项目将无线ZigBee技术和GPRS技术相结合,设计了基于ZigBee和GPRS的电力变压器监测系统,提出了以ZigBee无线传感器网络为核心,以GPRS移动网为骨干网,采用CC2430芯片为电力变压器信号采集节点的方案。本设计既实现了系统的灵活性,也解决了由于ZigBee是一种近距离传输技术而使监测数据传输不远的问题,是一种技术结合的创新,在监测领域将有广阔的应用前景。 相似文献

Laser scattering method as a non-contact method provides an opportunity to real-time monitor the evolution of periodic nanostructures during fabrication, e.g. when the surface is irradiated with a focused ion beam. Using the method, the diffraction angle needs calibrating according to the grating equation. In this paper, we used scalar analysis to demonstrate the use of a dual-period structure for formation of dual spectral peaks at the 1st diffraction order. We then made use of numerical study based on rigorous coupled-wave analysis to optimize these Al-grating structures in terms of depth. It is found that dual-peak wavelengths can be selected by using different angles of incidence and low-loss reflection is obtained using an optimized structure. It is further proposed that these wavelengths can be used to determine the diffraction angle during fabrication without the need for pre-calibration of an optical scattering system. 相似文献

To overcome this challenge, technology forecasting is considered as a pow-erful tool in today's business environment, while there are as many success stories as there are fail-ures, a good application of this method will give a good result. A methodology of integration ofpatterns or lines of technology evolution in TRIZ parlance is presented, which is also known asTRIZ technology forecasting, as input to the QFD process to design a new product. For this purpose,TRlZ technology forecasting, one of the TRIZ major tools, is discussed and some benefits comparedto the traditional forecasting techniques are highlighted. The poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide) (PPO) was toughened by melt extrusion through its blending with a styrene-b-ethylene/butadiene-b-styrene triblock copolymer (SEBS), or with maleic anhydride (MA) grafted SEBS (SEBS-g-MA). Their morphology, mechanical properties, and rheology have been investigated. Transmission electron microscopy revealed that both kinds of blends had an island-sea structure at low concentrations of SEBS or SEBS-g-MA and a bicontinuous one at sufficiently high concentrations. However, the percolation threshold was higher for SEBS than for the SEBS-g-MA. The Izod impact strength of PPO could be significantly improved through its blending with SEBS-g-MA, particularly in a blend with 20 wt% of SEBS-g-MA at which it had a maximum value. The rheological experiments indicated that the incorporation of SEBS increased and that of SEBS-g-MA decreased the melt viscosity of the system. 相似文献

In this study, functionalized gold nanoparticles, in combination with fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), was utilized to visually detect glutathione (GSH) in aqueous samples and then demonstrated its applicability by estimating GSH level in living cells. We first modified the Au NPs with rhodamine B (RB), ON state of FRET, using the electrostatic interaction. In the presence of GSH, the competitive reaction between RB-functionalized nanoprobes (RB-Au NPs) and GSH caused the release of RB molecules from Au NP surface, OFF state of FRET, which was monitored simply by the naked eye. Fluorescence spectra and UV-vis absorption spectra were employed to investigate the spectroscopic characteristics of nanoprobes. Furthermore, the assay conditions, such as nanoprobe concentration, reaction time and the influence of interferent, were investigated. The visible color change of RB-Au NPs solution from dark blue to red in the presence of GSH was observed when the GSH concentration exceeded 10 μM. This one-step naked eye detection depicted here successfully applied for the sensing of human hepatoma (HepG2) intracellular GSH level, showing the potential use in clinical nanodiagnosis. This method allows the rapid colorimetric detection of intracellular GSH without any preliminary treatment and specific instruments. 相似文献
