JOB-9003炸药"激热"冲击损伤破坏及超声特征

进行了未经热处理的JOB-9003塑料粘结炸药(PBX)标准压缩试样的"激热"冲击损伤破坏试验,对试样热冲击试验前后的超声波特性参量进行了检测,试验显示出JOB-9003炸药存在一个明显的"激热"冲击损伤破坏临界温度差,并获得了试样热冲击损伤破坏的超声波参量特征.     

一种含壳聚糖的有机硅纺织柔软剂的研制

以三甲胺、环氧氯丙烷、壳聚糖为原料，合成了N-壳聚糖季铵盐；并将其与氨基硅油、三种非离子型表面活性剂、一种有机硅两性表面活性剂进行复配，制成了一种新型有机硅柔软剂。经检测，产品的离心稳定性、酸碱稳定性及阴离子型表面活性剂稳定性较好；经其整理的纯棉白布不仅具有良好的柔软性和吸湿性，而且具有一定的抗茵活性。     

基于移动互联网的养殖平台开发与应用

Upper and lower critical solution temperatures in poly (ethylene glycol) solutions

Upper and lower critical solution temperatures have been determined for solutions of poly(ethylene glycol) in t-butyl acetate and water over the molecular weight range of M_η = 2.18 × 10³ to ～1020 × 10³. The phase diagram for solutions of poly(ethylene glycol) (M_η = 719 × 10³) in t-butyl acetate was expressed as the ‘hour glass’ type, while the phase diagram for solution of poly(ethylene glycol) (M_η = 2.18 × 10³ to ～2.29 × 10³) in water was expressed as the ‘closed loop’ type. The value of the pressure dependence of the lower critical solution temperature $\text{(}\text{d}\text{T}\text{d}\text{P}\text{)}{}_{\mathrm{c}}$ in the poly(ethylene glycol) (M_η = 1020 × 10³)/water system over the pressure range of 0 to ～50 atm was negligibly small and positive.     

城轨车载信号系统线路调试试验研究

本文介绍了一种通用的城轨车辆车载信号系统线路试验装置,用于车辆组装完成后的调试试验。针对轨道列车车载信号系统在车辆上的布置规律,综合不同供货厂家的车载信号系统与车辆的电气接口特点,制作通用的信号系统线路试验装置。通过输出和采集开关量、模拟量、频率指令,检测车辆信号系统线路的状态,并采用无线通讯方式,实现对各试验装置的远程监控和数据存储。     

The Effects of Experience and Strategy on Visual Attention Allocation in an Automated Multiple-Task Environment

Operators and users interacting with computer environments often have to deal with multiple tasks at once, responding to each in series. Diagnostic automation, that is, automation that alerts users when and where to look, has been suggested to support the unique challenges of multiple task environments: activating tasks, switching between tasks, and tasks interfering with each other. Automation is not always reliable, however. Because of the common interaction with novel systems and the importance of training, the Simultaneous Task Environment Platform program—a multiple-task environment—was developed to understand the effects of experience on interaction with these automation-supported systems, as well as what strategies were developed. It was found that participants became more efficient with experience only when they interacted with higher reliability automation. Furthermore, the strategies participants developed focused on the differences between tasks and patterns across those tasks. Automated systems training should be sure to employ these findings.     

Purification and characterization of extracellular chitinase from a novel strain Aspergillus fumigatus CS-01

Twelve samples derived from different locations in south central area of China are treated by enrichment and spread-plate technique for initial screening. Seven chitinase-producing strains are isolated. The chitinase present in the culture supernatant of strain CS-01 possesses the maximum activity of 0.118 U/mL. Analysis of the morphological feature and the ITS rDNA sequence reveals that strain CS-01 belongs to Aspergillus fumigatus. Production of the chitinase is regulated by a inducible way and the maximum activity appears at 36 h in colloidal chitin culture. Purification of the chitinase is carried out by salting out, gel filtrate chromatography and anion exchange chromatography sequentially. Native-PAGE and SDS-PAGE indicate that the chitinase from A. fumigatus CS-01 is a monomer with the relative molecular mass estimated to be 4.50×10⁴. Its maximum activity appears at pH 5 and 55 °C. 油井气液两相流全自动计量技术

为解决稠油计量的准确度、可靠性、耐久性及实时在线等问题,设计出一种通过分离伞和液位自动控制调节器来实现气液两相流计量的装置.采用翻斗式称质量机构计量油井产量,消除油中含气造成的假体积误差;采用G法补偿算法消除稠油残留造成的计量误差;采用以计算机控制电动机起停方式的单路导通多通阀实现全自动选井计量.现场实际应用证明,称质量式油井计量技术较好地解决了各类油井的实时在线计量问题,具有自动化程度高、计量精度高等特点.     

LS-MOCVD的真空度测量及自动控制

对液态源金属有机物化学气相沉积(Liquid Source-Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition,LS-MOCVD)设备.文中主要研究了LS-MOCVD的反应室真空获取和控制的方法.整个设备的操作控制由PLC和触摸屏协作完成,用冷阴极电离全量程规测量粗真空,用高精度薄膜规测量工艺过程中的真空,采用内置PID算法的智能蝶阀控制器构成高真空恒压测量控制回路,实现了LS-MOCVD反应室真空的自动测量控制,确保了工艺的稳定性.反应室真空测量范围为常压～8×10-3Pa,测量精度0.2%,分辨率为满量程的0.001 5%.解决了传统气态源MOCVD不同材料之间蒸汽压差大、难以控制及气态金属有机物难以获得的问题.
