The elastic-plastic analysis of shell structures is generally restricted to axially symmetric problems. To eliminate such limitation, the authors implemented a family of degenerated tridimensional finite elements, using the theory of conventional plasticity. In this manner, thick and thin shells of any geometry can be analyzed. The numerical results are compared with those obtained using other formulations, and also with experimental results.  相似文献

Wear experiments were conducted on a block-on ring tester. The stationary block made from cast iron of 50 HRC hardness was ground. The rotated ground ring was made from 42CrMo4 steel of 32 HRC hardness. The rings were modified by a burnishing technique in order to obtain surfaces with oil pockets. Oil pockets of spherical and of drop shape were tested. The correlation and regression analysis of parameters of textured surface topography was carried out. Two sets of surfaces were analysed: after machining and after “zero-wear”. As the result of analysis, minimum number of parameters describing this surface kind was obtained. A simple truncation model of the ring surface change was used. Worn surface topographies, after a low wear, were also modeled in a different way. An idea of the proposed method of surface topography modeling is imposition of random surface of Gaussian ordinate distribution on the base surface (after burnishing). The modeled surfaces were correctly matched to the measured surfaces in 90% of all analysed cases. Basing on the simulation, the local wear values during a low wear process were calculated and compared with experimental ones.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to propose a quick and cost-effective procedure, which could help to identify the types of fat (rapeseed, a mixture of rapeseed and soybean, and lard oils) added to feed used for raising pigs. For this purpose, liver samples were examined and their near-infrared reflectance spectra served as data for the construction of classic and robust soft independent modeling of class analogy (SIMCA) models. The results showed that the near-infrared reflectance spectra contained information sufficient to build good classification models that enabled three types of fat additions to be distinguished. The best classification results were obtained from robust SIMCA, indicating its superior performance in terms of high sensitivity and specificity in comparison with classic SIMCA. Specifically, robust models had sensitivities of 100% and specificities of 96.05%, 97.73% and 100%, for rapeseed, mixture of rapeseed and soybean, and lard enriched feed, respectively.  相似文献

This study describes pentachlophenol (PCP) sorption in nylon fiber in which Rhizopus oryzae ENHE was immobilized to remove the chemical compound. The experimental sorption data were analyzed using the Langmuir, Freundlich, and Redlich-Peterson isotherm models using non-linear error functions to fit the experimental data to the three models. Results showed that the isotherm obtained from the data fitted the three models used. However, the g parameter from Redlich-Peterson model showed that the isotherm obtained approaches the Freundlich model. This support reached the sorption equilibrium concentration at 3mg PCPg(-1)nylon. To study PCP removal capability by R. oryzae ENHE and to eliminate the error caused by PCP sorbed by the nylon fiber during its quantification, nylon fiber at PCP equilibrium sorption concentration was used to immobilize R. oryzae ENHE. It was found that this fungus grew within nylon fiber cubes in presence or not of PCP, even when PCP caused growth inhibition. Maximum biomass accumulated into nylon cubes without PCP was of 32 mg biomass g(-1)nylon and into nylon cubes at PCP equilibrium concentration was of 18 mg g(-1)nylon. The results showed that R. oryzae ENHE immobilized into nylon fiber removed 88.6% and 92% of PCP in cultures with 12.5 and 25 mg PCPL(-1), as initial concentration, respectively. This is the first work to report that a zygomycete, such as R. oryzae ENHE, immobilized into nylon fiber kept its potential to remove PCP.  相似文献

The filtration of aerosol particles using composites of nano- and microsized fibrous structures is a promising method for the effective separation of nanoparticles from gases. A multi-scale physical system describing the flow pattern and particle deposition at a non-steady-state condition requires an advanced method of modelling. The combination of lattice Boltzmann and Brownian dynamics was used for analysis of the particle deposition pattern in a fibrous system. The dendritic structures of deposits for neutral and charged fibres and particles are present. The efficiency of deposition, deposit morphology, porosity and fractal dimension were calculated for a selected operational condition of the process.  相似文献

