The miscibility and some physicomechanical characteristics of chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CPE) and nitrile rubber (NBR) blends have been investigated. Calculation of the heat of mixing, differential scanning calorimetry, and scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that CPE was miscible with NBR in all proportions. The cure and scorch times decreased with the increase in NBR content, whereas the maximum torque increased. The tensile strength, 100% modulus, elongation at break, tear strength, and compression set decreased with increasing of NBR content. After aging, hardness and tensile strength increased, and there was no drastic change in elongation at break on aging. Titanium silicalite (TS-1) was successfully synthesized by using TPABr as the template and silica sol as silicon source in a 100 l stainless steel autoclave. IR, XRD, UV--vis, elemental analysis, and 27Al and 31P MAS NMR were used to characterize the synthesized products. The results show that the synthesized material has an MFI structure with high crystallinity and large crystal size and two kinds of titanium species. Trace aluminum in silica sol is also incorporated into the zeolite framework. The synthesized TS-1 exhibits high activity in the epoxidation of propylene with dilute H2O2 with high selectivity to methyl mono-ethers and low selectivity to propylene oxide (PO). The low selectivity toward PO is due to the residual acidity onto TS-1. The selectivity of PO can reach up to 90% through adjusting the pH of the reaction mixture. Extra amounts of base decrease the H2O2 utilization and the H2O2 conversion. However, in over acid-treated TS-1 in which part removal of extra-framework titanium takes place, the utilization of H2O2 is quite different: for the low Si/Ti ratio of TS-1, the H2O2 utilization increases. But the utilization of H2O2 does not change for the high Si/Ti ratio TS-1. Thermal analysis shows that the as-synthesized TS-1 exhibits high activity and thermal stability in the calcined range 540-900 °C. 相似文献

By the aid of the surface activities of glycyrrhizic acid, foam separation can be used to extract and concentrate it. The effects of operating parameters such as flow rate of air, initial feed concentration, pH and ionic strength on the enrichment ratio and recovery yield of glycyrrhizic acid are investigated in detail. In addition, the influences of other surface‐active substances in solution, such as proteins, on the separation of glycyrrhizic acid are also discussed. An innovative spherical poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)/peat/clay porous composite bead was prepared and shown to be suitable for use as an adsorbent. The mass transport process for the adsorption of metal ions onto this composite bead in an aqueous system was investigated. In the external mass transport process, the diffusion coefficient (D1) of Cu+2 and Zn+2 ions increased with increasing initial metal ion concentration and the increasing effect was more pronounced in the initial metal ion concentrations range of 18?×?10-3 to 22?×?10-3?M. The diffusion rate of Zn+2 ions was faster than that of Cu+2 ions. In the intraparticle diffusion process, the diffusion coefficient (D2) decreased with increasing initial metal ion concentration in the initial concentration range of 1?×?10-3 to 4?×?10-3?M, and the value of D2 maintained an almost constant value in the initial concentration range of 8?×?10-3 to 22?×?10-3?M. The rate of ion diffusion within the adsorbent for Cu+2 ions was faster than that for Zn+2 ions. The adsorption mechanism was controlled by the intraparticle diffusion process. The adsorption followed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. The maximum amount of adsorbed metal ions for Cu+2 and Zn+2 ions were 22.57 and 13.62?mg/g composite bead, respectively. 相似文献
