发电设备的检修策略及可靠性管理研究

检修策略和可靠性管理是发电厂设备管理工作相辅相成的 2个方面 ,必须予以足够重视。目前要加大力度做好可靠性管理工作 ,建立可靠性管理系统为发电设备管理提供技术支持 ,为设备检修提供依据 ,以获得最佳的经济效益。     

Effect of Pressure Gradient on Heat Transfer of Impinging Submerged Circular Jets

An experimental and numerical study have been carried out to investigate the distribution of radial local heat transfer coefficients of impinging submerged circular jets. Good agreement is achieved between the experimental results and the predicted value. Results show that the outer peak usually occurs at the radial location of r/d= 1.8~2.0, in which transition from laminar to turbulence happens resulting from disappeared pressure gradient abruptly, and that the inner peak appears rigidly at r/d=0.5, where the boundary layer has a minimum thickness because of elevating pressure gradient.     

由乙腈一步法制备乙酸丁酯的研究

以丁醇和制备丙烯腈的副产物乙腈为原料 ,采用一步法合成了乙酸丁酯。通过正交实验得到了影响反应的 4种因素。确定了最佳的工艺条件为 :催化剂的量为样品质量的 40 % ;n(CH3CN)∶ n(C4 H9OH) =1∶ 1 .0 5 ;反应温度为 1 0 5℃ ;反应时间为 8h。在此反应条件下 ,乙酸丁酯的收率为 88.8% ,纯度可达 99.5 %。并用气相色谱及红外光谱对产品的纯度进行了表征     

邻苯二甲酸酯鼓泡生物降解

该课题测试了邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的鼓泡生物降解行为。结果表明，邻苯二甲酸酯的降解速率常数（kb)与其烷基链长度之间存在良好的相关性，kb=0.0009x^2-0.019x 0.1123，相关系数r=0.9906；浓度超过500mg/L时，邻苯二甲酸二乙酯可抑制自身的生物降解；中间产物邻苯二甲酸浓度超过50mg/L时，也对邻苯二甲酸二乙酯的生物降解有明显的抑制作用。     

环氧化天然橡胶改性软质聚氯乙烯的研究

对环氧化度为50％的环氧化天然橡胶（ENR－50）改性软质聚氯乙烯（PVC）体系的性能进行了研究，并用动态力学和电镜分析了PVC与ENR－50的相容性。结果表明：适量的ENR－50可明显改善软质PVC的性能，而且PVC的相对分子质量越大，PVC／ENR－50共混材料的性能越好。虽然DMA测试PVC／ENR－50共混材料只有1个玻璃化转变温度（Tg），但在微观上并不完全相容。     

欧洲无线DSL的发展现状及市场前景

对欧洲的立法者来说，目前最为关注的课题之一便是如何解决数字鸿沟这一困扰欧洲大陆信息与通信技术整体发展水平的矛盾。向人们提供高速因特网接入服务是消除数字鸿沟的有效手段，而无线数字用户线技术以及其成低、通信质量好、覆盖范围大及灵活性等优势成为宽带接入技术中的佼佼者，并获得很多欧洲国家电信运营商的青睐。     

Vestigial sideband filtering at 10 Gbit/s using 12.5 GHzchannel-spacing demux

A 32-channel 12.5 GHz-spaced free-space demux with low crosstalk and low polarisation dependent loss has been constructed. Using this demux, vestigial sideband filtering at 10 Gbit/s has been studied. It is shown that this demux can achieve very high spectral efficiency without polarisation division multiplexing     

多变量自回归模型在三江平原井灌水稻需水量预测中的应用

应用多变量自回归模型ARV(n), 利用三江平原腹地-富锦市1985～1999年气象资料, 按水稻生育期划分6个生育阶段, 建立了井灌水稻生育期内需水量预测模型. 经模型拟合与预测, 效果良好, 可以为该地区开展节水灌溉、灌溉用水管理、合理开发利用地下水资源, 缓解地下水危机提供参考依据.     

Stability analysis of continuous-time periodic systems via theharmonic analysis

Asymptotic stability of finite-dimensional linear continuous-time periodic (FDLCP) systems is studied by harmonic analysis. It is first shown that stability can be examined with what we call the harmonic Lyapunov equation. Another necessary and sufficient stability criterion is developed via this generalized Lyapunov equation, which reduces the stability test into that of an approximate FDLCP model whose transition matrix can be determined explicitly. By extending the Gerschgorin theorem to linear operators on the linear space l₂, yet another disc-group criterion is derived, which is only sufficient. Stability of the lossy Mathieu equation is analyzed as a numerical example to illustrate the results
