A controller design method is provided to simultaneously stabilize a collection of nonlinear control systems in canonical form. It is shown that, under a mild assumption, any collection of nonlinear systems in canonical form can be simultaneously stabilized by one continuous state feedback controller. A constructive universal formula is presented explicitly. An illustrative example is given to demonstrate the validity of the method. In order to reveal the relationship between system time domain model parameters and system frequency response functions, new magnitude bounds of frequency response functions for nonlinear Volterra systems described by NARX model are established. The magnitude bound of the nth-order generalized frequency response function (GFRF) can be expressed as a simple n-degree polynomial function of the magnitude of the first order GFRF, whose coefficients are functions of the model parameters and frequency variables. Thus the system output spectrum can also be bounded by a polynomial function of the magnitude of the first order GFRF. These results demonstrate explicitly the analytical relationship between model parameters and system frequency response functions, and provide a significant insight into the magnitude based analysis and synthesis of nonlinear systems in the frequency domain.  相似文献

The red blood cell membrane (RBCm) provides tight protection, lowers the immunogenicity, and prolongs the circulation time of drugs in vivo when acting as the coating of drug delivery systems. However, the cellular uptake and release of drugs are hindered by RBCm. Docetaxel (DTX) is the first-line medicine for treating triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), but it induces tumor metastasis. To solve these dilemmas, in this study, the photosensitizer 1,1-dioctadecyl-3,3,3,3-tetramethylindotricarbocyanine iodide (DiR)-modified RBCm (DM) is prepared, which is coated onto a hybrid micelle consisting of the prodrugs of DTX and the anti-metastasis agent calcitriol (CTL), obtaining a nanoparticle, named HDC-DM. In a 4T1 tumor-bearing mouse model, after injecting HDC-DM, the intratumoral DTX and CTL concentrations are increased by 1.7 and 2.5 times compared with the free drug groups. After irradiating tumors with near-infrared laser, DiR elicits the photothermal effect, triggering the rupture of RBCm and drug release, promoting drug penetration in tumors, and inducing immunogenic cell death. The tumor growth inhibition rate is 77%, and the formation of lung metastases is reduced by 82%, with good biocompatibility. It is suggested that the combination of phototherapy, chemotherapy, and anti-metastatic therapy using HDC-DM is expected to be a powerful strategy for treating TNBC.  相似文献

Flexible transparent supercapacitors (FTSs) have aroused considerable attention. Nonetheless, balancing energy storage capability and transparency remains challenging. Herein, a new type of FTSs with both excellent energy storage and superior transparency is developed based on PEDOT:PSS/MXene/Ag grid ternary hybrid electrodes. The hybrid electrodes can synergistically utilize the high optoelectronic properties of Ag grids, the excellent capacitive performance of MXenes, and the superior chemical stability of PEDOT:PSS, thus, simultaneously demonstrating excellent optoelectronic properties (T: ≈89%, Rs: ≈39 Ω sq−1), high areal specific capacitance, superior mechanical softness, and excellent anti-oxidation capability. Due to the excellent comprehensive performances of the hybrid electrodes, the resulting FTSs exhibit both high optical transparency (≈71% and ≈60%) and large areal specific capacitance (≈3.7 and ≈12 mF cm−2) besides superior energy storage capacity (P: 200.93, E: 0.24 µWh cm−2). Notably, the FTSs show not only excellent energy storage but also exceptional sensing capability, viable for human activity recognition. This is the first time to achieve FTSs that combine high transparency, excellent energy storage and good sensing all-in-one, which make them stand out from conventional flexible supercapacitors and promising for next-generation smart flexible energy storage devices.  相似文献

IoT devices have been widely used with the advent of 5G. These devices contain a large amount of private data during transmission. It is primely important for ensuring their security. Therefore, we proposed a lightweight block cipher based on dynamic S-box named DBST. It is introduced for devices with limited hardware resources and high throughput requirements. DBST is a 128-bit block cipher supporting 64-bit key, which is based on a new generalized Feistel variant structure. It retains the consistency and significantly boosts the diffusion of the traditional Feistel structure. The SubColumns of round function is implemented by combining bit-slice technology with subkeys. The S-box is dynamically associated with the key. It has been demonstrated that DBST has a good avalanche effect, low hardware area, and high throughput. Our S-box has been proven to have fewer differential features than RECTANGLE S-box. The security analysis of DBST reveals that it can against impossible differential attack, differential attack, linear attack, and other types of attacks.  相似文献
