Temperature control curve is the key to achieving temperature control and crack prevention of high concrete dam during construction,and its rationality depends on the accurate measurement of temperature stress.With the simulation testing machine for the temperature stress,in the present study,we carried out the deformation process tests of concrete under three temperature curves:convex,straight and concave.Besides,we not only measured the early-age elastic modulus,creep parameters and stress process,but also proposed the preferred type.The results show that at early age,higher temperature always leads to greater elastic modulus and smaller creep.However,the traditional indoor experiments have underestimated the elastic modulus and creep development at early age,which makes the calculated value of temperature stress too small,thus increasing the cracking risk.In this study,the stress values of the three curves calculated based on the strain and early-age parameters are in good agreement with the temperature stress measured by the temperature stress testing machine,which verifies the method accuracy.When the temperature changes along the concave curve,the law of stress development is in consistent with that of strength.Under this condition,the stress fluctuation is small and the crack prevention safety of the concave type is higher,so the concave type is better.The test results provide a reliable basis and support for temperature control curve design and optimization of concrete dams. 相似文献

为了提高随钻测量过程中MEMS陀螺仪的测量精度,抑制振动信号等对陀螺仪漂移造成测量精度的影响,采用经验模态分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)和压缩感知(compressed sensing,CS)的算法进行降噪.首先对MEMS陀螺信号进行EMD分解,利用连续均方误差(CMSE)计算两个连续重构陀螺仪信号的欧式距离,以此将分解得到的模态函数(IMFs)以高、低频的形式分离,剔除高频噪声模态的影响;构建冗余字典,使低频IMFs分量在该字典上稀疏表示,利用贝叶斯理论对优化剩余IMFs分量重构;同时,在该字典上添加一列误差补偿项,通过贝叶斯估计求得.最后将处理后的剩余IMFs分量和补偿项叠加重构.去噪前后,MEMS陀螺仪数据解算的方位角累积误差由11.8562°减小到0.4725°.仿真实验分析可知,该算法可有效去除陀螺仪信号中的噪声. 相似文献

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of mineralized bone nodules, formed in vitro by bone marrow stromal cells(BMSCs), on the new bone formation in bone defect and on implant surface. The mineralized bone nodules were generated by culture of Lewis rats BMSCs on titanium disks in osteogenic induction medium. The gap-healing animal model was used to create the bone defect facing the disk. The titanium disks in the presence of B group or in the absence of NB group bone nodules were randomly placed into one of the rat distal femurs. This self-control design was used to compare the bone formation in defects and on titanium surface, by Micro-CT, fluorescence staining, histological and histomorphometric analysis. The new bone formation parameters in bone defect area of B group were significantly higher than those of NB group at 2 weeks, including bone volume fraction, trabecular thickness and bone area ratio. The bone nodules pre-stained with Alizarin red disappeared mostly at 2 weeks, while the red fluorescence reappeared in the newly formed bone away from the disk surface. For the bone-implant contact, B group showed lower values than NB group at 2 weeks, but no significant difference was found at 4 weeks. Our results indicate that the mineralized bone nodules can be resorbed in vivo and promote the early osteogenesis in the bone defects, and bone nodules may be applicable for new bone generation in bone defect or modification of tissue engineering scaffold. 相似文献

To improve the operational efficiency of global optimization in engineering, Kriging model was established to simplify the mathematical model for calculations. Ducted coaxial-rotors aircraft was taken as an example and Fluent software was applied to the virtual prototype simulations. Through simulation sample points, the total lift of the ducted coaxial-rotors aircraft was obtained. The Kriging model was then constructed, and the function was fitted. Improved particle swarm optimization(PSO) was also utilized for the global optimization of the Kriging model of the ducted coaxial-rotors aircraft for the determination of optimized global coordinates. Finally, the optimized results were simulated by Fluent. The results show that the Kriging model and the improved PSO algorithm significantly improve the lift performance of ducted coaxial-rotors aircraft and computer operational efficiency. 相似文献

The bioleaching of pyrrhotite was investigated using Sulfobacillus thermosulfidooxidans.The effects of pH,pulp concentration,inoculation amount,external addition of ferrous and ferric ions were examined.The pH is found to exert a profound effect on the leaching process for controlling the bacterial activity and precipitation of ferric ions mainly as jarosite.The results show that low pulp content increases the leaching rate of iron.The inoculation amount from 1×107 cell/mL to 1×108 cell/mL has positive effects on the leaching rate.The results also imply that addition of ferrous sulfate(1 g/L) is required for the bacteria to efficiently drive the extraction of iron,however,the leaching efficiency has no obvious enhancement when 2 g/L ferrous sulfate was added.Comparatively,addition of ferric sulfate(2 g/L) significantly inhibits the bioleaching process.At the end of bioleaching,jarosite and sulfur are observed on the surface of pyrrhotite residues by using XRD and SEM.With the passivation film formed by jarosite and sulfur,the continuous iron extraction is effectively blocked. 相似文献
