钱塘江景观与文化关系初析

我国进入经济高速发展期后,人们在防洪抗旱得到安全保障、开发资源和治理江道等对河流的基本需求得到满足后,逐渐重视河流的景观和生态功能.从分析研究钱塘江下游河流景观特征、地理水文及人类活动对形成丰富多彩的景观的作用,以及一些以钱塘江为吟颂对象的诗词出发,初步探讨钱塘江景观多样性对人的性格、文学家风格的影响,最后从景观角度探讨河流治理的一些原则.     

Tracing of the 1st IEC Secretariat Assumed by China

Introduction The IEC central office informed in 7/543/AC that the secretariat of TC 7 would be taken over by the Chinese National Committee on January 10, 2003 and affirmed subsequently in 7/544/AC that the secretariat of TC 7 has been taken over by the Chinese National Committee which appointing secretary in Shanghai Electric Cable Research Institute as no objection has been raised by the Standardization Management Board members. It's the first IEC secretariat that assumed by China, with great significance, just as commented by the media that the commitment indicate undoubtedly China is to play a much more active and important role in the world especially after its entry into world trade organization as well as the trend of global economic integration.     

CO2激光治疗皮肤基底细胞癌14例临床观察

目的 :探求一种简单 ,安全 ,效果好的基底细胞癌的治疗方法。方法 :对 1 4例基底细胞癌患者在局麻下用CO2 激光行基底细胞癌切除术或切除 +气化术。结果 :患者术中、术后出血少 ,伤口恢复快 ,愈合良好 ,疤痕表浅 ,随访未见复发。结论 :CO2 激光用于治疗基底细胞癌效果良好 ,无明显副作用 ,操作简单值得推广。     

一种估算单桩经济直径的方法

在滩海油田开发过程中,经常需要设立立管桩,在环境荷载的作用下,立管桩顶部会发生位移,较大的位移对立管及栈桥的安全很不利,因此需要合理确定单桩的直径。埕岛油田在确定单桩直径时引入了经济直径的概念,文章对经济直径的原理进行了分析,给出了桩顶位移和桩径经济指数计算公式,并举例进行了计算,得出了桩径与桩顶位移及桩径经济指数的关系曲线, 进而求得经济桩径的取值范围。文章还对该方法的优缺点进行了分析。     

软锰矿氧化硫化钡制高纯碳酸锰和氢氧化钡工艺研究

软锰矿同硫化钡溶液在较低温度下进行氧化还原反应，当硫化钡含量控制在26-75g／L范围内，软锰矿与硫化钡的物质的量比为2．5-3，反应时间50-60min，软锰矿被硫化钡还原为MnO，其还原率可达93．5％以上；还原后的锰用硫酸浸取，溶液经除杂后，与碳酸铵反应而制成高纯碳酸锰。硫化钡则被氧化为氢氧化钡，经蒸发、结晶而制得入水氢氧化钡，其回收利用率高速95％。     

Global stability of Internet congestion controllers with heterogeneous delays

In this paper, we study the problem of designing globally stable, scalable congestion control algorithms for the Internet. Prior work has primarily used linear stability as the criterion for such a design. Global stability has been studied only for single node, single source problems. Here, we obtain conditions for a general topology network accessed by sources with heterogeneous delays. We obtain a sufficient condition for global stability in terms of the increase/decrease parameters of the congestion control algorithm and the price functions used at the links.

一种基于空间到达角的卫星电子侦察信号分选方法

在建立简化的卫星电子侦察空间模型的基础上，提出了一种利用空间到达角分选卫星电子侦察信号的新方法。通过仿真实验验证了这种方法的可行性。该方法可用于密集信号的预处理。     

Study on the inhibiting behavior of AMT on bronze in 5% citric acid solution

The corrosion behavior of bronze in the presence of 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (AMT) has been investigated in 5% citric acid by electrochemical measurements such as potentiodynamic polarization method and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). It has been revealed that AMT is a good inhibitor for bronze. Both cathodic process and anodic process on bronze treated with AMT were different from that on the bronze without AMT treatment. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis was carried out to characterize the protective film, which revealed that the composition of the protective film was polymeric Cu(I)-inhibitor complex. AMT acted as bidentate ligand through the aminic nitrogen atom and the closed ring nitrogen in the complex.

提出了一种基于移动代理的分布式网络管理系统模型,阐述了该系统发现网络拓扑的过程,介绍了具体算法思想,给出了数据结构和算法描述,最后进行了仿真,证明了算法的有效性.