Aluminum substituted yttrium iron garnet nano particles with compositional variation of Y(3.0-x) A1(x)Fe5O12, where x = 0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 were prepared using sol gel technique. The X-ray diffraction results showed that the best garnet phase appeared when the sintering temperature was 800 degrees C. Nano-crystalline particles with high purity and sizes ranging from 20 to 100 nm were obtained. It was found that the aluminum substitution had resulted in a sharp fall of the d-spacing when x = 2, which we speculated is due to the preference of the aluminum atoms to the smaller tetrahedron and octahedron sites instead of the much larger dodecahedron site. High resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM) and electron diffraction (ED) patterns showed single crystal nanoparticles were obtained from this method. The magnetic measurement gave moderate values of initial permeability; the highest value of 5.3 was shown by sample Y3Fe5O12 at more than 100 MHz which was attributed to the morphology of the microstructure which appeared to be homogeneous. This had resulted in an easy movement of domain walls. The substitution of aluminum for yttrium is speculated to cause a cubic to rhombodedral structural change and had weakened the super-exchange interactions thus a fall of real permeability was observed. This might have created a strain in the sub-lattices and had subsequently caused a shift of resonance frequencies to more than 1.8 GHz when x > 0.5.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to examine the changes which occur under the influence of different heating methods in the compositions of fatty acids and selected fat quality indicators in fillets of herring. The results that are compared herein were obtained via conventional culinary techniques and using microwave radiation. Culinary processes like boiling, grilling and frying, whether done conventionally or with a microwave oven, did not lead to a reduction in the n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) fraction of the total fatty acids, indicating that these fatty acids have a high durability and a low susceptibility to thermal oxidative processes. The culinary processes used in this study also had an insignificant influence on the fat quality indicators--the peroxide and anisidine value. The fat quality indicators in herring, both after conventional and microwave heating, differ little, and indicate a low content of primary and secondary products of oxidation.  相似文献

Temperature coefficients of the refractive index ( \(\mathrm{d}n/\mathrm{d}T\) ) in the \(25\,^{\circ }\mathrm{C}\) to \(35\,^{\circ }\mathrm{C}\) temperature interval for hydrocarbon mixtures containing as many as 14 compounds were investigated in this work. The measured \(-\mathrm{d}n/\mathrm{d}T\) of the mixtures were compared with calculations based on the values for each compound and their concentrations. Differences of about 1 % between measured and calculated values were observed for all mixtures. The additivity of \(-\mathrm{d}n/\mathrm{d}T\) for these hydrocarbons enables preparation of surrogate fuels that are formulated to have properties like those of specific diesel fuels.  相似文献

With hysteresis measurement stiffness, creep and damping can be recorded at cyclic loading. Using a laser extensometer a locally resolved hysteresis measurement was formerly developed. It allows to observe several hysteresis-loops simultaneously. Local hysteresis measurement is suitable for fatigue tests of inhomogeneous materials or materials which have inhomogeneous damage process.Locally resolved hysteresis measurement was demonstrated for textile-reinforced advanced glass-mat thermoplastic composites which are interesting for structural components in automotive applications. Cyclic tension tests show stiffness degradation, creep and increasing damping especially for the fracture zones. In cyclic compression loading, the change of the material properties is less pronounced.A component test at a U-profile shows a good agreement between hysteresis measurement and major strain in the fracture zone of the U-profile recorded with digital image correlation.For the interpretation of creep and stiffness degradation at cyclic tension loading, strain oriented considerations were made. It can be shown that for the longitudinal and transversal samples a similar location of the trend-line in a total strain Wöhler-diagram can be found, therefore a total strain dominated failure behavior seems obvious. For further analysis a relative consideration concerning the development of strain amplitude and mid-strain is made. For each single test the ratio between the development of the strain amplitude and the development of the strain middle is calculated. A significant tendency of the above mentioned quotient concerning the stress amplitude can be observed.  相似文献
