration analysis of 60° V-shaped or partially-circular double edge notches in an infinite strip under tension or in-plane bending is discussed. The stress field induced by a point force in an infinite plate is used to solve these problems. The present results for semicircular notch are in close agreement with other reports. The results calculated on the 60° V-shaped notches show that the Neuber formula gives an underestimated stress concentration factor of about 11% for tension case and in about 9% for bending case. These errors exist for a wide range of notch depth. However, in the case of blunt notches, the Neuber solution of deep hyperbolic notches still gives a sufficient accuracy in engineering use. In addition, the stress concentration factors of 60° V-shaped notches are also represented by diagrams for wide use.  相似文献

The authors report a case of macular involvement in a patient with HTLV-I associated myelopathy (HAM). The patient was a 10-year-old girl who noticed sudden decreased vision in her right eye in November 1987. The corrected visual acuity was 0.01 in the right eye and 1.0 in the left eye. Fundus examination of the right eye disclosed mild optic disc pallor. The macula appeared to have pigmentary mottling with superficial irregular retinal reflex that was three disc diameters in size. Fluorescein angiography revealed a discoid hypofluorescent area in the macula, surrounded by mottled hyperfluorescent areas. She had no contributory family history of ocular disease, but had a history of blood transfusion during an operation for patent ductus arteriosus and ventricular septal defect at the age of 8 months. In November 1990, she developed gait disturbance due to spastic paraparesis and was admitted to our hospital. Antibodies to HTLV-I were markedly elevated in serum (titer, 1:8192) and in cerebrospinal fluid (titer, 1: 1024). She was diagnosed as HAM. Two months later, she developed encephalopathy and bilateral optic disc atrophy.  相似文献

The effects of different B-site elements on the Curie points of the PbTiO3-Pb(M1/3Nb2/3)O3 and 0.99BaTi03-0.01Ba(M1/3Nb2/3)O3 series (M = Ca, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn), were examined. The Curie point was high when M was copper, while it was low when M was nickel. This was caused by the Jahn-Teller effect in the CuO6 octahedron keeping the Curie point high. For the 0.99BaTiO3-0.01 Ba(M1/3Nb2/3)O3 systems, the Curie points were correlated with axial ratioc/a.  相似文献

Epinastine is a non-sedative second-generation antiallergic drug, like terfenadine. In the present study, the metabolism of epinastine in human liver microsomes was investigated and compared with that of terfenadine. Terfenadine was extensively metabolized to terfenadine acid with a Km value of 1.78 microM, a Vmax value of 173.8 pmol/min/mg and a metabolic clearance (Vmax/Km) of 103.9. Epinastine, in contrast, was poorly metabolized by microsomes from the same source with a high Km value of 232 microM. Metabolic clearance of epinastine was only 0.832, which was lower by three orders of magnitude than that of terfenadine. Studies with microsomes expressing recombinant cytochrome P450 (CYP) species revealed that the CYP isoforms responsible for epinastine metabolism are CYP3A4, 2D6 and (to a minor extent) 2B6. Epinastine and terfenadine had no effect on CYP1A2 (theophylline 1-demethylation), 2C8/9 (tolbutamide hydroxylation) or 2E1 (chlorzoxazone 6-hydroxylation) activity, but weakly inhibited CYP2D6 (debrisoquine 4-hydroxylation) activity. CYP3A4 (testosterone 6 beta-hydroxylation) activity was strongly inhibited by terfenadine with a Ki value of 25 microM, whereas epinastine had no effect at up to 100 microM. Thus, epinastine is very poorly metabolized compared to terfenadine in human liver microsomes and does not inhibit CYP3A4 activity in vitro, unlike terfenadine.  相似文献

