An interpretation of the failure paths of roughened metal/polymerinterfaces

Roughening of metal surfaces enhances the adhesion strength of metal to polymer by mechanical interlocking and this often produces cohesive failure. In a previous work [1], an adhesion study on a roughened metalpolymer system was carried out, and the correlation between adhesion strength and failure path was investigated. In the present work, the correlation between failure path and microstructure of metal surfaces before molding was studied. The results showed that the variation in failure path could be explained by introducing a simple adhesion model developed from the theory of the fiber reinforcement of composite materials. It is believed that this model can be extended to other similarly roughened metal-polymer systems.     

TFT-LCD屏缺陷检测的研究

分析了国外目前常用几种薄膜晶体管(TFT)有源矩阵液晶显示（AM-LCD)屏的缺陷检测方法的优缺点。深入研究了TFT-LCD屏的结构、缺陷产生的原因和概率．设计了一种能全面、直观地进行TFT-LCD缺陷检测的方法，该方法不仅能检测出TFT-LCD中各种常见的新短路等硬性缺陷并确定其具体位置．而且能根据TFT-LCD屏质量要求对软性缺陷进行判定。     

圆形台面中的AlAs/AlGaAs湿法氧化动力学规律

AlAs/AlGaAs湿法氧化技术是制备氧化物限制型VCSELs工艺中极为重要的一步,形成的氧化孔会直接影响到器件的各个特性参数,故有必要对氧化动力学规律进行深入地研究.首先根据大量氧化实验得到了一般氧化规律曲线,再通过结合一维Deal-Grove氧化动力学模型,对比一维条形、二维圆形凸、凹台面的氧化规律,推导出了简单实用的二维圆形台面的氧化模型,所得模型曲线与实验数据均吻合较好,并成功地运用此模型实现了对氧化孔大小的精确控制.     

Action of Selenium Compounds on the Cellular Metabolism by Microcalorimetry

A new method is introduced to study the action between biomaterials and organism. By using an LKB- 2277 bioactivity monitor and ampoule method, the fundamental thermogenesis curves of the metabolic process of pk-15 and the toxic effect of three kinds of selenomorpholine compounds on it were studied at 37℃. From the thermogenesis curves, the heat released by pk-15 metabolism was calculated. The results show that the selenium compounds all have toxic action on the metabolism process of pk-15 at the range of experimental concentrations. The sequence of the toxic action of selenium compounds is: Na2SeO3>β- ( N- selenomorpholine) -ethyl phenyike-tone hydrochloride > selenomorpholine.

论述了注射成形钕铁硼粘结磁体的特点及发展趋势，分析了其生产工艺中的四个关键因素。包括磁粉，粘结剂与耦联剂，注射过程，充磁过程，并对这四个关键因素的研究状况作了综合评述，认为今后对注射成形钕铁硼粘结磁体的研究开发将集中在四个主要的方面。     

新型助滤剂在溶剂脱蜡装置的应用

大连石化第二酮苯脱蜡装置生产减四线重润料时，添加R192助滤剂进行标定试验。工业试验表明，在原料中注入助滤剂，通过改变石蜡结晶的结构，改进了脱蜡过程，加快了脱蜡过滤速度，对脱油段也有良好的助滤效果。当助滤剂加入量为400mg／L时，装置处理量由634t／d提高到754t／d，过滤速度由106kg／（h·m^2）提高到126kg／（h·m^2），装置处理能力提高了约19％。脱蜡油收率由49．48％提高到51．09％。
