A real-time two-photon fluorescence microscope with a microlens-array scanner using a regenerative amplifier is presented. The regenerative amplifier generates pulsed laser lights with extremely high peak power and produces brighter two-photon-induced fluorescence compared with that produced without the amplifier. Experimental results obtained from the observation of some biological samples with the proposed microscope are given.  相似文献

The annealing effects on the electrical properties and microstructures of indium oxide (In2O3) thin films were investigated. The In2O3 thin films with the thickness of about 150 nm were annealed at various temperatures ranging from 100 to 600 °C in air after the sputtering deposition. It was found that the carrier density of the In2O3 thin films decreased with increasing in the annealing temperature and then started to increase at a certain temperature. This indicated that the reduction of the In2O3 thin films was promoted at high annealing temperature. The Hall mobility of the In2O3 thin films increased through the reduction; furthermore, the d-spacing of the In2O3 crystal lattice plane tended toward ideal value. It can be believed from these results that one of the principal electron scattering in the In2O3 thin films is attributed to excess oxygen atoms that expand the d-spacing.  相似文献

Surface coating on lithium‐ion battery cathodes improves their durability at high potentials, which is a well‐known practical application. However, the mechanism is still unclear because the coating influences the electrode/electrolyte interface at a few nanometer‐scale and direct observation of the interface under real operating conditions of a battery is challenging. This study reveals the mechanism of the surface coating effect on lithium‐ion battery cathodes by using in operando X‐ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) on well‐defined MgO‐coated LiCoO2 thin‐film electrodes prepared via pulsed laser deposition. Total‐reflection in operando XAS measurements reveal that LiCoO2 forms a reductive phase at the interface between the uncoated‐LiCoO2 electrode and the electrolyte, while the MgO coating layer inhibits the redox process, leading to an improvement in the cycle performance of the battery. Depth‐resolved in operando XAS measurements indicate that a solid solution of the magnesium phase forms at the LiCoO2 surface upon MgO coating. Magnesium ions function as pillars to stabilize the layered structure at the interface between the LiCoO2 electrode and the electrolyte for delithiated states upon cycling at potentials.  相似文献

Photovoltaics (PV) output prediction, which is indispensable for power system operation, can affects demand and supply adjustment adversely when large prediction error occurs. Thus, the reduction of large error as well as average error is required in PV power prediction. In 2019, the operation of the Meso-scale Ensemble Prediction System (MEPS) of numerical weather prediction started from the JapanMeteorological Agency, and the amount of forecasting information would be potentially useful for the improvement of PV power prediction. However, very few studies on inputting multiple meteorological elements of the MEPS have been reported. In this paper, we newly develop the prediction model for an area day-ahead PV power output composed of Just-In-Time Modeling (JIT Modeling) with multiple elements of theMEPS. The developed method achieves precise forecasts with low computational load by both selecting meteorological elements valid for improving prediction accuracy and adequately devising the structure of JIT Modeling. Some numerical examples demonstrating the effectiveness of the developed method are also presented. In particular, the proposed method reduces large error significantly.  相似文献