A 13-year-old warmblood mare was presented because of progressive weight loss, general weakness and trembling. On examination the horse stood with its head lowered and the limbs placed under the body. On lifting its head spasms of the neck muscles could be observed. At the same time the horse developed trembling over the lower neck and muscle fasciculations continued over the whole body. Additional signs included frequent recumbency, polyphagia and facial hyperaesthesia. The horse showed no signs of ataxia. Haematology was normal. Blood biochemistry revealed slight increased aspartate aminotransferase (AST: 1060 U/I) and creatine kinase levels (CK: 441 U/I). Based on the clinical findings equine motor neuron disease was diagnosed. The horse was euthanatized due to poor prognosis and the progression of symptoms. The typical neurodegenerative changes found on histological examination of the spinal cord confirmed the diagnosis.  相似文献

Thirty seven patients complaining of voiding disturbance who showed gray zone total prostate-specific antigen (t-PSA) level (upper limit of normal approximately 10 ng/ml) but did not reveal apparent cancerous findings in the prostate were examined for free PSA (f-PSA) and prostate volume. According to histological diagnosis, 9 were cancer cases and the other 28 were non-cancer cases. The free/total (F/T) ratio was 0.10 and 0.16 in the cancer and non-cancer groups, respectively (t-PSA; DPC kit, p = 0.03). The t-PSA (DPC and Dinabott kits), f-PSA and PSA density alone did not distinguish these two groups. For diagnosis of cancer, the ratio seemed to be F/T, the most reliable followed by PSA density and t-PSA. When using a 13% F/T, the sensitivity and specificity for cancer detection were 88.9 and 70.8%, respectively. t-PSA measured with the Dinabott kit, showed a similar tendency except that the F/T ratio showed a slight variation. Prostate volume and patient age influenced the F/T slightly, but these factors may not impair the usefulness of F/T.  相似文献

An electronics system has been assembled to measure frequency-dependent response functions of glass-forming liquids in the extremely viscous state approaching the glass transition. We determine response functions such as dielectric permittivity and shear and bulk moduli by measuring electrical impedances of liquid-filled transducers, and this technique requires frequency generators capable of producing signals that are reproducible over the span of several days or even several weeks. To this end, we have constructed a frequency generator that produces low-frequency (1 mHz-100 Hz) sinusoidal signals with voltages that are reproducible within 10 ppm. Two factors that partly account for this precision are that signals originate from voltages stored in a look-up table and that only coil-less filters are used in this unit, which significantly reduces fluctuations of output caused by changes of temperatures of circuits. This generator also includes a special triggering facility that makes it possible to measure up to 512 voltages per cycle that are spaced apart at uniform phase intervals. Fourier transformations of such data yield precise determinations of complex amplitudes of voltages and currents applied to a transducer, which ultimately allows us to determine electrical impedances of transducers with a reproducibility error that is only a few parts per hundred thousand. This equipment is used in tandem with a commercial LCR meter and/or impedance analyzer that give(s) impedance measurements at higher frequencies, up to 1 MHz. The experimental setup allows measurements of the transducer impedance over nine decades of frequency within a single run.  相似文献

Plasmalopsychosine, a characteristic fatty aldehyde conjugate of beta-galactosylsphingosine (psychosine) found in brain white matter, enhances p140trk (Trk A) phosphorylation and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) activity and as a consequence induces neurite outgrowth in PC12 cells. The effect of plasmalopsychosine on neurite outgrowth and its prolonged activation of MAPK was similar to that of nerve growth factor (NGF), and the effect was specific to neuronal cells. Plasmalopsychosine was not capable of competing with cold chase-stable, high affinity binding of NGF to Trk A, indicating that plasmalopsychosine and NGF differ in terms of Trk A-activating mechanism. Tyrosine kinase inhibitors K-252a and staurosporine, known to inhibit the neurotrophic effect of NGF, also inhibited these effects of plasmalopsychosine, suggesting that plasmalopsychosine and NGF share a common signaling cascade. Plasmalopsychosine prevents apoptosis of PC12 cells caused by serum deprivation, indicating that it has "neurotrophic factor-like" activity. Taken together, these findings indicate that plasmalopsychosine may play an important role in development and maintenance of the vertebrate nervous system.  相似文献
