We report on the fabrication and characterization of parylene C thin layers for organic electronic devices passivation and gate dielectric of organic field effect transistors (OFETs) development. The investigated thin parylene layers were deposited from the vapour phase in thickness ranging from 3 to 800 nm at room temperature. The thickness and surface morphology of parylene layers were characterized by ellipsometry and AFM technique. The quality of parylene structures were analysed by X-ray reflectivity and diffraction as well as micro-Raman spectroscopy. The measurements confirmed perfect homogeneity and structural properties of parylene layers. Two types of pentacene OFETs were prepared on the silicone dioxide and parylene surface with bottom contact structures. The results demonstrated that using parylene, as the gate dielectric layer is an effective method to fabricate OFETs with improved electric characteristics.  相似文献

Internal unbounded Posttensioning in Wide Span Slabs for Building Constructions In order to comply with the needs of robustness and economy to be considered in design and construction, the internal, unbounded posttensioning has been optimized, in a way to install the cables with the minimum necessary amount of work. For this purpose a free system of posttensioning cables has been adopted, in which border uplift forces (in correspondence of the supports) and single or multiple midspan uplift forces are necessary. The deviation forces helps to limit the deflections and cracks. In this paper after some theoretical reflections two innovative practical applications are presented. On the basis of the mechanics of the load bearing behaviour and with three dimensional finite element calculations also the soil‐structure interaction have been taken into account.  相似文献

Small diameter (<6 mm) vessel grafts still pose a challenge for scientists worldwide. Decellularised umbilical artery (dUA) remains promising as small diameter tissue engineered vascular graft (TEVG), yet their immunogenicity remains unknown. Herein, we evaluated the host immune responses, with a focus on the innate part, towards human dUA implantation in mice, and confirmed our findings in an ex vivo allogeneic human setup. Overall, we did not observe any differences in the number of circulating white blood cells nor the number of monocytes among three groups of mice (1) dUA patch; (2) Sham; and (3) Mock throughout the study (day −7 to 28). Likewise, we found no difference in systemic inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokine levels between groups. However, a massive local remodelling response with M2 macrophages were observed in the dUA at day 28, whereas M1 macrophages were less frequent. Moreover, human monocytes from allogeneic individuals were differentiated into macrophages and exposed to lyophilised dUA to maximize an eventual M1 response. Yet, dUA did not elicit any immediate M1 response as determined by the absence of CCR7 and CXCL10. Together this suggests that human dUA elicits a minimal pro-inflammatory response further supporting its use as a TEVG in an allogeneic setup.  相似文献

A modulator assembly that excites longitudinal vibrations in a short (19 cm) silica fiber segment is described. A physical model of the modulator assembly is used to theoretically predict the behavior of longitudinal vibrations in the fiber segment. The longitudinal vibrations are experimentally characterized using an intrinsic fiber Bragg grating. Experimental results are compared to theoretical predictions.  相似文献

Analysis of Propylene Oxide / Ethylene Oxide Mixed Block Polymers by Infrared Spectroscopy For the determination of the ratio propylene oxide / ethylene oxide in the corresponding mixed block polymer, the following analytical methods are described: 1. ?Infrared fundamental method”?, 2. ?Infrared overtone method”?, 3. Chemical method according to. A. Kotzschmar. The methods are compared with one another. The ?infrared fundamental method”? was found uptil now to be most suitable. The temporal evolution of atmospheric lead deposition and its possible sources were assessed in eastern Canada and in western Scotland, using blanket peat bogs as geochemical archives. Short cores were taken from two remote sites located close to the sea. Significant lead enrichments in the upper layers at both sites reflect the increasing emission of lead into the atmosphere due to anthropogenic activities during the last century. At the Scottish site, a region under aeolian influence from Europe, anthropogenic derived lead could be recognized by the distinctive unradiogenic composition (206Pb/207Pb ratios down to approximately 1.115), being clearly different from the pre-industrial values (206Pb/207Pb approximately 1.166). In contrast, the lead pollution in eastern Canada (influenced by North American sources) is identified by a more radiogenic lead isotope composition (206Pb/207Pb ratios up to approximately 1.199) compared to preindustrial values (206Pb/207Pb approximately 1.161). Emission inventories and isotope characteristics suggest that industrial (coal burning, mining) and traffic (leaded gasoline) outputs are the most likely sources during the first and the second half of the 20th century, respectively, in both, western Scotland and eastern Canada alike. The Scottish record is in line with previous studies of past atmospheric lead deposition. However, the Canadian deposit suggests that the wind derived, pre-industrial lead, is less radiogenic as previously implied using sediment archives. These results are thus the first to report pre-industrial lead isotope ratios and concentrations of atmospheric derived aerosols in North America.  相似文献

A technique for the fabrication of single-electron transistors (SETs) on tips for use in scanning probe microscopy is presented. The tips are micromachined out of an MBE-grown AlGaAs-GaAs heterostructure with a trench within each tip. The SETs are produced by aluminum evaporation and oxidation, and natural shadowing by the trench is used to separate the source and drain electrodes. By separating adjacent tips also by trenches, the concept allows the fabrication of tip arrays for parallel probing.  相似文献

The High Level Trigger (HLT) system of the ALICE experiment is an online event filter and trigger system designed for input bandwidths of up to 25 GB/s at event rates of up to 1 kHz. The system is designed as a scalable PC cluster, implementing several hundred nodes. The transport of data in the system is handled by an object-oriented data flow framework operating on the basis of the publisher-subscriber principle, being designed fully pipelined with lowest processing overhead and communication latency in the cluster. In this paper, we report the latest measurements where this framework has been operated on five different sites over a global north-south link extending more than 10,000 km, processing a ldquoreal-timerdquo data flow.  相似文献

In this letter, we report on an efficient organic tandem solar cell combining a solid state dye-sensitized with a ZnPc/C60-based, vacuum deposited bulk heterojunction solar cell. Due to an effective serial connection of both subcells and to the complementary absorption of the dyes used, a power conversion efficiency of ηp=(6.0±0.1)% was achieved under simulated AM 1.5 illumination. Novel graded carbon aerogels were synthesized to study the impact of different synthesis parameters on the material properties on a single sample and to test a new, locally resolved thermal-conductivity measurement technique. Two identical cylindrical aerogels with a graded structure along the main cylindrical axis were synthesized. Along the gradient with an extension of about 20 mm the densities range from 240 kg·m−3 to 370 kg·m−3 and the effective pore diameter determined via small angle X-ray scattering and SEM increase systematically from 70 nm up to 11,000 nm. One specimen was cut perpendicular to the cylinder axis into disc-shaped samples; their thermal conductivities in an argon atmosphere, as determined via a standard laser-flash technique, range from 0.06W·m−1·K−1 to 0.12W·m−1·K−1 at 600 °C. The second specimen, cut to obtain a sample with the gradient in-plane, was investigated with a spatially resolved laser-flash technique at ambient conditions. The results of the two different techniques are compared and discussed in detail.  相似文献
