微重力偏晶合金凝固特征SCIEI

对在微重力条件下获取的Al-In(95wt-%)偏晶合金的显微组织特征进行了分析,结果表明,在空间制取的试样的Al枝晶中,还存在着大量的In质点;并且这些质点的分布具有某种规律性,由此形成了与地基样品显微组织上的明显差异,反映出一种与重力效应相关的材料凝固特性。     

THERMOGRAPHIC ASPECT ON LOADING A THIN-WALL PRESSURE VESSEL STEEL

The infrared emission of a high pressure vessel steel and two thin wall pressure vessel modelshave been investigated by use of vibro-thermography.The experimental infrared cracklengths were found to be agreed closely with the optical values during fatigue process.A possi-ble nondestructive testing method used to evaluate the pressure vessel has been given.     

A FRACTOGRAPHIC STUDY OF AN OVERHEATED MEDIUM CARBON NiCrMo STEEL

利用扫描电镜研究了中碳NiCrMo钢过热断口(石状断口)的微观形态。观察结果表明,过热的石状断口为沿晶塑坑断裂。过热断口上的MnS夹杂的形态及大小变化很大,在同一个石状颗粒的各个表面上可以表现大不相同。在断口上有时直接观察到MnS夹杂的魏氏析出特征,即硫化物夹杂以极为弥散的形式均匀地析出在高温奥氏体的{100}晶面上。对各种形态的硫化物夹杂可能的形成原因及其控制因素进行了讨论。     

Temperature Dependence of the Magnetocrystalline Anisotropy in Nd_2Co_(14)B Compound

Easy and hard magnetization curves of Nd_2Co_(14)B compound have been measured withextracting-sample-magnetometer(μ_0H_(max)=6T)at 10～300 K.Magnetic anisotropy constants K_1 and K_2have been determined by fitting the hard magnetization curves,in which only K_1 ,K_2 and misalignment anglehave been taken as fitting parameters.The values of K_1 and K_2 at 4.2 K were derived by extrapolation.Anisotropy coefficients,x_2~° and x_4~°were derived from the anisotropy constants.The anisotropy constant K_2increases rapidly with increasing temperature when TT_(sr).The temperature depen-dence of the magnetic anisotropy coefficient x_2~° was fitted with the formula.The anisotropy coefficients x_2~°can be well described by the tenth-power law from 4.2 K to T_(sr)and by the sixth-power law from T_(sr_ to 300 K.     

高炉型熔渣中TiO2的活度

在1500℃下用金属Sn作熔剂,石墨作还原剂,采用“熔渣—金属Sn”化学平衡法和相图计算法,得到了高炉型熔渣中TiO_2的活度,并讨论了渣中TiO_2的活度和活度系数随其浓度变化的规律。     

稀土对工业纯铁中温内耗的影响SCIEI

研究了稀土对工业纯铁中温内耗的影响.结果表明:其影响程度和热处理过程密切相关,铁中稀土有合金化作用.炉冷后变形铁在600℃时效,仍存在Snoek Ke-Koster(以下简称SKK)峰;随时效温度升高,SKK峰温度T_p不是单一下降,在600℃时效出现明显回升。     

车轮的热烈和磨损机理与抗热裂耐磨车轮的研制

本文研究了车轮踏面的热裂和磨损机理,结果表明,车轮热裂主要与其含碳量和硬度有关;在使用合成闸瓦时,车轮踏面的磨损率与新形成的“白层”(马氏体)的断裂韧性有关。研制的抗热裂耐磨车轮(55SiMn)取得了明显的运用效果。     

IMPROVEMENT ON FATIGUE LIFE OF ALLOY LY12CZ AFTER LASER RADIATION AND ITS DAMAGE EVOLUTION

The change of microstructure of fatigue specimens before and after laser radiation was studiedby transmission electron microscopy.The results show that the diameter of dislocation cell λtends to a constant at fatigue failure.Based on the principles of continuous damagemechanics,expressions of the fatigue damage criterion and processes of fatigue damage evolu-tion for L Y12CZ have been derived.     

Stress corrosion behavior of pipeline steel(X52)welded joint

The resistance of pipeline steel joint welded by submerged arc welding to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) at its different regions in boiling mixed nitrate solution and in H_2S saturated solution at room temperature is examined by the constant-load tension method. The result shows that when tested in nitrate, the weld metal may be the weakest link of the joint if the welding material doesn't match well. The resistance to SCC of the joint in H_2S is very low, especially at the bond and coarse grain zone and is closely dependent on the metallurgical quality of base metal.
