大规模定制下的质量控制系统框架设计

大规模定制为生产带来了变革和影响。针对新的生产方式的要求，根据推动大规模定制的过程方法和技术来分析他们对于质量控制产生的影响和要求，给出了大规模定制条件下的质量控制系统的建议，并给出了一个简要的系统模型。     

橡胶Mooney—Rivlin模型材料系数对轴向刚度影响分析

在橡胶小变形范围内，采用理论推断的方法，得到在相同硬度下橡胶Mooney—Rivlin模型材料系数由C2／C1决定的关系式。并采用ABAQUS有限元软件分析的方法，结合橡胶轴向刚度常规解，分析了C2／C1不同值对橡胶轴向刚度的影响进行，结果显示其影响呈现一定规律性。     

Studies of substrate specificities of lipases from different sources

Although lipases are widely applied in a wide variety of reactions, available information on the factors that are responsible for the substrate specificities of lipases from different sources is scarce. In this paper, nine lipase‐producing microorganism strains were isolated from oil‐containing samples. The properties of these enzymes, including pH optima, temperature optima, thermal stability, and pH stability, vary significantly with the different sources from which these lipases were isolated. The substrate specificities of the nine lipases, including fatty acid and positional specificities, were also studied. The fatty acid specificities of the nine lipases were observably different toward 15 substrates with different carbon chain lengths, different saturation degrees and different side chains. The lipases from S₃ Penicillium citrinum (PCL), MJ₁ Aspergillus niger (ANL), MJ₂ Aspergillus oryzae (AOL), YM Bacillus coughing (BCL), S₉ Geotrichum candidum (GCL), and S₁₁ Candida lypolytica (CLL) showed the strongest specificities to short‐chain esters, and the other lipases showed strong selectivity for medium‐ or long‐chain and branched esters. The positional specificities were examined by analyzing the hydrolytic products of triolein catalyzed by the nine lipases, using TLC. The lipases can be mainly classified into two groups by their specificities for the ester bond at position 2 of triglycerides; one group can selectively hydrolyze the ester bond at position 2 of the triglycerides, the other group cannot. All these nine lipases were divided into four groups by hierarchical clustering analysis on the basis of the results of fatty acid and positional specificities.

建立自适应光学系统功率谱抑制函数的概念，分析了采用直接斜率波前复原算法的自适应当光学系统的控制效果，理论分析与６１单元自适应光学系统上的实验结果表明，直接斜率波前复原算法将导致控制效果下降。     

A comprehensive study of performance and reliability of P, As, andhybrid As/P nLDD junctions for deep-submicron CMOS logic technology

A comprehensive study of P, As, and hybrid As/P nLDD junctions is presented in terms of performance, reliability, and manufacturability for the first time. It is found that As junctions limit the performance of deep submicron devices due to unacceptable hot-carrier reliability, whereas a hybrid junction (light dose P added to medium dose As) dramatically improves hot-carrier reliability while maintaining high performance and manufacturability. For L_eff of 0.19 μm, using this hybrid junction in a manufacturing process, an inverter gate delay of 32 ps, dc hot carrier life time exceeding ten years, and off-state leakage below 30 pA/μm at 2.9 V have been achieved

佛尔哈德法测定氯化除汞上清液中的氯量

控制pH4-6，用锌粉还原氯化除汞上清液中的汞（Ⅱ）离子，取置换后液加入过量的硝酸银标准溶液，以硫酸铁铵溶液作指示剂，用硫氰酸钾标准滴定溶液滴定来测定氯量。该方法的检出限：0．25mg／100mL，回收率：98％-101％。

An efficient controller structure with minimum roundoff noise gain

Based on a polynomial operator approach, a new sparse controller structure is derived, which is actually an improved version of the recently proposed structure [Li, G. (2004). A polynomial-operator-based DFIIt structure for IIR filters. IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II, 51, 147-151]. The performance of the proposed structure is analyzed by deriving the corresponding expression of roundoff noise gain and the problem of finding optimized sparse structures is solved efficiently with a genetic algorithm (GA). A numerical example is given, which shows that the newly developed structure can achieve much better performance than some well-known structures and particularly outperforms the traditional optimal fully parametrized realization greatly in terms of reducing roundoff noise and implementation complexity.
