Design and synthesis of side-chain optimized poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide)-g-poly(styrene sulfonic acid) as proton exchange membrane for fuel cell applications: Balancing the water-resistance and the sulfonation degree

Side-chain optimized poly (2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide)-g-poly (styrene sulfonic acid) (PPO-g-PSSA) is designed with balanced water-resistance and sulfonation degree. The PPO-g-PSSA is synthesized by controlled atom-transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) from brominated poly (2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide) (PPO-xBr) and ethyl styrene-4-sulfonate and followed by hydrolysis. A series of PPO-g-PSSA are prepared possessing different bromination degree (x) of PPO-xBr and polymerization degree (m) of the side-chains and the water-resistances of the fabricated membranes are investigated. The results show that a PPO-g-PSSA at relatively low x (x < 0.2) and high m (m > 4) exhibits good balance between the water-resistance and the sulfonation degree. Namely, it displays suitable proton conductivity with compromised water-resistance. Moreover, a maximum ion exchange capacity (IEC) of 3.24 mmol g^?1 is reached without the sacrifice of water-resistance. In addition, PPO-g-0.08PSSA-13 and PPO-g-0.14PSSA-4 are chosen characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, proton conductivities and mechanical properties. At 90% RH, the optimized PPO-g-0.08PPSA-13 possesses a proton conductivity of 37.9 mS cm^?1 at 40 °C and 45.5 mS cm^?1 at 95 °C, respectively.     

聚氨酯分散剂在液体靛蓝制备中的应用

采用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚乙二醇200、400、600、800(PEG200、PEG400、PEG600、PEG800)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1-苯基-1,2-乙二醇、中和剂三乙胺(TEA)、甲乙酮肟等为原料,制备了一种阴离子聚氨酯分散剂.通过FTIR、GPC、TG表征了分散剂的结构与性能.利用自制的分散剂采用研磨法制备了液体靛蓝分散液,以液体靛蓝分散液粒径、离心稳定性、储存稳定性为指标,探讨了分散剂链长、用量对分散液性能的影响.结果表明,研磨1 h后,以PEG400为软段合成的聚氨酯分散剂用量为染料质量的60％时制备的液体靛蓝粒径为277.1 nm,1000 r/min离心稳定性达到93.98％,3000 r/min离心稳定性为51.13％,常温放置7 d后粒径变化在20 nm以内,染色后织物的颜色深度(K/S)为10左右,约是粉状靛蓝染色K/S的2倍,染色织物的颜色性能并未改变,SEM显示分散体颗粒大小分布均匀,与分散剂甲基萘磺酸钠的甲醛缩合物(MF)和木质素85A相比,其分散体系稳定性差别不大.

Torsional statics of two-dimensionally functionally graded microtubes

A size-dependent governing equation is derived to investigate the torsional static behaviors of two-dimensionally functionally graded microtubes based on the modified couple stress theory. The shear modulus is assumed to vary along the tube’s length direction according to an exponential distribute function, and varies along the tube’s radius direction according to a power-law function. A generalized differential quadrature method is developed to determine the rotational angle and shear stresses. Some illustrative examples are given to investigate the effects of applied torques, the length scale parameter and various material compositions on the torsional angle and shear stresses.     

液相色谱法快速检测染色梅鱼中日落黄、柠檬黄的含量

目的建立一种快速、低成本检测染色梅鱼中日落黄、柠檬黄的方法。方法将染色梅鱼剥皮,鱼皮经70%甲醇氨水提取液提取,经EclipseXDB-C_(18)色谱柱分离,以甲醇和乙酸铵水溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃,利用紫外检测器检测日落黄、柠檬黄的含量。结果日落黄、柠檬黄在1.25、2.5、12.5、25 mg/kg添加水平的加标回收率为80%～90%,相对标准偏差小于10%(n=6),柠檬黄检出限为0.05 mg/kg,日落黄检出限为0.025 mg/kg。结论该方法快速、准确、成本低,适合染色梅鱼中日落黄、柠檬黄的快速检测。     

基于多尺度双线性卷积神经网络的多角度下车型精细识别

针对多角度下车辆出现一定的尺度变化和形变导致很难被准确识别的问题，提出基于多尺度双线性卷积神经网络（MS-B-CNN）的车型精细识别模型。首先，对双线性卷积神经网络（B-CNN）算法进行改进，提出MS-B-CNN算法对不同卷积层的特征进行了多尺度融合，以提高特征表达能力；此外，还采用基于中心损失函数与Softmax损失函数联合学习的策略，在Softmax损失函数基础上分别对训练集每个类别在特征空间维护一个类中心，在训练过程中新增加样本时，网络会约束样本的分类中心距离，以提高多角度情况下的车型识别的能力。实验结果显示，该车型识别模型在CompCars数据集上的正确率达到了93.63%，验证了模型在多角度情况下的准确性和鲁棒性。     

Lead-free sodium niobate nanowires with strong piezo-catalysis for dye wastewater degradation

In this work, the hydrothermally-synthesized sodium niobate nanowires were used to decompose Rhodamine B dye solution through the piezo-catalytic effect. With the sodium niobate catalyst, a high piezo-catalytic degradation ratio of ～80% was achieved under the excitation of vibration for the Rhodamine B dye solution (～5?mg/l). These active species in the catalytic process, hydroxyl radicals and superoxide radicals with the strong oxidation ability, were also observed, which confirmed the key role of piezoelectric effect for piezo-catalysis. The piezo-catalysis of sodium niobate nanowires provides a high-efficiency and reusable tool in application in depredating the dye wastewater.     

Ab initio calculations of the NO2 fission for CL-20 conformers

NO₂ fission is regarded to be the most important initial decomposition process of 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20). In this study, four CL-20 conformers based on the ε-CL-20 were obtained after the optimization at m062x/cc-pvtz level, and the bond length, bond order and bond dissociation energy of the N-N bonds were examined to investigate the stability of these bonds. In addition, the rate constants and activation energy of the NO₂ fission were evaluated using the microcanonical variational transition state theory (μVT). The calculation results have shown that N-N bonds in the case of pseudo-equatorial and axial of nitro groups are the most stable and the least stable, respectively, by evaluating the bond length, bond order and minimum energy path (MEP). The NO₂ fission rate constants are affected by not only the stability of N-N bonds but also the repulsion forces from the other nitro groups, and the fission process for pseudo-equatorial positioning of nitro groups is easier to be accelerated due to the increase of the repulsion forces. The decomposition of CL-20 conformer may mainly originate from the fission of the pseudo-equatorial positioning of nitro groups, especially for CL-20 III conformer because of the significant low activation energy.
