In this study, drying behavior of viscose yarn bobbins was investigated experimentally to specify the optimum drying conditions and a drying model was proposed for simulation of drying. The experiments were conducted in a pressurized hot-air bobbin dryer, which was designed and manufactured based on the dryers used in the textile industry. Drying process was performed for various drying parameters: bobbin diameter, drying temperature, drying pressure, and volumetric flow rate of drying air. The results show that total drying time is strongly dependent on drying pressure, drying temperature, and volumetric flow rate and increase at these parameters shortens the drying time considerably. The results also show that the minimum energy consumption is for lower values of drying temperature and drying pressure and modest and higher values of volumetric flow rate. Simulation results show that the most appropriate model in describing the drying curves of viscose yarn bobbins is the stretched exponential model. 相似文献

Nowadays, doped graphenes are attracting much interest in the field of Li‐ion batteries since it shows higher specific capacity than widely used graphite. However, synthesis methods of doped graphenes have secondary processes that requires much energy. In this study, in situ synthesis of N‐doped graphene powders by using of cyclic voltammetric method from starting a graphite rod in nitric acid solution has been discussed for the first time in the literature. The N‐including functional groups such as nitro groups, pyrrolic N, and pyridinic N have been selectively prepared as changing scanned potential ranges in cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical performance as anode material in Li‐ion batteries has also been covered within this study. N‐doped graphene powders have been characterized by electrochemical, spectroscopic, and microscopic methods. According to the X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman results, N‐doped graphene powders have approximately 16 to 18 graphene rings in their main structure. The electrochemical analysis of graphene powders synthesized at different potential ranges showed that the highest capacity was obtained 438 mAh/g after 10 cycles by using current density of 50 mA/g at N‐GP4. Furthermore, the sample having higher defect size shows better specific capacity. However, the more stable structure due to oxygen content and less defect size improves the rate capabilities, and thus, the results obtained at high current density indicated that the remaining capacity of N‐GP1 was higher than the others. 相似文献

Chena Hot Springs is a small, moderate temperature, deep circulating geothermal system, apparently typical of those associated to hot springs of interior Alaska. Multi-stage drilling was used in some exploration boreholes and was found to be useful for understanding subsurface flow characteristics and developing a conceptual model of the system. The results illustrate how temperature profiles illuminate varying pressure versus depth characteristics and can be used alone in cases where staged drilling is not practical. The extensive exploration activities helped define optimal fluid production and injection areas, and showed that the system could provide sufficient hot fluids (∼57 °C) to run a 400-kWe binary power plant, which came on line in 2006. 相似文献

Surface-modified inorganic powders were applied as additives to plain salt-in-polymer polymeric electrolytes in order to enhance their properties and make them applicable in all-solid-state Li-polymer primary and secondary cells. These fillers consisted of alumina and titania powders (coarse and nano-sized) with superacidic groups introduced onto their surface. Then they were added to low and high molecular weight poly(ethylene oxide) (PEODME 500 and PEO 4,000,000) together with lithium perchlorate (LiClO4, lithium tetraoxochlorate(VII)). In this way several different composite electrolytes were obtained that exhibited excellent stability versus lithium metal electrode and high lithium transference number. The work of Task Group 5.1 (uncertainty studies and revision of IDEAS guidelines) and Task Group 5.5 (update of IDEAS databases) of the CONRAD project is described. Scattering factor (SF) values (i.e. measurement uncertainties) have been calculated for different radionuclides and types of monitoring data using real data contained in the IDEAS Internal Contamination Database. Based upon this work and other published values, default SF values are suggested. Uncertainty studies have been carried out using both a Bayesian approach as well as a frequentist (classical) approach. The IDEAS guidelines have been revised in areas relating to the evaluation of an effective AMAD, guidance is given on evaluating wound cases with the NCRP wound model and suggestions made on the number and type of measurements required for dose assessment. 相似文献

The in vivo measurement of the activity deposited in the skeleton is a very useful source of information on human internal contaminations with transuranic elements, e.g. americium 241, especially for long time periods after intake. Measurements are performed on the skull or the larger joints such as the knee or elbow. The paper deals with the construction of an anthropomorphic numerical phantom based on CT scans, its potential for calibration and the estimation of the uncertainties of the detection system. The density of bones, activity distribution and position of the detectors were changed in individual simulations in order to estimate their effects on the result of the measurement. The dielectric properties of corn seeds were determined in the ranges of 9.71-21.51% wet basis (w.b.) for moisture content, 772.5-902.2 kg/m3 for bulk density and 1-100 MHz for frequency of applied electric field using a coaxial capacitor sample holder. Effects of the parameters such as moisture content, bulk density and frequency on the dielectric properties were investigated. The dielectric constant, loss factor and loss tangent were greatly affected by the moisture content, frequency and bulk density. The moisture content was the most significant factor affecting the dielectric properties of corn seeds. The dielectric constant, loss factor and loss tangent increased with increasing moisture content and bulk density. The second and third-order polynomial equations were proposed to describe the existing relationship between dielectric properties and moisture content. Dielectric measurements provided new information concerning moisture content and bulk density dependent behaviour of dielectric properties of corn seeds that may be useful in sensing of the moisture content. 相似文献
