We propose a fast and effective technique to improve sub‐grid visual details of the grid based fluid simulation. Our method procedurally synthesizes the flow fields coming from the incompressible Navier‐Stokes solver and the vorticity fields generated by vortex particle method for sub‐grid turbulence. We are able to efficiently animate smoke which is highly turbulent and swirling with small scale details. Since this technique does not solve the linear system in high‐resolution grids, it can perform fluid simulation more rapidly. We can easily estimate the influence of turbulent and swirling effect to the fluid flow.  相似文献

This paper reports the synthesis and electroluminescent properties of a series of blue emitting materials with arylamine and diphenylvinylbiphenyl groups for applications to efficient blue organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). All devices exhibited blue electroluminescence with electroluminescent properties that were quite sensitive to the structural features of the dopants in the emitting layers. In particular, the device using dopant 4 exhibited sky-blue emission with a maximum luminance, luminance efficiency, power efficiency, external quantum efficiency and CIE coordinates of 39,000 cd/m2, 12.3 cd/A, 7.45 lm/W, 7.71% at 20 mA/cm2 and (x = 0.17, y = 0.31) at 8 V, respectively. In addition, a blue OLED using dopant 2 with CIE coordinates (x = 0.16, y = 0.18) at 8 V exhibited a luminous efficiency, power efficiency and external quantum efficiency of 4.39 cd/A, 2.46 lm/W and 2.97% at 20 mA/cm2, respectively.  相似文献

Self-consolidating concrete (SCC) is a recently developed, innovative construction material. With use of SCC no additional compacting is necessary due to its high filling ability; as a result, the labor cost of compacting is economical. However, SCC may require stronger formwork that can resist the higher lateral pressure induced as compared to that for ordinary concrete. This study shows the effects of limestone filler or fly ash replacement on the formwork pressure and workability retention of a SCC mixture. Portland cement has been replaced with each of the powders in order to enhance its flowability and stability. It is observed that the powder replacement also increases the formwork pressure and decreases the workability retention. The effect of powder replacement on the formwork pressure is evaluated with a proposed two-function model, and discussed in comparison with the rheology of paste.  相似文献

A compact 24?GHz quadrature Doppler radar front-end monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) with Tx leakage canceller is developed. The chip is 3?×?2?mm2 and the front-end module is 3?×?3?cm2. The MMIC consists of a 24?GHz voltage-controlled oscillator, a Tx leakage canceller and two mixers. The radar module can measure speeds as low as 2.5?mm/s, which corresponds to a 0.41?Hz Doppler shift. The quadrature topology enables the signs of a Doppler shift to be detected and obviates the null point problems.  相似文献

In this letter, we present an event stream processing system that can evaluate a pattern query for a data sequence with predicates. We propose a pattern query language and develop a pattern query processing system. In our system, we propose novel techniques for run‐time aggregation and negation processing and apply our system to stream data generated from vehicles to monitor unusual driving patterns.  相似文献

We demonstrated an all-solution-processed electron selective layer, active layer and top electrode for large-area inverted organic solar cells. The fabricated devices are semitransparent, fully spray-coated, highly efficient and air-stable, with power efficiencies of 2.41% and 1.0% for cell areas of 0.36 and 15.25 cm2, respectively. The shelf life of the cells in air is demonstrated by the ∼80% retention of original cell efficiency after 30 days.  相似文献

A model of mechanical behavior of microcantilever due to mismatch strain during deposition of MEMS structures is derived. First, a microcantilever, modeled as an Euler-Bernoulli beam, is subjected to deposition of another material and a linear ordinary differential equation which considers the through-thickness variation of the mismatch strain is derived. Second, the deposition analysis is experimentally realized by electroplating of nickel onto an atomic force microscope (AFM) cantilever beam. Young's modulus of the electroplated nickel film is determined by using Sader's method and elementary beam theory. The deflection of the AFM cantilever is in-situ measured as a function of the electroplated thin film thickness through the optical method of AFM and the mismatch strain with the through-thickness variation is determined from the experiment results.  相似文献

The use of nitrilotriacetic acid end‐functionalized polystyrenes (NTA‐PS) as a multifunctional nanocarrier for the aqueous dispersion of CdSe, γ‐Fe2O3 and gold nanoparticles (NPs) is described. When the amphiphilic end‐ functionalized polystyrenes and NPs are dissolved together in tetrahydrofuran, the addition of water causes the spontaneous formation of micellar aggregates, resulting in the successful encapsulation and aqueous dispersion of NPs. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) are used to characterize the structure and properties of the NPs‐containing micellar aggregates (nanocarrier). After complexation of Ni2+ with NTA on the surface of the nanocarrier containing γ‐Fe2O3, specific binding between Ni‐NTA complex and histidine‐tagged (His‐tagged) proteins enables selective separation of His‐tagged proteins using a magnet.  相似文献
