Relationships between microstructure and transport properties of bicrystal grain boundary (BGB) junctions were studied in cobalt-doped BaFe2As2 (BaFe2As2:Co) epitaxial films grown on [0 0 1]-tilt bicrystal substrates of MgO and (La, Sr)(Al, Ta)O3 with misorientation angles θGB = 3–45°. The θGB of BaFe2As2:Co BGBs were exactly transferred from those of the bicrystal substrates. No segregation of impurities was detected at the BGB junction interfaces, and the chemical compositions of the BGBs were uniform and the same as those in the bulk film regions. A transition from a strongly-coupled GB behavior to a weak-link behavior was observed in current density–voltage characteristics under self-field around θGB  9°. The critical current density decreased from (1.2–1.6) × 106 A/cm2 of the intragrain transport to (0.7–1.1) × 105 A/cm2 of θGB = 45° because supercurrent becomes more governed by Josephson current with increasing θGB.  相似文献

Molybdenum disulfide (MoS(2)) thin-film transistors were fabricated with ion gel gate dielectrics. These thin-film transistors exhibited excellent band transport with a low threshold voltage (<1 V), high mobility (12.5 cm(2)/(V·s)) and a high on/off current ratio (10(5)). Furthermore, the MoS(2) transistors exhibited remarkably high mechanical flexibility, and no degradation in the electrical characteristics was observed when they were significantly bent to a curvature radius of 0.75 mm. The superior electrical performance and excellent pliability of MoS(2) films make them suitable for use in large-area flexible electronics.  相似文献

Taking advantage of ultrahigh electric field generated in electric-double-layer transistors (EDLTs), we investigated spin-orbit interaction (SOI) and its modulation in epitaxial trilayer graphene. It was found in magnetotransport that the dephasing length L(φ) and spin relaxation length L(so) of carriers can be effectively modulated with gate bias. As a direct result, SOI-induced weak antilocalization (WAL), together with a crossover from WAL to weak localization (WL), was observed at near-zero magnetic field. Interestingly, among existing localization models, only the Iordanskii-Lyanda-Geller-Pikus theory can successfully reproduce the obtained magnetoconductance well, serving as evidence for gate tuning of the weak but distinct SOI in graphene. Realization of SOI and its large tunability in the trilayer graphene EDLTs provides us with a possibility to electrically manipulate spin precession in graphene systems without ferromagnetics.  相似文献

Extremely long nanofibers, whose lengths reach the millimeter regime, are generated via co-aggregation of a melamine-appended perylene bisimide semiconductor and a substituted cyanurate, both of which are ditopic triple-hydrogen-bonding building blocks; they co-aggregate in an unexpected stoichiometrically mismatched 1:2 ratio. Various microscopic and X-ray diffraction studies suggest that hydrogen-bonded polymeric chains are formed along the long axis of the nanofibers by the 1:2 complexation of the two components, which further stack along the short axis of the nanofibers. The photocarrier generation mechanism in the nanofibers is investigated by time-of-flight (TOF) experiments under electric and magnetic fields, revealing the birth and efficient recombination of singlet geminate electron-hole pairs. Flash-photolysis time-resolved microwave conductivity (FP-TRMC) measurements revealed intrinsic 1D electron mobilities up to 0.6 cm(2) V(-1) s(-1) within nanofibers.  相似文献

Heat transfer from a flat plate facing upward immersed in a liquid hydrogen pool was measured for the pressures from atmospheric to 1.1 MPa. The flat plate heater used was 10 mm in width, 100 mm in length and 0.1 mm in thickness. Critical heat fluxes (CHFs) in saturated boiling increased with the increase in pressure up to around 0.3 MPa and then decreased with further pressure increase. The CHFs under subcooled condition at each pressure increased with the increase in sub-cooling. Discussions were made on the experimental results by comparing with those of the other cryogenic liquids and also the Kutateladze’s equations under saturated and subcooled conditions. The experimental CHFs were much smaller than the Kutateladze’s equation for higher pressure up to critical. The heater surface temperature was found to reach the critical temperature before the occurrence of hydrodynamic instability and jump to the film boiling regime at the lower heat flux in the higher pressure range. It was suggested that the CHFs are determined not by the heat flux but by the temperature in the higher pressure range.  相似文献

We present the current status and research programs of a multinuclide accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) system on the 12UD Pelletron tandem accelerator at the University of Tsukuba (Tsukuba AMS system), Japan. A maximum terminal voltage of 12 MV is available for the AMS system. The Tsukuba AMS system can measure environmental levels of long-lived radioisotopes of 14C, 26Al, 36Cl and 129I by employing a molecular pilot beam. Recently, enhancements in AMS techniques and equipment, including sample preparation, the ion source and the data acquisition system, have improved the performance of 36Cl-AMS. The standard deviation of fluctuations is typically ±2%, and the machine background level for the 36Cl/Cl ratio is lower than 1 × 10?15 with a halite sample. We have measured over 500 samples in 1 year, including samples for earth and environmental sciences and nuclear safety research.  相似文献

A general solution technique for non-axisymmetric thermoelectroelastic problems in cylindrical domains with D symmetry is constructed. The displacement and electric field are expressed in terms of the respective potential functions, and the thermoelectroelastic field quantities are expressed in terms of the elastic and piezoelastic potential functions, each of which essentially satisfies a Laplace equation with respect to the spatial coordinates, combined with the two thermoelastic displacement potential functions. As an application of the technique, the theoretical analysis of a solid cylinder subjected to combined mechanical and thermal loading is performed, and the necessity of the thermoelectroelastic analyses is demonstrated.  相似文献

An on-line and off-line hybrid contact algorithm for modeling wheel/rail contact problems is developed based on the elastic contact formulation. In the hybrid algorithm developed in this investigation, the off-line tabular search is used for predicting the location of tread contact points, while the on-line iterative search is used for predicting flange contact points. By so doing, a computationally efficient procedure is achieved while keeping accurate predictions of contact points for severe contact scenarios such as sharp curve and turnout negotiations. The use of the proposed hybrid algorithm can eliminate the time-consuming on-line iterative search for the second points of contact. Since the location of the second point of contact is pre-computed by the contact geometry analysis, the occurrence of two-point contact can be predicted by using the look-up table at the one-point contact configuration. A flange climb simulation demonstrates that the proposed hybrid contact search algorithm can be effectively used for modeling wheel/rail contacts in the analysis of general multibody railroad vehicle systems. This paper was presented at the 4th Asian Conference on Multibody Dynamics(ACMD2008), Jeju, Korea, August 20–23, 2008. Hiroyuki Sugiyama received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2005. Dr. Sugiyama is currently an Assistant Professor at Tokyo University of Science, Tokyo, Japan. His research interests include the development of computer formulations for contact problems in vehicle systems and the large deformation problems of constrained multibody systems. Kohei Araki received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osaka City University in 2006. Mr. Araki is currently a Master’s student at Osaka City University, Osaka, Japan. His research interest is in the modeling of wheel/contact problems in railroad vehicle dynamics. Yoshihiro Suda received his Doctoral degree from the University of Tokyo in 1987. Dr. Suda is currently a Professor at the University of Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan. His research interests are in the dynamics of railroad vehicles and automobiles, in-telligent transportation systems (ITS) and personal mobility vehicles.
