Electromagnetic micromirror array with single-crystal silicon mirror plate and aluminum spring

We have designed and fabricated an addressable 4 /spl times/ 4 array of micromirrors capable of providing up to 90/spl deg/ of angular deflection. Each micromirror comprises a single-crystalline silicon mirror plate supported by aluminum springs, which provides an extremely flat reflective surface and a compliant spring material that enables the integration of the device into a limited area without mitigating its performance (i.e., total angular deflection). The device is fabricated using a combination of surface and bulk micromachining processes, such as electroplating, bulk wet etching and XeF/sub 2/ etch processes. Selective actuation is accomplished by the use of an electrostatic clamping force on each mirror plate. A mirror rotation angle of more than 80/spl deg/ can be obtained by applying an external magnetic field, and this angle can be further increased by the use of an electrostatic force. The designed structure can be used in microphotonic applications.

薄膜晶体管液晶电视(TFT-LCD TV)因为具有薄、轻、紧凑和可随意放置的特点，已经占据了大部分电视机市场。除了这些物理特性以外，最重要的特性是已具有了良好像质的对比度。为了将对比度提高到1：600以上，对偏振片膜、背光源板、滤色片树脂、电极锥角和摩擦条件等都进行了研究。优化的背光板组合，光滑的电极锥角和摩擦方法的控制是提高对比度的主要控制因素。应用新开发的滤色片树脂，对获得高对比度最为有效。     

自治Agents的面向服务的协商模型

提出了一个基于自治Agents的面向服务的协商模型。模型主要包括两大模块：首先定义了一系列的战略和战术过程，使得Agents可以产生初始建议，评价对方的建议，以及在此基础上做出反建议；其次，定义了两个层次的Agent通信机制。二者相辅相成，实现了Agents间合作的动态形成和随机协调，使得Agents可以承担因环境的不确定性而需动态协作的复杂任务。     

间接原子吸收分光光度法测定聚丙烯、聚乙烯中的微量(?)

介绍用原子吸收分光光度法测定PE、PP氯含量。该方法采用氧气燃烧法处理样品,用Ag~+沉淀Cl~-,经分离后用原子吸收光谱测溶液中剩余Ag~+浓度,从而得到样品中氯含量。讨论了仪器参数、操作条件对测定结果的影响,结果表明,在分离前存放4～30分钟对测试结果无影响。火焰法的测定条件为波长328.1nm、灯电流7.5mA、狭缝宽度0.4nm、C_2H_2压力0.025MPa、空气压0.16MPa、燃烧器高度7.5mm。实验采用的离心转速2000r/min、时间5分钟、HNO_3浓度1%。该法灵敏度可达0.1μg/ml、相对标准误差<2%。     

基于瞬态熔融理论的新型螺杆研究

通过对挤出机固体输送段物料融解过程的分析，提出了通过在螺槽中垫高固体床，将熔化的熔融物挤进螺槽内侧的熔池中，而在螺槽内侧的熔池保持高度不变，从而使物料和熔融物相对分离，以提高熔化速率以及减少熔融物降解的新型螺杆模型。     

分布式协作工作流技术研究

工作流是实现企业业务过程建模、优化、管理、集成和自动化的核心技术．作为分布式的应用平台，工作流管理系统任务处理能力即吞吐能力是一个重要的性能指标．目前，已有的工作流管理系统在这方面存在较大的不足，成为工作流管理系统广泛应用的严重障碍．本文研究了工作流系统的协作方式和负载平衡技术，定义了工作流系统的负载因子，给出了一个分布式协作工作流系统模型，并结合业务流程逻辑，提出了分布式协作工作流系统负载平衡调度算法．实验表明该分布式协作工作流系统有效地扩展了单个工作流系统的吞吐能力。     

Improved domino logic for high speed design

Techniques are introduced to improve the speed of domino logic. With an inverted clock scheme, a serial transistor is removed and capacitances at the output node are reduced in the new structures. HSPICE simulation shows that over 20% performance enhancement is achieved.     

Structural properties of 0.65Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.35PbTiO3 relaxor ferroelectric thin films on SrRuO3 conducting oxides

Coating of 0.65Pb(Mg_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃–0.35PbTiO₃ (PMN–PT) relaxor ferroelectrics by a sol–gel method is followed by growth of epitaxial SrRuO₃ (SRO) metallic oxide electrodes on SrTiO₃ (STO) single-crystal substrate by pulsed laser deposition. High-quality PMN–PT films on SRO with preferred growth orientation were successfully fabricated by controlling the operation parameters. Structural properties of relaxor ferroelectric PMN–PT thin films on SRO/STO substrates have been studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). In-plane and out-of-plane alignments of the heterostructure are confirmed and the structural twinning of the materials are also revealed.
