The authors have infected 127 B. glabrata by 2 miracidia of S. mansoni, either on the Same day, or introducing a second miracidium after 3, 7 and 16 days. 1 All the groups of planorbid snails had a low percentage of positivity (31 to 41 %). 2 The first cercarial emissions, in the 4 groups were scattered in the time, the delay being in correlation with the second infection. 3 In the snails reinfected after 3 and 7 days occured the highest emissions, those with the simultaneous double infection or second infection delayed to 16 days, had the lesser emissions. 4 An interval cycle of about 3 weeks was discovered for the highest emissions. All those phenomena are probably due to competition between the sporocysts born from both miracidia. Moreover, evident reduction of the fecundity in the positive snails were shown only after the beginning of the cercarial emissions, while a normal, or even increased fecundity was established in the prepatent period of the infected snails.  相似文献

This paper shows that optimal preview control system approaches to a decoupled preview control system as the weighting factors for the control input variables in the quadratic performance index tend towards zero. Therefore, to examine the characteristics of the decoupled preview control system also means to examine the asymptotic characteristics of the optimal preview control system. By this property, relationships between the design parameters and the response of the optimal preview control system become clear and the design of the optimal preview control can be simplified by utilizing the properties that the decoupled preview control system features. Further, the decoupled preview control method is applied to the vector control system for an induction motor drive. By this application, a trade off between the conditions of the vector control and the magnitude of input variables becomes easy. Soybean phosphatidylcholine (PC) and dilinoleoyl PC (di-18∶2 PC) were oxidized with singlet molecular oxygen using methylene blue as the photosensitizer. The oxidation products, PC monohydroperoxides (PC-MHP) and PC dihydroperoxides (PC-DHP), were isolated by reverse phase liquid chromatography, and their structures were analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Signals for the hydroperoxy proton appeared downfield in NMR spectra of PC-MHP and PC-DHP. Soybean PC-MHP and di-18∶2 PC-MHP were converted to trimethylsilyl (TMS) derivatives of hydrogenated diglycerides when treated with phospholipase C and hydrogenated. Thetert-butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) derivatives of hydrogenated diglycerides were also prepared from di-18∶2 PC-MHP. Fragmentation of the TMS and TBDMS derivatives was obtained in electron impact mass spectra. The isomeric composition of hydroperoxylinoleate component in di-18∶2 PC-MHP was determined by methanolysis of the hydrogenated diglyceride and mass chromatographic analysis of the resulting isomeric hydroxy octadecanoates.  相似文献

The biodegradation of bisphenol A (BPA) was carried out with Sphingomonas sp. strain BP-7 and Sphingomonas yanoikuyae BP-11R in the presence of activated carbon (AC). When AC was present, both BPA-degrading bacteria efficiently degraded 300 mg/l BPA without releasing 4-hydroxyacetophenone, the major intermediate produced in BPA degradation, into the medium. The biological regeneration of AC was possible using the BPA-degrading bacteria, suggesting that an efficient system for BPA removal can be constructed by introducing BPA-degrading bacteria into an AC treatment system.  相似文献

Gastric parietal cells were examined for changes in their ultrastructure and distribution of the proton pump during feeding and fasting states in rats. The fundic glands from rats fed ad libitum or fasted with free access to water were cryofixed using high-pressure freezing followed by freeze-substitution in acetone containing osmium or acrolein and then embedded in Epon 812 or Lowicryl K4M resin, respectively. Excellent ultrastructural preservation was achieved. During the feeding state, intracellular canaliculi and numerous microvilli were well developed, while tubulovesicles were poorly developed. In contrast, during the fasting state, the microvilli in the narrowed space of the intracellular canaliculi were tightly packed and the tubulovesicles were enlarged. Ultrathin sections were immunostained with antibodies against the alpha- and beta-subunits of the proton pump, H+ x K(+)-ATPase, using the immunogold method. The labelling was strong and clearly localized in comparison with that obtained using the conventional chemical-fixation method. Each subunit was localized on the membrane of the microvilli, intracellular canaliculi and tubulovesicles. The distribution of subunit proteins varied between the two states. During ad libitum feeding, the immunolabelling was localized strongly on the membranes of the microvilli and intracellular canaliculi. In contrast, the labelling was strong on the tubulovesicle membrane in the fasting state. The results obtained with each anti-subunit antibody by H+ x K(+)-ATPase immunostaining revealed differences in distribution and labelling density between the feeding and fasting states.  相似文献

The effects of two fattening systems on muscle composition and fatty acid profile were determined in an experiment using samples of the longissimus dorsi (LD) muscle of 24 ram lambs (slaughter weight 29–31 kg). The fattening systems were: (i) drylot (a mixture of maize, soybean, wheat and minerals) and (ii) grazing (Cynodon dactylon). The lambs fattened in the drylot system presented higher fat levels (p<0.01), but lower concentrations of moisture (p<0.01) and cholesterol (p<0.05). The lipid content presented a negative correlation with moisture and protein. In lambs fattened in the drylot system increasing levels of fatness of LD muscle were associated with a decrease (p<0.05) in myristic and palmitic acids, but myristic, palmitic and linoleic acids increased (p<0.05) as the cholesterol levels of the muscles increased.  相似文献

A novel type of intelligent power device (IPD), which is suitable for automotive monolithic high side switch with high current capability, is presented. An integration of a vertical-power DMOSFET and planar MOS IC devices is performed by the newly developed junction-isolation technique using only one epitaxial growth. The isolation voltage of 80 V has been obtained, which is large enough for automotive IPDs if they are protected against high voltage transients on the battery line. A rugged vertical DMOSFET (VDMOS) has also been developed for this IPD. It has a cellular Zener diode between its source and drain, which prevents the secondary breakdown of parasitic bipolar transistor, and the resulting avalanche capability enhancement is more than an order of magnitude. This VDMOS is used for both output power device and protection device for low-voltage MOS circuitry, which makes the IPD free from any transients in the automobile without the need for external protection  相似文献
