马来酸酐接枝 SEBS对聚丙烯 / 碳纳米管复合材料性能的影响

采用球磨和熔融共混法，制备了聚丙烯（PP）／碳纳米管（CNT）／马来酸酐接枝SEBS（MA－SEBS）复合材料，结果表明，MA－SEBS促进了CNT在PP基体中的分散，形成完善的逾渗网络，改善了PP／CNT复合材料的抗静电性，提高了CNT对PP的增强作用，对PP／CNT复合材料有明显的增韧作用。     

常温电沉积Fe—P—Al2O3复合镀层新工艺的研究

研究确定了常温下获得Fe-P-Al_2O_3复合电镀层的新工艺,获得的镀层光亮、致密、无裂纹,Al_2O_3颗粒的含量为5％～35％(vol),镀层显微硬度Hv=800～1100N/mm~2,耐磨性能比低温镀铁层提高5～10倍。     

Electrodeposition of Pd–Ag alloy nanowires on highly oriented pyrolytic graphite

This paper reports findings of an investigation of Pd–Ag alloy nanowires on the step edges of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) by electrochemical deposition at room temperature. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images reveal that these alloy nanowires (109–430 nm) are uniform in diameter, and have lengths up to 100–500 μm. The electrodeposition process involves the initial formation of nanowires induced at the step edges of the oxidized HOPG substrate at a very negative potential and subsequent growth at a constant low current density to coalesce the discontinuous nanowires. Alloy nanowires with a 20–25% silver content can be obtained when the ratio of Pd and Ag in the solution is carefully controlled. The SEM images demonstrate that the alloy nanowire arrays are continuous, parallel, ordered, well-aligned and have a narrow distribution of diameters. The Pd–Ag alloy nanowire arrays are promising materials for fabricating hydrogen nanosensors.     

聚合物—铝酸—钙界面组成与结构的XPS研究

从复合材料界面的角度,采用XPS综合方法研究了水泥基聚合物复合材料的高强特别是高抗弯强度的微观机理。结果表明,在材料界面上存在明显的电子结合能化学位移效应,并被证实为聚合物与无机水泥的化学键合所致。界面层的深度分析发现,掺加聚合物的材料界面具有良好的化学和物理结构。作者认为这种材料的高强机理主要是由于两种基质界面间的有效化学键合作用,形成了良好的界面结构,因此,可认为这种作用大于有的学者所解释的聚合物的单一物理作用。     

酶法合成中色氨酸的测定

建立了光度测定酶法合成中色氨酸含量的新体系。该检测体系不仅能准确地测定产物色氨酸的含量，且对底物吲哚能同时测定。有效地避免了其他色氨酸测定方法底物吲哚的干扰，通过标准加入法色氨酸及吲哚的回收率分别为９７．８％～１０３．３％，９７．６％～１０３％。实验证明该体系简单、实用，测定结果可靠。     

高温浓硫酸液下泵的故障分析及处理

安徽铜都铜业股份有限公司金昌冶炼厂新建 300 kt／a铜冶炼烟气制酸装置干燥塔入口烟气温度(30±2)℃,烟气ψ(SO_2)9％±1％。干燥塔循环槽采用2台单级单吸离心立式悬臂液下泵,型号为LSB780-30B,一开一备。吸收塔循环槽液下泵型号也为LSB780-30B,为2台泵并联。     

Dynamic response of Ti3SiC2 under shock compression up to 112 GPa

Ti₃SiC₂ is of interest due to its unique dual nature reminiscent of both brittle ceramics and ductile metals at ambient conditions. In this work, plate-impact experiments have been performed to study the dynamic behavior of Ti₃SiC₂ under shock compression up to 112 GPa by using laser velocity interferometer and electric pin techniques. Hugoniot elastic limits (HEL), spall strength, and Hugoniot equations of state have been obtained based on measured particle velocity profiles and shock wave velocities. The ratio of spall strength to HEL for Ti₃SiC₂ is larger than brittle ceramics but smaller than metals. This result indicates that the dual nature of Ti₃SiC₂ remains at least up to 10 GPa. On the other hand, the linearity of the Hugoniot equation of state, $D=6.9\text{0}1(22)+1.153(53)u_{\text{p}}$, suggests that the initial structure of Ti₃SiC₂ should be stable up to 112 GPa, in contrast to the result reported by Jordan et al. [J. Appl. Phys., 93 (2003) 9639].
