论述了过氧化甲乙酮的合成方法，用阳离子交换树脂催化剂代替传统的无机酸催化剂。考察了离子交换树脂用量、反应温度对反应产率、活性氧含量的影响及溶剂对产品稳定性的影响。     

Peracetic acid pretreatment of sugarcane bagasse for enzymatic hydrolysis: a continued work

Previous work has shown that the enzymatic hydrolysis of sugarcane bagasse could be greatly enhanced by peracetic acid (PAA) pretreatment. There are several factors affecting the enzymatic digestibility of the biomass, including lignin and hemicelluloses content, cellulose crystallinity, acetyl group content, accessible surface area and so on. The objective of this work is to analyze the mechanism of the enhancement of enzymatic digestibility caused by PAA pretreatment. Delignification resulted in an increase of the surface area and reduction of the irreversible absorption of cellulase, which helped to increase the enzymatic digestibility. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum showed that the absorption peaks of aromatic skeletal vibrations were weakened or disappeared after PAA pretreatment. However, the infrared crystallization index (N.O'KI) was increased. X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis indicated that the crystallinity of PAA‐treated samples was increased owing to the partial removal of amorphous lignin and hemicelluloses and probable physical change of cellulose. The effect of acetyl group content on enzymatic digestibility is negligible compared with the degree of delignification and crystallinity. The results indicate that enhancement of enzymatic digestibility of sugarcane bagasse by PAA pretreatment is achieved mainly by delignification and an increase in the surface area and exposure of cellulose fibers. PTA压力离心机转子的改造

介绍了PTA压力离心机的主要性能参数、工作原理、分离效果的影响因素。为了增大沉渣在过渡区及脱水区滞留的时问，同时为达到在过渡区及脱水区对沉渣加入纯净水进行再冲洗的目的，对螺旋送料转子、挡液环、进料管进行了改造。改造后，沉渣在脱水区的停留时间由0．44a增至0．72s，2．5～3t／h的冲洗水对脱水区的沉渣进行冲洗效果较好。产品中的杂质质量分数较改造前减少15％，产品优等品率提高到99％。

通过对环锭细纱机成纱毛羽的成因分析 ,提出减少成纱毛羽的措施。     

摩擦焊在钢制实心抽油杆修复中的应用

通过对焊接工艺及焊后热处理工艺优化，采用摩擦焊接技术对报废抽油杆中仍有使用寿命的杆头与杆体进行了拼接，获得了性能达标的抽油杆。从而提高了旧杆的修复率．降低了采油成本。该技术可在抽油杆修复及相关行业进行推广应用。     

二维多波束蜂窝网覆盖方法研究

提出一种基于二维多波束形成的蜂窝网覆盖方法,该方法旨在通过对平面阵阵元权矢量的控制,使所形成的波束在空域上呈非均匀蜂窝网结构,达到重点地区覆盖密度高,非重点区域覆盖密度低的目的,减小资源利用率,并重点分析了波束设计思路和权值的计算方法,仿真结果表明:该覆盖方法是有效的.     

建筑电气设计中AutoCAD二次开发的研究

基于AutoCAD的二次开发环境下,建立幻灯片库,在AutoCAD本身所包含的程序帮助下,将已建好的幻灯片库嵌入到AutoCAD用户专用下拉菜单中.给设计者创造属于自己的开发环境,使AutoCAD在建筑电气设计中的使用更加灵活,极大的提高设计效率.

通过一些实例的解答,讨论了微积分与概率论2门学科之间解题方法的相互应用,进而反映了概率论与微积分之间的联系和微积分在概率论发展过程中对概率论的渗透与推动,并得到了求解形如∫-＋∞∞f（x）e-g（x）dx（其中f（x）=ax^2＋bx＋c,g（x）=ix^2＋jx＋k）的公式.
